Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention mainly relates to a wire lock that is accommodated in a pipe such as a bicycle handle having an open end surface, and uses a cylinder lock mechanism to lock the outer periphery of the pipe by locking the lock in the pipe. The ring-shaped elastic body provided in the bulge is bulged, and the housed state is maintained by pressure contact between the bulged portion and the inner peripheral surface of the pipe.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, this type of wire lock is disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-20784.
Since the wire lock of this prior application needs to use a relatively long wire, and it is necessary to provide a retaining portion in the handle portion for retaining the inner end portion of the wire stored in the handle portion, The wire lock had to be attached integrally with the bicycle, and there was a drawback that the attachment method was limited.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
For this reason, the problem to be solved by the present invention is that the entire wire lock can be taken out from the inside of the pipe so that it can be easily attached to a bicycle, for example, and a long wire is not used. In other words, it is easy to use the wire lock and store it in the pipe.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of this, the present invention binds one end of a folded wire to the inner end of a cylinder locking mechanism having an appropriate outer diameter and length commensurate with the inner diameter of the pipe and configured in a substantially cylindrical shape. A fixed end, and the other end is fixed to a locking lever that is detachably attached to the inner end of the cylinder locking mechanism to be a free end, and the inner end of the folded wire is the cylinder locking mechanism first. A wire lock that is inserted into the pipe and the outer end of the cylinder case is hooked to the end edge of the pipe so that the wire and the cylinder lock mechanism are accommodated in the pipe.
The wire lock includes a circumferential groove in the cylinder case, and an annular elastic body along the inner circumference of the pipe is fitted into the circumferential groove, and the rotation angle of the key is adapted to the bottom of the circumferential groove. A fitting hole is provided, an operating portion that engages with the fitting hole is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder, and a protrusion that is integrally provided on the inner peripheral surface of the annular elastic body is formed in the fitting hole. The wire lock is housed in the pipe, and the key inserted into the key hole that protrudes to the outer end surface of the cylinder case is rotated so that the cylinder is inside the pipe. The locking portion is rotated in a locked state so that the operating portion and the fitting hole are aligned with each other, the protruding portion is pushed out to the operating portion of the cylinder, and the outer peripheral surface of the elastic body is bulged, Piping the wire lock by pressure contact and friction between the part and the inner surface of the pipe Together is held within, there is provided a wire lock to be housed in the pipe, characterized by being configured to Hazuseru the key from the lock cylinder mechanisms.
[0005]
As described above, the wire lock stored in the pipe is held in the pipe by the locking operation, and the wire lock stored in the pipe without retaining the wire is held in the pipe. be able to. Further, the wire lock can be provided separately from the pipe, and the entire wire lock can be taken out. In addition, there is no need to use a special long wire, a wire lock with a relatively short wire part can be used, and the use of the wire lock (locking and unlocking) is independent of the position of the pipe. Can be used at any position. The present invention solves the above problems as described above.
[0006]
A locking lever that connects a slide lever with a repulsion spring to the inner end of the cylinder that is inserted into the cylinder case, and that fits the receiving lever provided at the inner end of the cylinder case. According to the second aspect of the present invention, the locking lever and the free end of the wire are held even when not in use. Since it is strengthened, there is an advantage that the wire lock can be smoothly housed and taken out from the pipe and can be made in a random manner.
[0007]
The wire lock releases the convex portion from engagement with the actuating portion by an unlocking operation of the key, and lowers the concave portion in the fitting hole by the restoring force of the elastic body. The invention of claim 3 is constructed so that the cylinder lock mechanism and the wire can be pulled out from the pipe together with the elastic body, and the press and hold of the wire lock stored in the pipe is specially released. It is characterized by the fact that it is released using the restoring force of the elastic body itself without providing any means, and by making the key operation consistent, it is possible to store the wire lock smoothly at low cost. And can be taken out.
[0008]
【Example】
The embodiment shown in the drawings is a case where the bicycle is housed in the handle portion of a bicycle whose end face is open, and the present invention will be described below with reference to this embodiment.
1 is a partially cutaway perspective view of a wire lock according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a partially cutaway enlarged longitudinal sectional view showing the internal structure of the wire lock, and FIG. FIG. 5A is a partially cutaway longitudinal cross-sectional view showing a state in which the wire lock is stored in the pipe (handle portion), and FIG. 5A is a transverse cross-sectional view illustrating the pressure contact / holding state between the wire lock and the inner surface of the handle portion. (B) is a cross-sectional view explaining the state which inserted the wire lock in the pipe.
[0009]
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a cylinder lock mechanism comprising a cylinder case a and a cylinder b having an outer diameter and a length commensurate with the inner diameter of a pipe B (handle portion) to be accommodated and formed in a substantially cylindrical shape. Is attached to the locking lever 3 that is detachably attached to the inner end of the cylinder lock mechanism 1 at one end thereof to the inner end (the left end in the figure) of the cylinder case a. A wire 4, which is integrally fixed by 'and refracted in a folded state as a free end portion, 4 is a binding ring fitted to the refracting portion 2 ′ of the wire 2.
The cylinder lock mechanism 1 and the wire 2 configured as described above are inserted into the pipe B with the bundling ring 4 first when the wire lock is not used, and as shown in FIG. The outer end portion 1 ′ is hooked on the end edge B ′ of the pipe B and stored.
