Description
【0001】
W=w・f+h・(f−1)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a photosensitive material processing apparatus for processing the surface of a photosensitive material such as a photosensitive lithographic printing plate by brushing with a brush roller.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The photosensitive material includes a photosensitive lithographic printing plate (printing plate) in which a photosensitive layer is formed on the surface of a support using an aluminum plate or the like. The printing plate includes a so-called photopolymer plate in which a photopolymerization layer is formed as a photosensitive layer.
[0003]
In an automatic developing device that is a photosensitive material processing device that develops a printing plate subjected to image exposure, an unnecessary photosensitive layer ( for example, a photopolymerization layer in a photopolymer plate is used) by immersing the printing plate in a developer. ) Is swollen and removed from the support to form an image. Further, in the automatic developing device, the surface of the printing plate immersed in the developer is brushed with a brush roller to promote the removal of an unnecessary photosensitive layer from the support.
[0004]
Brush roller used in the process of printing plate, which was wound a channel brush roller body and is Molton roller. However, a brush roller using a channel brush has high durability, but is liable to rub on the printing plate. In addition, the Molton roller is superior to the brush roller using the channel brush in terms of rubbing unevenness, but has low durability. In printing plates , brush roller rubbing unevenness greatly affects the finished quality. For example, a photopolymer plate needs to be strongly brushed as compared with other printing plates, and therefore, rubbing unevenness is easily noticeable.
[0005]
That is, in the brush roller using the channel brush, it is difficult to plant the bristle material at a uniform density and angle, and when the channel member is wound around the roller body, a gap is formed between the channels serving as a base. In order to fill the gaps between the channel discharge channels, it is necessary to lengthen the ends of the hair material. However, if the hair ends are lengthened, the waist of the hair material becomes weak and it is difficult to brush strongly. In addition, if the bristle material is thickened in order to strengthen the bristle material, it will cause rubbing on the printing plate .
[0006]
In addition, when the Molton roller is strongly brushed and a pressure is partially applied to the roller surface, the roller surface is deformed, resulting in uneven rubbing or the like.
[0007]
For such a brush roller, a brush roller in which a belt-like member obtained by weaving a hair material on a belt-plate-like fabric is spirally wound around a roller body may be used.
[0008]
However, in a brush roller formed by winding a belt-like member in a spiral shape, the gap between the belt-like members wound around the roller body can be extremely narrow, but this gap remains not a little. For this reason, even in a brush roller using a belt-like member, the rubbing unevenness of the printing plate surface due to this gap may be noticeable as a trace.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described facts, and when brushing a photosensitive material using a brush roller in which a belt-like member having a hair material planted on a roller body is spirally wound, a gap between the belt-like members is exposed to light. It is an object of the present invention to propose a photosensitive material processing apparatus which suppresses the appearance of traces on the material surface.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a brush roller formed by spirally winding a belt-like member provided with a bristle material on the surface of a belt-like substrate from one end side to the other end side of the peripheral surface of the roller body. A photosensitive material processing apparatus for brushing a surface of a photosensitive material that is rotated and conveyed at a predetermined speed, wherein the width W of the belt-shaped member and the axial direction when the belt-shaped member is spirally wound around the roller body A gap dimension h between the belt-like members adjacent to each other, an outer diameter dimension R of the brush roller including the bristle material, an axial diameter dimension r which is an outer diameter of the roller body, a conveyance speed V of the photosensitive material, The winding index L, with the rotational speed N of the brush roller and the pushing amount S of the bristle when the photosensitive material is brushed by the brush roller as parameters,
[Expression 2]
The roll index L is set so that the visibility of the trace when the photosensitive material is brushed by the brush roller is below a predetermined level , and the set roll index L is obtained. The surface of the photosensitive material is brushed with the brush roller, the conveyance speed V of the photosensitive material, the rotational speed N of the brush roller, and the pushing amount S of the bristle material.
[0011]
When the photosensitive material is brushed by a brush roller formed by spirally winding a belt-like member around the roller body, the gap between the belt-like members is not longer than the time between the photosensitive material coming into contact with the bristle material of the brush roller and leaving. Depending on the relationship between the axial movement distance and the gap dimension between the belt-like members , the degree of unevenness of the friction caused by this gap changes, thereby generating a trace that causes streaky unevenness on the photosensitive material. .
[0012]
From here, the width dimension of the band-shaped member, the gap dimension between adjacent band-shaped members along the axial direction when the band-shaped member is spirally wound around the roller body, the outer diameter dimension of the brush roller including the hair material, the roller Shaft unevenness on the surface of the photosensitive material is small, with the shaft diameter as the outer diameter of the main body, the photosensitive material transport speed, the number of rotations of the brush roller, and the pushing amount of the hair material when brushing the photosensitive material with the brush roller as parameters. By setting these parameters in such a way, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of unevenness of rubbing on the surface of the photosensitive material and improve the finished quality of the photosensitive material.
[0013]
These parameters are W for the width of the band-shaped member, h for the gap between the band-shaped members, R for the outer diameter of the brush roller, r for the shaft diameter, V for the conveyance speed, and the rotation speed. Is N, and the amount of indentation L is S,
[0014]
[Equation 3]
[0015]
It prescribes. In addition, the winding index generated on the surface of the photosensitive material may be set within a predetermined range.
[0016]
Further, examples of the photosensitive material, sometimes applied to the processing of photopolymer plate which is a kind of the photosensitive lithographic printing plate, said Makiato index L is, 0 <L ≦ 0.015, more preferably, 0 <L ≦ 0 .01 can be set .

