Description
【0001】

Finnesse:1500
【0068】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a spectroscopic analysis method and a spectroscopic analysis system, and more particularly to a spectroscopic analysis method and a spectroscopic analysis system using a laser.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a system using a scanning Fabry-Perot interferometer that performs scanning with a laser, the spectrum of the laser light oscillated from the laser is discrete due to the configuration of the laser resonator. Has a frequency structure (longitudinal mode frequency structure). For this reason, even if an attempt is made to scan a narrow line spectrum with a sweeping Fabry-Perot interferometer within the frequency region of the laser light oscillated from the laser, there is a free spectral space, that is, a wavelength region without spectral information. Spectral analysis in such a wavelength range could not be performed.
[0003]
On the other hand, conventionally, a laser spectroscopic analysis using the obtained mid-infrared light by using a semiconductor laser directly or generating a difference frequency using two semiconductor lasers is known.
[0004]
However, in the laser spectroscopic analysis as described above, since the wavelength variable region by only one semiconductor laser is only a few nm, even if a difference frequency is generated using laser light oscillated from the semiconductor laser, the wavelength of the target is previously set. There is a problem that only the wavelength sweep in the vicinity of the set wavelength can be set.
[0005]
Therefore, according to laser spectroscopic analysis using such a conventional semiconductor laser, one system is required for measuring one molecule, and therefore, a plurality of systems must be used for measuring a plurality of molecules. was there. In addition, there is a problem that wavelength calibration is very difficult due to the necessity of strict temperature adjustment or the occurrence of a mode hop (frequency hop) phenomenon.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the various problems of the conventional techniques as described above. The object of the present invention is to enable wavelength sweeping in a wide wavelength region with a single system. Thus, it is an object of the present invention to provide a spectroscopic analysis method and a spectroscopic analysis system that are easy to calibrate wavelengths and that have high resolution and high sensitivity.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a spectroscopic analysis method and a spectroscopic analysis system according to the present invention sweep a fine spectrum within a continuous spectrum of laser light oscillated from an electronically controlled laser by a spectroscopic means, and use this for spectroscopic analysis. is there.

An acoustic wave input means for inputting an acoustic wave into the acousto-optic crystal, an excitation laser that enters the excitation laser light into the laser resonator, and Arranged outside the laser resonator, From the above laser resonator Has an emitted continuous spectrum The outgoing laser beam is incident The And a spectroscopic means for performing spectral decomposition of the emitted laser light with a predetermined resolution.
[0011]
Further, the claims of the present invention 3 The invention described in Of the present invention Claim 2 In the invention described in the item (1), there is further provided observation means for making light emitted as a result of spectral decomposition of the emitted laser light by the spectroscopic means incident on a substance to be measured and performing transmission absorption spectroscopy.
