Description

In the present invention, the retaining wall block and the back plate are stacked in the front-rear direction on the front side of the slope, and concrete is placed between the retaining wall block and the back plate. It is related with the construction method of the retaining wall formed by filling and fixing a backfilling material between and the back plate installation jig used for this construction method.

In the conventional retaining wall of this type, in the temporary storage, one end of the separator is connected to an insert embedded in the back surface of the retaining wall block, and the other end is connected to a bracket fixed to the back plate to form a temporary assembly. The temporary assemblies are sequentially stacked on the front side of the slope with the front surfaces of the retaining wall blocks aligned (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

In the conventional retaining wall described above, the separator for connecting the retaining wall block and the back plate is integrally attached to each of the retaining wall block and the back plate. Therefore, when the gradient of the back plate is different from the gradient of the retaining wall block, there is a problem that the connection by the separator becomes impossible.

In addition, since the separator having the same length is used for each stage of the retaining wall block and is installed horizontally (parallel) for each stage, the front and back surfaces of the retaining wall block are arranged. There is no problem if the slopes of the face plates are parallel, but if the slopes of the two are not parallel, or if the dimensions of the back plate are different from the front wall of the retaining wall block, the work will not work. There was a problem that it became possible and lacked versatility.

The present invention has been made in view of the above, and the inclination of the back plate can be made arbitrary with respect to the stacking gradient of the retaining wall block, and a connecting rod for connecting the retaining wall block and the back plate is provided. Retaining wall construction method that can be used repeatedly and is economical, and the back plate can be of any height and can be reduced in cost by using commercially available standard products. And it aims at providing the backplate installation jig used for this construction method.

In order to achieve the above object, the retaining wall construction method according to the present invention stacks the retaining wall block and the back plate spaced apart in the front-rear direction, placing concrete between the retaining wall block and the back plate, In the construction method of the retaining wall where the back side of the back plate is filled with backfilling material, the posture is such that the tip of the stacked plate protrudes upward from the back plate on the back surface of the back plate that is sequentially stacked corresponding to the block for the retaining wall A guide member is detachably attached along the vertical direction, and a connecting member attached to the back surface of the retaining wall block that is sequentially stacked, and the posture guide rod that projects above the rear plate corresponding to each retaining wall block. After connecting the tip with a connecting rod whose length can be adjusted, then placing concrete between the retaining wall block and the back plate, filling the back side of the back plate with backfilling material, and after solidifying the concrete , The above attitude plan Remove the rod, it was to sequentially perform this action.

In the retaining wall construction method, both ends of the connecting rod can be rotated in the vertical direction.

Furthermore, the back plate installation jig used for the construction method of the retaining wall is a stacking unit on the back surface of the back plate to be stacked, and a support member that engages the lower end and seam of the back plate corresponding to the retaining wall blocks that are sequentially stacked. A posture guide rod that is attached to the support member so as to be detachably supported so that the front end portion protrudes upward from the back plate, a connecting member that is detachably attached to the rear upper portion of the retaining wall block, and the connecting member It is composed of a connecting rod that is detachably connected to the upper end of the posture guide rod, and that the connecting portion is connected to be rotatable in the vertical direction, and further adjustable in length.

According to the construction method of the retaining wall according to the present invention, in the stacking of the retaining wall block and the back plate, each of the respective steps can be connected by a connecting rod whose length can be adjusted. The angle with respect to the retaining wall block can be arbitrarily set and stacked, so that a more economical retaining wall cross section can be designed and constructed.

Further, it is economical that the connecting rod connecting the retaining wall block and the back plate can be removed for each step and used repeatedly.

Further, since the back plate having an arbitrary height can be used, the cost can be reduced by using a commercially available standard product.

In particular, the back plate installation jig according to the present invention is economical because it can be reused repeatedly.

1 to 4 show a back plate installation jig used for the retaining wall construction method in the present invention shown in FIGS.

Further, the second support member 7 has a T-shaped member 14 that forms yoke portions on both sides in the axial direction at the intermediate portion of the pipe member 13 through which the posture guide rod 5 is detachably inserted. It is the structure which fixed the front-end | tip of the vertical bar part by welding in parallel with the pipe member 13. As shown in FIG.