[0010]
The cylinder case a housed in the pipe B as described above is a rubber elastic body formed in an annular shape along the inner circumference of the pipe B in the circumferential groove 5 provided in the middle as shown in FIG. 7 is fitted, and a fitting hole 6 arranged in the diametrical direction is provided in the bottom of the peripheral groove 5 as shown in FIG.
The rubber elastic body 7 fitted in the circumferential groove 5 is integrally provided with two ridges 8 corresponding to the arrangement interval of the fitting holes 6 on the inner circumferential surface as shown in FIG. The protrusions 8 are fitted into the fitting holes 6 as shown in FIGS.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, the cylinder b fitted in the cylinder case a is opposed to the circumferential groove 5 at a position corresponding to the circumferential groove 5 with the same spacing as the fitting hole 6 in the diameter direction. A cutout portion 10 is provided by partially cutting the peripheral surface so as to form the operation portion 9.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the cylinder b has a repellent spring 13 fitted into a ridge 12 formed with a spring fitting hole 11 at the inner end, and is biased by the spring 13 so that the front surface is wedge-shaped. A slide lever 15 having a U-shaped cross section having a plurality of projecting portions 14 is connected, and the slide lever 15 is slidably fitted into a guide hole 16 provided in the cylinder case a so that the front projecting portion 14 is connected to the cylinder. An elastic engagement between the recess 18 and the protrusion 14 is made by fitting into a recess 18 on the end face of the locking lever 3 detachably fitted to a receiving seat 17 provided at the inner end of the case a. Thus, the fitting state between the locking lever 3 and the receiving seat 16 is always kept.
[0012]
As described above, when the wire lock stored in the pipe B with the outer end 1 'of the cylinder lock mechanism 1 protruding is inserted into the key hole 22 protruding to the end surface of the cylinder case a, the key 19 is inserted. The cylinder b can be rotated in the same manner as a normal cylinder lock mechanism.
Then, when the inserted key 19 is rotated to the locking position, as shown in FIG. 5A, the inner end of the ridge 8 of the elastic body 7 is pushed up by the rotation of the operating portion 9 of the cylinder b. As the ridges 8 are pushed up in the fitting holes 6, the elastic body 7 swells toward the outside of the cylinder case a as indicated by imaginary lines in FIG. 5 (a).
[0013]
The bulging portion 20 of the elastic body 7 is actually pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the pipe B to hold the wire lock in the storage position. At the same time, the wire lock is prevented from coming off by friction formed between the two members .
In addition, when the cylinder lock mechanism 1 is in the locked state, the key 19 can be pulled out and can be carried in the same manner as in the case of the conventional lock mechanism. Further, description of the internal structure of the cylinder b such as a tumbler piece engaged with the key 19 is omitted.
[0014]
Next, an operation for taking out the wire lock stored in the pipe B will be described. First, in the state of FIG. 4, a predetermined key 19 is inserted into the keyhole 22 and rotated to the unlocked position.
When the cylinder b rotates following the unlocking operation of the key 19, the push-up by the actuating portion 9 is released, so that the annular elastic body 7 is restored by its own restoring force, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 4, the protrusion 8 in the fitting hole 6 is lowered, and the bulging portion 20 that is in pressure contact with the inner surface of the pipe B is eliminated to release the holding of the wire lock and return it to a state where it can be taken out.
[0015]
The wire lock taken out from the pipe B is in an unlocked state as described above. Therefore, it can be used as a normal wire lock regardless of the position of the pipe. Then, a fingertip is put into the recesses 21 formed on both sides of the receiving seat 17 to hold the locking lever 3, and resists the elastic engagement between the recesses 17 and the projections 14 shown in FIG. When it is pulled upward together with the free end of the wire 2, the locking lever 3 is opened. Then, depending on the length of the wire 2, it is wound around an arbitrary object such as a front wheel and a front hawk, a rear wheel and a rear hawk, a pipe post and a standing tree, and the free end of the wire 2 and the locking lever 3 are again shown in FIG. Fit into the receiving seat 17 as shown.
In this embodiment, since the free end of the wire 2 and the locking lever 3 are connected to each other via a mounting shaft 3 'so as to be swingable, the winding when the wire 2 is wound around the locked object. The turning operation and locking operation can be performed relatively easily.
[0016]
Next, when the key 19 is turned to the locking position, the ridge 12 at the inner end of the cylinder b changes its angle by rotation and comes into contact with the projecting ends of the U-shaped slide lever 15 to compress and slide the repellent spring 13. Retraction of the lever 15 is prevented, and the key 19 can be carried while the locking lever 3 is maintained in the locked state.
[0017]
In carrying out the present invention, the mode of each part is not limited to the illustrated mode, and it goes without saying that the design of the mode of each part can be appropriately changed in accordance with the gist of the present invention. In addition, the pipe B for storing the wire lock is not limited to a bicycle handle having an open end face, and a pipe capable of storing the wire lock may be provided at an appropriate position on the bicycle or other motorcycle body.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention configured as described above and used as described above, it is not necessary to process the pipe, and the wire lock can be accommodated by the extremely simple process of opening the end. Since the entire wire lock can be taken out from the stored pipe and used, the locking position can be appropriately selected in the same manner as a normal wire lock. Further, it is easy to attach to a bicycle, and it is not necessary to use a long wire, and it is extremely useful in that the use of a wire lock and the storing and taking out of the pipe portion are easy.
