上述の目的を達成するために本発明のカッター装置は、カッター羽根のスライドを規制するロック機構を各カッター羽根ごとに設けたことを要旨とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態の一例を図1〜図5を参照して説明する。
本例のカッター装置は、アパーチャ部1を囲むよう上下左右に配した4枚のカッター羽根2を、円筒形の支持枠3内でスライド自在に保持して、アパーチャ部1を通過する光を任意枠形にカットし得るよう形成したものである。

各カッター羽根2は、金属薄板により略扇形状に形成した羽根板21の中心部に軸受部材22を固定すると共に、その軸受部材22によりスライド操作用の操作軸23を回動自在に支持してなる。

夫々の羽根板21は、支持枠3の上板31と下板32の間に装填したコイルスプリング4により、操作軸23によるスライド操作を容易に行い得る程度の押圧力をもって重合状に配されている。

操作軸23は、断面が角を丸めた長方形状に形成して、長辺側になる長径23aと短辺側になる短径23bを直交方向に有し、断面円形とした小径内端部24を軸受部材22に挿入して回動自在に支持される。操作軸23の外端部には操作用の摘み25を取付けてある。尚、操作軸23は、少なくとも後述の上下の押え部材51,52で保持される部分が正方形状の断面になるのを除くことは言うまでもない。

この状態から操作軸23を回動操作して、上下の押え部材51、52が操作軸23の長径23a側を保持するロック状態(図4(a)参照)にすると、両押え部材51、52による操作軸23の保持は重負荷状態になり、操作軸23のスライドは規制され、各カッター羽根2は軽度の振動等でずれない程度の固定がなされた状態に維持される。
尚、本例では操作軸23の断面形状を〔0012〕で述べたように、断面略長方形状で且つ四角部分は角の取れた湾曲形状としたが、必ずしもこの形状に限定されるものではなく、長径23aと短径23bを直交方向に有する断面形状であれば良い。しかし乍ら、フリー状態とロック状態を切換える際の操作性並びにフリー状態とロック状態におけるガタツキを防止して当該状態を確実に維持せんとすることを考えれば、断面略長方形状で且つ四角部分は角の取れた湾曲形状とすることが好ましい。

【発明の効果】
本発明のカッター装置は以上説明したように、カッター羽根のスライドを規制するロック機構を各カッター羽根ごとに設けたので、各カッター羽根相互の圧接状態は操作軸によるスライド操作を容易に行い得る程度の低抵抗のものとすることが出来る。
従って、各カッター羽根の操作性に優れると共に微調整も容易に行え、且つ位置決めした状態においては軽度の振動等でずれない程度の固定をすることが出来る。
また、各カッター羽根を圧接状に重ねて保持するためのコイルバネ等の付勢部材による付勢力を従来より軽負荷にすることが出来るので、カッター羽根相互の摺接による損傷が低減されると共に、付勢部材の寿命等も従来より長くなり、信頼性の向上、製作コスト,保守管理コストの低減等の効果が期待できる。

また、長径側と短径側の二種類の径を有する回動自在な操作軸を上下の押え部材で保持するようにし、且つ両押え部材で操作軸の長径側を保持する時には操作軸のスライドが規制される一方、両押え部材で操作軸の短径側を保持する時には操作軸がスライド自在となるよう、上下の押え部材を付勢してロック機構を形成した場合、操作軸を回動して長径側と短径側を切り換えるだけの極めて簡単な操作でロック状態とフリー状態の切換えを行えるので、操作性が更に向上する等、多くの効果を奏する。
