Description

【0001】

[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the floor heating mat 1 of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, an electric heater 4 is embedded on a substrate 3, and a soaking layer 5 of a metal sheet such as an aluminum foil is formed on the electric heater 4. And an insulating layer 12 of a resin sheet such as a polyethylene sheet is laminated on the soaking layer 5. In the case of this example, the base material 3 is soundproof, and is formed of a fiber mat made of hemp, cotton, palm, synthetic fiber, binder, or the like. The substrate 3 is composed of an upper layer 3a and a lower layer 3b. The upper layer 3a is hard, and the lower layer 3b is soft with respect to the upper layer 3a and has cushioning properties. To harden the upper layer 3a with respect to the lower layer 3b, in the case of the fiber board, the palm amount of the upper layer 3a is increased and the palm amount of the lower layer 3b is decreased. The electric heater 4 includes a cord heater 4a and a planar heater 4b. In the case of the cord heater 4a, a plurality of grooves 14 are formed in the upper layer 3a of the substrate 3 as shown in FIG. The cord heater 4 a is embedded in the groove 14. In the case of the planar heater 4 b, a recess 15 is provided in the upper layer 3 a of the substrate 2, and the planar heater 4 b is embedded in the recess 15.
[0010]
When the soaking layer 5 and the insulating layer 12 are laminated on the base material 3 from the top of the electric heater 4, in the case of the example in FIG. 1, a composite sheet A in which the soaking layer 5 and the insulating layer 12 are combined is mounted. is there. When the composite sheet A is mounted, the folded portions 16 are formed and laminated so that the edges of the soaking layer 5 and the insulating layer 12 are folded downward. If it does in this way, it will become unnecessary to provide an earth mechanism when not only the upper surface of heat equalization layer 5, but also the edge is concealed, and a floor heating device is constructed like usual. Moreover, since the edge of the soaking layer 5 can be concealed only by forming the folded portion 16 and then laminating as described above, the end of the soaking layer 5 can be easily concealed.
[0011]
In the case of the example in FIG. 2, when the soaking layer 5 and the insulating layer 12 are laminated on the base material 3 from the top of the electric heater 4, the edge of the soaking layer 5 is refrained from the edge of the base material 3. The insulating layer 12 is covered so as to cover the edge of the soaking layer 5 from above the thermal layer 5. Also in this case, the edge of the soaking layer 5 can be easily concealed. In the case of the example of FIG. 3, when the composite sheet A in which the soaking layer 5 and the insulating layer 12 are combined is attached, the soaking layer 5 and the insulating layer 12 are attached so as to bite into the substrate 3. Reference numeral 17 in FIG. 3 denotes a biting portion.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, as described above, an insulating layer is laminated on the soaking layer and concealed so as not to expose the outer edge of the soaking layer, so that the soaking layer of the metal sheet is not exposed at all. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a grounding mechanism on the electrical appliance, and the structure of the floor heating apparatus can be simplified and the construction can be facilitated.
