一般にこの種の仮設足場における安全装置においては、施工後に足場板に乗って作業するのに安全帯等の使用が不便なために、面倒な安全帯を使用しない場合が非常に多く、落下する等の事故の原因となっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記従来の問題点を解決するものであって、その主たる目的とする所は、仮設の足場板の上で作業する施工者の方々が、鍵付ワイヤーロープ等の安全帯を使用した状態で建物の四面外周の足場板上を自由に移動できるようにした仮設足場用安全装置を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、仮設足場に枠組する縦方向の方形状等よりなる角形支柱に対して横方向に連結する手摺を水平手摺枠とコーナーに使用するコーナー手摺枠とを嵌装する。前記水平手摺枠とコーナー手摺枠には、各々側面の全長に案内溝を設けた案内軌条を装設してある。該コーナー手摺枠には、案内軌条の1端部を湾曲軌条として水平手摺枠の端部の案内軌条と連通するようにしてある。
更に、水平手摺枠とコーナー手摺枠には、各々1端部の一方に開口部を設けた二又状の二又係合部を形成する。他端部には、各々単数の係合部を形成することによって該角形支柱に嵌装組立するようにしたものである。

上記のように構成された足場用移動安全装置の用法を説明すると、図5に示す如く、角形支柱(1)(1)間に案内軌条(5)を設けた水平手摺枠(2)(2)を連結する。また、図6に示すコーナー部分には、案内軌条(5)の端部に湾曲軌条(16)を設けてあるコーナー手摺枠(3)を連接する。この時には、該案内軌条(5)の案内溝(6)に予め摺動金具(7)を摺動自在に係合してある。この摺動金具(7)に図7に示す如く、作業者(19)に連繋したワイヤーロープ(17)等の先端を懸掛接続するものである。作業者(19)は、足踏板(20)の上を自由に移動でき、ワイヤーロープ(17)等の安全帯を脱着せずに常時締め付けした状態でコーナー部分を自由自在に移動することができるものである。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、以上説明したように構成されているので、従来の足場用安全装置のように移動の際に毎回安全帯等を着脱すると云う非常に面倒な作業を行う必要がなく、仮設足場の四方を自由に回動移動して作業ができると云う便利な効果があると共に、仮設足場からの落下事故を確実に防止できる優れた効果がある。そして、水平手摺枠とコーナー手摺枠との側面に案内溝を設けた案内軌条を装着してあるので、案内軌条は著しく突出しないので強固となり、邪魔とならない効果と、足踏板上の移動が簡単にできる効果がある。また、コーナー手摺枠の1端部に設けた湾曲軌条を形成したので、案内溝に係合した安全の摺動金具はコーナー部分の案内軌条を何等抵抗がなく軽快に移動できる優れた効果がある。更に、角形支柱に架設連接する水平手摺枠とコーナー手摺枠との各1端部に二又状の二又係合部と、他端部の単数の係合部によっては、各々が角形支柱に確実強固に嵌合連結され、容易に脱離することがない便利な効果がある。
