Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packaging box, for example, a packaging box that houses a plurality of stored items that can be stored in an array, such as a plate-shaped confectionery.
[0002]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, in a product whose final form is a packaging box containing a plurality of plate-like confectionery (for example, confectionery made of chocolate) cut into small pieces, the stored goods can easily move within the packaging box body. In order to prevent the stored items from moving freely inside the packaging box during the manufacturing stage for storing the stored items and the distribution stage from shipping to display of goods at the retail store, the stored items are provided with an internal partition. The device which holds each is made.
And for products containing plate-shaped confectionery, etc., in order to simplify the mechanism of partitioning, a tray with integrated partitioning is integrated inside the packaging box body by vacuum shaping the synthetic resin sheet. A device for arranging and holding each stored item in the tray has been conventionally employed.
[0003]
For example, as shown in FIG. 5, a packaging box body c having a bottom with a packaging box a and having side walls b on all sides can be taken in and out of the sleeve d, and a recess f corresponding to the stacked contents e is provided. A tray h divided by a partition g is arranged in the packaging box main body c, and the stored items e are stored in a stacked state in the respective recesses f of the tray h, and the stored items e are taken out in order from the top. However, even if one stored item e remains in the recess f, the stored item e is held without being moved by the partition g.
However, in the case where a plurality of storage locations are divided as described above, the storage items stacked on the upper side are also held so as not to move by the partition. Even if it tries to take out two stored goods, there is no space which inserts a fingertip between partitions, Therefore It has the problem that the stored goods become difficult to take out and a product image is reduced.
[0004]
In addition, the packaging box for storing confectionery is made of paper, but this packaging box is no longer necessary because it uses a synthetic resin tray integrated with a partition that prevents the movement of stored items. In this case, the packaging box body and the tray must be separated, and there is a problem that it takes time to dispose of the packaging box.
Therefore, in view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to make it possible to hold an array of stored items that can be easily taken out without using a partition member, and to improve the product image by easily taking out the stored items. .
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and has a plurality of storages each having the same shape and having a top surface with a wall portion composed of a front wall, a side wall, and a rear wall on four sides of the bottom. A packaging box main body for storing an object so as to be removable from the outlet; and a lid that is connected to a rear wall of the packaging box main body via a folding portion so as to open and close the outlet. provided with a insole which laid in the bottom of the perforated to packaging box main body of the receiving portion and rearward tilting state causing folded edges of the rear wall side in the interior of the front wall of the packaging box main body to the rear wall side Each of a plurality of storage items from the foremost storage inserted in the kick-in space to the last storage in the receiving portion is formed by tilting backward to form a kick-in space at the back of the front wall. Overlapping with the packaging box body tilted backwards in the front-rear direction It was to provide packing box, characterized in, it is to solve the above problems.
In the present invention, on the upper surface of the insole, it is preferable that a plurality of ridges extending in a direction orthogonal to the front-rear direction of the packaging box body are provided side by side in the front-rear direction of the packaging box body. is there.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, the present invention will be described in detail based on the embodiment shown in FIGS.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a packaging box, and the packaging box 1 comprises a packaging box body 2 and a lid 3 as shown in FIG. The packaging box body 2 is a box body having the opened outlet 4 as an upper surface, and has a wall portion including a front wall 6, left and right side walls 7, and a rear wall 8 on four sides of the bottom 5. A storage space 9 having an upper surface as the outlet 4 is provided by being surrounded by four wall portions. The lid 3 is connected to the upper end of the rear wall 8 of the packaging box body 2 via a folding part 10 so as to cover the outlet 4 so as to be openable and closable. The front wall 12 and the side wall 13 are connected to the three sides of the top surface portion 11 that are continuous with each other. When the top surface portion 11 covers the outlet 4, the front wall 12 overlaps the outer surface side of the front wall 6, Each of the walls 13 overlaps the outer surface side of the side wall 7.
[0007]
As shown in FIG. 1 or 2, the front wall 6 of the packaging box body 2 is provided with an inclined portion 14 in which a region extending from the required height position to the upper end is inclined backward toward the rear wall 8. In addition, by having the inclined portion 14 that inclines rearwardly, a kick space 15 that forms a part of the storage space 9 is formed on the back portion of the front wall 6. FIG. 4 shows the unfolded state of the packaging box body 2 in which the kick space 15 is formed, and the side wall 7 having the required thickness on both sides of the bottom member A is obtained by folding. The wall member B is connected, and the rear wall member C to be the rear wall 8 is connected to one of the other two sides of the bottom member A. And the front wall member D used as the front wall 6 is connected to the remaining one side facing the rear wall member C, and this front wall member D is formed from the bottom member A side as an upstanding surface area that serves as an upstanding area in the front wall 6. It comprises a part E, two inclined part forming parts F and G that are folded to form the inclined part 14, and an engaging part H corresponding from the upright surface forming part E to the front side of the bottom surface member A. The formation part E is raised and the front wall member D is folded between the inclined part forming parts F and G so that the inclined part forming parts F and G are overlapped with each other, and the engaging part H is made the rising surface forming part E. It is made to fold along the bottom member A. Further, the inclined portion 14 and the side wall 7 are connected by inserting the flap I on the front wall member D side in the side wall member B between the overlapped inclined portion forming portions F and G. I try to do it. In this way, since the inclined portion forming members F and G are folded and the engaging portion H is folded along the upright surface forming portion E, the inclined portion forming members F and G are kicked to the back portion of the front wall 6 having the inclined portion 14 inclined backward. A confined space 15 is obtained. An inner surface plate 17 described later is cut and formed so as to extend over the inclined portion forming portions F and G, and a notch 22 described later can be formed by folding the inner surface plate 17.