The yoke part formed between the L-shaped member 12 of both the support members 6 and 7 and the pipe members 11 and 13 of the T-shaped member 14 fits the end part in the vertical direction of the back plate 3 without a gap. It comes to match.

The first connecting member 8 connects the one end of the connecting rod 10 to the distal end portion of the fitting member 15 that can be inserted into and removed from the distal end of the attitude guide rod 5 so as to be disengageable and rotatable in the vertical direction. The connecting piece 16a is fixed. The second connecting member 9 has a second connecting piece 16b for connecting the other end of the connecting rod 10 to the base end of the bolt member 17 screwed into the nut member 2 so that the other end of the connecting rod 10 can be engaged and disengaged and rotatable in the vertical direction. There is an axial groove 26 and a rotational groove 27 that communicates with the axial groove 26 and that the vertical bar portions of the connecting end members 18 and 20 guide in the rotational direction with respect to the axial center of the pipe body.

Next, the construction method of the retaining wall in which the block 1 and the back plate 3 are stacked and installed using the installation jig 4 having the above-described configuration is shown in FIGS. 5 (a) to 5 (c) and FIGS. 6 (a) to 6 (c). I will explain.

First, the first-stage blocks 1 are installed in a row in the horizontal direction on a base 28 formed on the base of a slope or the like. And the back plate 3 of the 1st step | paragraph is installed in the horizontal direction in the back side of each block 1 in the position away from this. Each back plate 3 at this time is installed at a predetermined angle by using the installation jig 4 shown in FIGS. The back plate 3 at this time has an arbitrary height (width), but in this embodiment, the back plate 3 has a width narrower than the length of the block 1 in the inclination direction.

The first support member 6 of the installation jig 4 is arranged at the lower edge of the first stage back plate 3 in the horizontal direction, and the second support member 7 is arranged at the upper edge of the pipe members 11 and 13, respectively. The lower edge and the upper edge of the back plate 3 are inserted into and engaged with the yoke portion formed between the member 12 and the T-shaped member 14.

Subsequently, the posture guide rod 5 is inserted into the pipe members 11 and 13 of the both support members 6 and 7, respectively. At this time, the lower end of the posture guide bar 5 comes into contact with the substrate 28, and the upper end of the posture guide bar 5 protrudes above the back plate 3. The first connecting member 8 is inserted into the upper end of the posture guide bar 5 and the fitting member 15 is inserted and locked. At this time, the first connecting piece 16a is directed to the block 1 side. At the same time, the second connecting member 9 is screwed into the nut member 2 provided on the back surface of the block 1 and fixed so that the second connecting piece 16b is in a horizontal state.

Next, the connecting end members 18 and 20 of the connecting rod 10 are connected to the connecting pieces 16a and 16b of the first and second connecting members 8 and 9, and the first and second connecting members 8 and 9 are used to connect them. The block 1 and the back plate 3 are connected by a connecting rod 10. At this time, the length of the connecting rod 10 is arbitrarily adjusted by selecting the insertion position of the pin 24 with respect to the holes 23a and 23b and by the turnbuckle 25, and the length of the connecting rod 10 is adjusted via the posture guide rod 5. The inclination angle of the back plate 3 with respect to the block 1 is set (FIG. 1A).

Concrete 29 is placed between the block 1 and the back plate 3 in a state where the first block 1 and the back plate 3 are installed and the both are connected by the connecting rod 10, and the back surface of the back plate 3 The backfilling material 30 is put on the side and hardened (FIG. 1B).

Then, after the first-stage concrete 29 is solidified, the connecting rod 10 is removed from the connecting pieces 16a and 16b of the first-stage block 1 and the back plate 3, and the attitude guide rod 5 is moved to the first Pull out from the second support members 6, 7. Then, the second-stage block 1 is stacked on the first-stage block 1, and the second-stage back plate 3 is joined with its end face butted (FIG. 1 (c)).
At this time, the lower end of the second-stage back plate 3 is engaged with the upper yoke portion of the second support member 7 and joined to the upper end of the first-stage back plate 3 in the same plane. The second connecting member 9 is fixed to the back surface of the second block 1.