On the other hand, the result is that the roll index L obtained by the above-described mathematical formula and the trace visual recognition level are related as shown in FIG.

[0051]
As shown in FIG. 5, when the roll index L is 0.01 or less, it is impossible to visually recognize the trace, and when the roll index L exceeds 0.01, the visual recognition of the roll is not possible. Although it becomes possible, when the roll index L was 0.015 or less, the finished quality of the

Hereinafter, an example of setting each parameter based on the winding index L will be described as an example.

[0056]
In such a case, since the worst condition is when the push-in amount S is the smallest (S = 0.5 mm), the rotational speed N (r / min) is preferably 58.2 r / min or more (0 < More preferably, L ≦ 0.015 and N ≧ 58.2 r / min) and 71.5 r / min (0 <L ≦ 0.01 and N ≧ 71.5 r / min).
[0057]
(Second embodiment)
In the first embodiment, when the variation of each parameter is taken into consideration, in order to lower the winding index L, it is desirable that the width dimension W is large and the gap h is small. Further, it is desirable that the outer diameter R is large, the shaft diameter r is small, and the conveying speed V is slow.
[0058]
Here, in order to ensure safety, each parameter is deteriorated by 10% (W = 63 mm, h = 2.2 mm, R = 36 mm, r = 31.9 mm, V = 1540 mm / min (26.6 mm / sec). ) Furthermore, since it is desirable that the rotational speed N is high, the rotational speed N (r / min) should be 84.6 r / min or more when a 10% margin is also observed for this rotational speed N. (0 <L ≦ 0.015, N ≧ 84.6 r / min), more preferably 104 r / min (0 <L ≦ 0.01, N ≧ 104 r / min).
[0059]
(Third embodiment)
In the first embodiment, when the parameter error range (for example, as a tolerance) is set, when setting the rotation speed N, the rotation speed N may be set under the worst condition for each parameter.
[0060]
For example, W = 68 mm for W = 70 ± 2 mm, h = 3 mm for h = 2 ± 1 mm, R = 39 mm for R = 40 ± 1 mm, r = 29.5 mm for r = 29 ± 0.5 mm, V = 1400 ± At 70 mm / min (5%), by setting V = 1470 mm / min, the rotational speed N (r / min) is preferably 78.4 r / min or more (0 <L ≦ 0.015, N ≧ 78.4 r / min) and 96.2 r / min are more preferable (0 <L ≦ 0.01 and N ≧ 96.2 r / min).
[0061]
(Fourth embodiment)
When the conditions on the automatic developing
[0062]
Here, for example, the outer diameter R is R = 40 ± 1 mm, the shaft diameter r is r = 29 ± 0.5 mm, the conveyance speed V is V = 1400 ± 70 mm / min, and the rotational speed N is N = 90 ± 5r. / Min and the push-in amount S are 0.5 mm ≦ S ≦ 2.0 mm.
[0063]
At this time, if the interval h is h = 1 ± 0.5 mm, the width dimension W is preferably 50.5 mm or more (0 <L ≦ 0.015, W ≧ 50.5 mm), 56. More preferably, it is 6 mm (0 <L ≦ 0.01 and W ≧ 56.6 mm).
[0064]
If the distance h is h = 2 ± 1 mm, the width dimension W is preferably 64.6 mm or more (0 <L ≦ 0.015, W ≧ 64.6 mm), and 73 mm. More preferably (0 <L ≦ 0.01 and W ≧ 73 mm).
[0065]
Further, if the width dimension W is W = 50 ± 1 mm, the interval h is preferably 0 mm <h ≦ 1.3 mm (0 <L ≦ 0.015), and 0 mm <h ≦ 0.9 mm. Is more preferable (0 <L ≦ 0.01).
[0066]
If the width dimension W is W = 78 ± 1 mm, the interval h is preferably 0 mm <h ≦ 8.2 mm (0 <L ≦ 0.015), and 0 mm <h ≦ 4 mm. More preferred (0 <L ≦ 0.01).
[0067]
By configuring in this manner, it is possible to reliably prevent the quality of the finished product from being deteriorated due to the frictional unevenness caused by the gaps in the band-shaped

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, when the photosensitive material is brushed and processed by the brush roller in which the belt-like member is wound spirally, the visibility of the traces appearing as uneven rubbing becomes a predetermined level. the parameters affecting the rubbing irregularities attributable to the gap between the belt-shaped member wound around the roller body to set, by performing a brushing of the photosensitive material with the parameters set, suppressing the rubbing unevenness due gap of the belt-shaped member, An excellent effect is obtained that a light-sensitive material with good finished quality can be obtained.