An insole 16 is provided at the inner bottom of the storage space 9 having the front wall 6 side as the kicking space 15 as described above. As shown in FIG. 2, the insole 16 extends from the lower end position of the inner surface plate 17 of the front wall 6 folded so as to form the kick space 15 to the rear wall 8 side along the inner surface of the bottom portion 5. It has a receiving portion 18 that is laid down toward the rear wall 8 so that the side portion on the rear wall 8 side is folded and tilted backward to the upper end of the rear wall 8.
[0008]
The inclined state of the receiving portion 18 substantially corresponds to the inclined state of the inclined portion 14 in the front wall 6 described above, and the inclined state of the stored item described later is set by the inclination of both. The side portion of the insole 16 on the rear wall 8 side is not all folded, but the central portion is left in a convex shape as shown in FIG. The uncut portion 19 has its tip abutted against the lower end of the rear wall 8 so that the insole 16 does not move toward the rear wall 8, that is, the rear portion of the insole 16 does not cause the receiving portion 18 to exceed the set angle. It is designed as follows.
The insole 16 is made of corrugated cardboard with a corrugated upper surface, and a corrugated ridge 20 is formed in the left-right direction of the packaging box body 2, and the ridge 20 is the packaging box body. 2 are arranged in the front-rear direction. As will be described later, the storage items are arranged on the insole 16 so as to be tilted backward, and the lower ends of the storage items arranged are locked to the ridges 20 so that the arrangement of the storage items does not collapse. Therefore, the ridge 20 is set to a height at which the lower end of the stored item is properly locked.
[0009]
As shown in the figure, the storage space 9 in which the insole 16 is arranged stores a plurality of storage items 21 in the form of a plate, and is adapted to the inclination of the inclined portion 14 of the front wall 6 and the above. The stored item 21 positioned so as to be inserted into the kick-in space 15 is the frontmost item, the stored item 21 arranged along the receiving portion 18 is the last item, and the plurality of stored items 21 are the packaging box body 2. It is stored in a state of being overlaid in the longitudinal direction. And as above-mentioned, the said stored article 21 whole is accommodated in the state inclined backward by the inclination of the inclination part 14 in the front wall 6, and the inclination of the receiving part 18. As shown in FIG. Since the plurality of stored items 21 superimposed in the front-rear direction of the packaging box body 2 in this way tilt backward, the end of each stored item 21 on the outlet 4 side is expressed in a stepped manner. Thus, each of the stored items 21 can be easily picked out, and the stored items 21 are provided so as to be easily taken out from the outlet 4 so as not to damage the product image.
Further, the plurality of storage items 21 are provided with ridges 20 arranged on the upper surface of the insole 16, and each of the ridges 20 extends in the left-right direction of the packaging box body 2. The lower ends of the storage items 21 arranged on the upper side are engaged with the ridges 20 so that the inclined storage items 21 are not displaced.
[0010]
Reference numeral 22 in FIG. 1 denotes a notch formed by cutting the center of the inclined portion 14 of the front wall 6 from the upper end, and at least the upper end side of the stored item 21 positioned at the foremost position from the notch 22 is exposed. ing. As a result, it is easy to put a fingertip on the upper end of the foremost stored item 21, and even the stored item 21 located on the back of the inclined portion 14 can be easily picked out. Further, reference numeral 23 in FIG. 1 denotes an insertion piece provided on the front wall 12 of the lid 3. When the lid 3 is closed as shown in FIG. 3, the insertion piece 23 is inserted into the front wall of the packaging box body 2. 6, the closed state of the outlet 4 by the lid 3 can be maintained by being inserted into and engaged with the slit 24 provided in the head 6. Further, in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, reference numeral 25 denotes a window provided on the lid 3, and this window 25 is covered with a transparent film 26, and when the lid 3 is closed, the packaging box 1 is passed through the window 25. The inside is visible.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention described above, a plurality of storage items accommodated in the packaging box main body are rearwardly tilted and arranged so as to sandwich and hold the storage items between the front wall and the receiving part of the insole. The arrangement does not collapse, and the first impression when the lid of the packaging box is opened is excellent. And since the upper end of each stored item appears in a staircase shape, it becomes easy to pick out each stored item and the product image is not impaired. In addition, since it is possible to maintain the arrangement of multiple items without using a conventional synthetic resin tray with an integrated partition, it is easy to dispose of without separation and has excellent practicality. There is an effect.
