Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a floor heating structure and a construction method thereof, and more particularly, to an electrical floor heating structure and a construction method thereof that enable a work-saving workability in an electrical floor heating using an electric heater as a heat source.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An electric floor heating structure using an electric heater as a heat source is known, and its construction method is roughly divided into an integral construction and a separate construction. Integrated construction is a method of placing a large number of heating floor materials, in which a heat source such as a heater is attached to the back of the wooden decorative floor material in advance, and fixing it on the floor base with nailing, etc. The back surface of the floor material is a flat surface, and is arranged directly on the floor base surface or via a soaking plate such as a buffer sheet or aluminum foil.
[0003]
In remote construction, a heating panel that incorporates a heat source such as a heater in a required frame is fixed to a joist or floor foundation by nailing, etc. This is a method of arranging flooring by appropriate means. In this case as well, the front and back surfaces of the heating panel incorporating the heat source are flat surfaces, and if necessary, a soaking plate is provided. A wood-type decorative flooring material is disposed through (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-21111, etc.).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The integrated construction has an advantage that the construction is simplified as compared with the separate construction. However, when the surface of the wooden decorative flooring is scratched and reformed, it is necessary to replace the entire heating flooring incorporating the heat source body, which tends to increase costs. Furthermore, at the time of renovation, the heating floor material fixed to the ground surface by nailing or the like is peeled off at a necessary location, and the electrical connection is again secured to the new heating floor material to return it to the original state. Is not easy.
[0005]
In the separate construction, when the surface of the wooden decorative flooring is damaged, it is only necessary to replace the wooden decorative flooring, and remodeling can be performed at a relatively low cost. However, it is difficult to say that the overall construction cost is reduced considering the cost of manufacturing the heating panel incorporating the heat source and the labor for installing the heating panel and the wooden decorative floor separately.
[0006]
Also, in any construction mode, it is assumed that the ground surface is flat during construction, and at the time of renovation, the existing floor floor material is peeled off, and then the floor heating construction is performed as it is. Alternatively, it is extremely difficult to perform floor heating construction on an existing wooden decorative flooring.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the circumstances as described above, and when it is newly constructed, and when it is constructed at the time of renovation, the construction can be reduced in comparison with the conventional one. An object of the present invention is to provide an electric floor heating structure capable of reducing the cost and a construction method thereof.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the electric floor heating structure according to the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem, basically, a lower cushion sheet for absorbing irregularities present on the ground surface is laminated on a ground surface having irregularities on the surface. In addition, on the upper surface of the lower cushion sheet, a heat source device composed of a heater, required wiring, and a connection connector is arranged and connected to a connection connector , on which a heater for the heat source device , required wiring, The upper cushion sheet having a thickness capable of absorbing the unevenness caused by the connected connector for connection is laminated, and the surface decorative material is laminated thereon without using an adhesive or a fixture. To do. The present invention also discloses a construction method for constructing the electric floor heating structure.
[0009]
In the electric floor heating structure and the construction method thereof according to the present invention, the foundation is arbitrary, and may be a floor foundation in a conventional flooring construction, for example, a concrete floor surface, directly or via a joist. It may be a discarded base plywood to be attached. Further, the base may be an existing floor surface decorative material, for example, a wooden decorative floor material on a wooden floor, a cushion material on a cushion floor laid with carpet, a resin sheet, a tile, and the like. When a new electric floor heating is to be introduced at the time of renovation, a structure using the existing floor surface decorative material as a base is suitable.
[0010]
Heat source equipment consisting of a heater and the required wiring and connection for the connector is disposed through the appropriate lower cushion sheet laminated on the lower ground. When there is unevenness (unevenness) on the surface of the foundation, such as when using an existing floor surface decorative material as a foundation, it is necessary to use an appropriate lower cushion sheet having a thickness that can absorb the irregularity. place a heat source equipment Te.
[0011]
The heater is arbitrary as long as it uses electricity as an energy source, and includes not only a planar heater or linear heater using a nichrome wire or the like as a resistor, but also a PTC heater mainly containing a ceramic semiconductor BaTi. In the case of a linear heater, it is also included that it is fixed in a meandering or looping manner on a suitable substrate. The heater, required wiring, connector for connection, and the like are fixed to the base with an appropriate fixing tool such as staple, if necessary.
[0012]
When the heat source equipment is disposed, unevenness (unevenness) occurs due to the heater, required wiring, connection connectors, and the like. Therefore, for the purpose of absorbing the unevenness, an upper cushion sheet having a thickness capable of absorbing the unevenness and preferably having approximately the same area as the ground area is laminated on the heat source equipment. Then, an appropriate surface decoration material is laminated on the upper cushion sheet in the form of a so-called floor (floating floor) without using an adhesive or a fixture. Thereby, the electric floor heating structure according to the present invention is constructed.
[0013]
There is no limitation on the type of surface decorative material laminated on the upper cushion sheet, and any one that has been used in conventional floor structures (for example, the aforementioned wooden decorative floor material, sheet-like appropriate cushion material, resin sheet, Tile). When a large number of rectangular unit bodies are gathered together to form a floor, such as a wooden decorative floor material or tile, it is desirable to apply sene processing around each unit body so that they can engage with each other. The reason for adopting the floor structure is that it can be easily constructed without using a fixture such as a nail.
[0014]
In the present invention, the upper cushion sheet and the lower cushion sheet are formed by the heat source equipment as described above, or absorb the unevenness (unevenness) existing on the ground surface, and the members positioned higher (the upper cushion sheet In the case of the surface decorative material, in the case of the lower cushion sheet, the heat source material) is not affected by unevenness (unevenness), and an appropriate material having an appropriate thickness depending on the degree of the unevenness Is selected. As the material, a resin material such as a foamed synthetic resin such as polyurethane or polyolefin, or a material such as a nonwoven fabric made of synthetic fiber is suitable.
