又、請求項2に記載の発明は、請求項1の目的に加えて、前記誘導路における落下面への誘導を適正且つ確実に行うために、前記落下面と連結される終端を除く前記第一傾斜面と第二傾斜面との外周に、前記落下面以外からの前記遊技球の落下を防止する案内壁を立設したものである。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明する。

図1は、遊技機の一例としてのパチンコ機1の背面図と側面図とを示したもので、正面の遊技盤2の後方に設けられた機構板3には、上方から、遊技球タンク4、遊技球払出装置5、制御装置6、入賞球検出装置7、遊技球発射装置8等が設置されており、制御装置6は遊技球タンク4の略真下に位置している。尚、9は機構板3に周設される機枠である。
遊技球タンク4は、図2にも示す如く、底面を傾斜させると共に、上方を開放させた皿形状を呈し、そこに貯留させた遊技球を、底面に連結した誘導樋4aを介して遊技球払出装置5へ供給するもので、遊技球払出装置5は、制御装置6内に設けられ、遊技盤2に設置された図示しない電動遊技部材の作動制御を初めとして遊技内容を制御する基板11の指示に従い、遊技球タンク4から供給される遊技球を所定数パチンコ機1前面の受皿10へ払い出すものである。又、制御装置6は、基板11がネジ止めされるベース12と、接続端子等が設けられる上方を残して基板11を覆うようにベース12にネジ止めされる箱状のカバー13とを有し、機構板3へは、ベース12に固着した取付金具21,21を介してネジ止め設置を行っている。
そして、カバー13の上面には、図1,2の左端を始端として、右へ行くに従って低くなる第一傾斜面14と、逆に右端を始端として、左へ行くに従って低くなる第二傾斜面15と、両傾斜面14,15の終端が夫々合流し、基板11側を始端として基板11側から離れるに従って低くなる落下面16とからなる誘導路17が形成されている。又、図1における側面図の横に示すカバー13の断面説明図A及び図2に示す如く、第一傾斜面14と第二傾斜面15の周囲には、落下面16と連結される終端を除いて案内壁18,18が立設されている。尚、落下面16は、垂直方向で、制御装置6の下方の遊技球発射装置8等の他の構成部の真上に位置しないように設定されるものである。

よって、上記の如く構成されたパチンコ機1においては、遊技球タンク4から偶発的にこぼれ落ちた遊技球19がカバー13上に落下すると、カバー13上面のどの場所でも、第一傾斜面14若しくは第二傾斜面15によって落下面16に導かれ、更に落下面16では終端へ導かれて、矢印で順に示すように、遊技球19は常に落下面16の終端から落下する。このとき、第一,第二傾斜面14,15に周設された案内壁18,18によって、落下面16以外からの落下が防止されると同時に、基板11側に位置する案内壁18により、誘導路17を移動する遊技球19が基板11と接触するのも防止できる。そして、落下面16から落下した下方には、電気部材のない機枠9が配されるのみであるから、ここに遊技球19が落下しても、ショートや損傷等の不具合を生じさせる虞れはない。
このように上記形態によれば、誘導路17により、カバー13上に落下した遊技球19を、その落下場所に拘わらず、所定位置(落下面16終端)に導き、落下による影響のない機枠9上へ落下させることができる。従って、遊技球19が制御装置6上に貯留するのを防ぎ、基板11との接触により回路をショートさせる虞れを解消できると共に、制御装置6から落下させた遊技球19が下方の構成部と接触してショートさせたり、損傷を与えたりする虞れも確実に防止可能となる。又、案内壁18により、遊技球19の確実な誘導と誘導中の基板11への接触防止との両効果が得られる。