Thereafter, another first support member 7 is locked to the upper end of the second-stage back plate 3, and the pipe members 13, 13 of the second-stage first support member 7 and the first-stage first support member 7. The posture guide bar 5 is inserted into. At this time, the lower end of the posture guide bar 5 hits the backfilling material 30, and the upper end side protrudes above the back plate 3. In this state, similarly to the first stage, the first connecting member 8 attached to the upper end of the posture guide bar 5 and the second connecting member 9 fixed to the back surface of the block 1 are connected by the connecting bar 10, The length of the connecting rod 10 is adjusted to support the back plate 3 at a predetermined inclination angle (FIG. 1 (c)). At this time, the second-stage back plate 3 is supported by the attitude guide rod 7 so as to have a predetermined attitude with respect to the first-stage block 1.

In this state, concrete 29 is placed between the second block 1 and the back plate 3 in the same manner as the first step described above, and the backfill material 30 is filled on the back side of the back plate 3 (FIG. 2 ( a)).

Hereinafter, as shown in FIGS. 6B and 6C, the above-described operations are sequentially repeated to stack and add the block 1 and the back plate 3, and the concrete 29 and the backing material 30 are placed for each step. Fill.

At this time, when the width in the height direction of the back plate 3 is narrower than the height of the block 1, when the same number of back plates 3 as the number of stacked blocks 1 are added, the height of the back plate 3 becomes the same as that of the block 1. There are cases where the connecting rod 10 becomes lower than the height and cannot be used at a high position where it does not interfere with the concrete placing work. In this case, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), for example, an auxiliary back plate 3a having a 1/2 width is added and used.

In the above-described retaining wall construction method, the connecting rod 10 is removed each time the steps are stacked, and this is used repeatedly. At this time, the support members 6 and 7 engaged between the back plates 3 are buried. The second connecting member 9 screwed to the block 1 side may be buried as shown in the figure, but may be removed each time.

A plurality of connecting rods 10 for connecting the block 1 and the back plate 3 are used in the lateral direction of one block 1 by embedding a plurality of nut members 2 in the lateral direction on the back of the block 1. be able to.

Further, both ends of the connecting rod 10 are connected to the first and second connecting members 8 and 9 so that they can be engaged and disengaged and can be rotated. The first and second connecting members 8a and 9a as shown in FIGS. 7 to 10 may be used instead of the configuration shown in FIG.

The first connecting member 8a shown in FIG. 7 includes a pipe member 31 that is detachably fitted to the distal end of the attitude guide bar 5, a top plate 32 fixed to the distal end portion of the pipe member 31, and the top plate 32. It consists of two hinge cylinders 33a and 33b which are concentrically spaced apart and fixed to the pipe member 31 in a direction perpendicular to the axis, and a hinge pin 34 which is inserted into both the hinge cylinders 33a and 33b so as to be detachable. Then, by inserting one connecting end member 18a in the shape of the connecting rod 10 between the hinge cylinders 33a and 33b and inserting the hinge pin 34 into these connecting end members 18a, the connecting end member 18a is moved up and down on the first connecting member 8a. It is connected so as to be rotatable in the direction.

Also, the second connecting member 9a shown in FIG. 8 is the same as the first connecting member 8a, and two hinge cylinders 33a and 33b are fixed to the head of the bolt member 17 via the substrate 35. The other connecting end member 20a in the cylindrical shape of the connecting rod 10 is inserted between the hinge cylinders 33a and 333b, and the hinge pins 34 are inserted.

Further, the length of the connecting rod 10 can be adjusted. However, the adjustment structure is not limited to that shown in FIG. 1, and for example, as shown in FIG. 11, only the pipe member 22a is fixed to the first rod member 19a. The second rod member 21a may be slidably inserted into the pipe portion seat 22d, and the second rod member 21a may be stopped with a set bolt 36.
