Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a shelf board used to construct a shelf by laying between left and right side frames, and more particularly to a shelf board in which a plurality of strip-shaped single bodies are arranged in parallel and adjacent strip-shaped single bodies are connected by a connector. Is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As this type of shelf board, for example, one described in JP-A-11-62916 (hereinafter referred to as a conventional structure) is known. In this conventional shelf board, the joint tool used in combination can prevent the two adjacent strips from separating from each other, but the amount of downward deflection of the two adjacent strips is a load (load). ), It is impossible to prevent a step between the two belt-like single bodies. Moreover, the connecting tool is composed of two parts, which not only increases the cost, but also attaches the band-shaped single unit for the shelf board before connecting and integrating them at both ends, that is, the band-shaped single unit is arranged in parallel. At the same time, it was necessary to assemble the connecting tool at the same time, which was troublesome.
[0003]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
An object of the present invention is to provide a shelf board that can solve the above-described conventional problems. When the means is shown with reference numerals in the embodiments described later, a plurality of sheets are shown. A shelf plate 2 in which strip-shaped single bodies 3 are arranged in parallel and adjacent strip-shaped single bodies 3 are connected to each other by a connector 10, and each strip-shaped single body 3 includes a top plate portion 4 and left and right side plates hanging from the left and right sides thereof. Part 5 and slit-like connecting holes 9 formed along the corners between the top plate part 4 and the side plate part 5, and the connecting tool 10 includes two adjacent ones between the strip-like single bodies 3 and 3. It is composed of an inverted U-shaped plate having a pair of sandwiching plate portions 11a and 11b that can be inserted downward into the slit-shaped connecting hole 9 and sandwich the two side plate portions 5 adjacent to each other between the strip-shaped single bodies 3. The pair of sandwiching plate portions 11a and 11b has two strip-shaped single bodies 3 adjacent to each other. Preventing portion 12a dropout projecting lower plate portions 4, the shelf plate 2 12b are provided, the pair of clamping plates 11a of the coupling 10, the 11b, obliquely upward entirely to the outside Removable elastic tongues 14 that extend in a straight line are provided, and the upper ends of the elastic tongues 14 for retaining each other are adjacent to each other below the top plate portions 4 of the two strip-shaped single members 3 that are adjacent to each other. Stop parts 12a and 12b are configured .
[0004]
About practicing the present invention having the above-described configuration, the stopper elastic tongue piece 14 omission is folded diagonally upward said pair of holding plate sections 11a, the portion enclosed by the gate-shaped notch 13 formed 11b outwardly You can compose it.
[0005]
The slit-shaped connection hole 9 is formed so as to reach the position of the outer surface of the side plate portion 5 of the strip-shaped single body 3, and the upper end U-turn portion 17 of the connector 10 is adjacent to each other between the strip-shaped single bodies 2. It is desirable to fit between the two slit-shaped connecting holes 9 so as not to protrude upward from the surface of the top plate portion 4 of the strip-shaped single body 3. When this configuration is adopted, the pair of sandwiching plate portions 11a and 11b of the connector 10 are arranged at the intermediate height position between the entire thickness T of the two side plate portions 5 adjacent to each other between the strip-shaped single bodies 3. A constricted portion 15 that is substantially the same or narrower than that is formed, and can be bent so as to form an introduction portion 16 that extends from the constricted portion 15 to the distal ends of the sandwiching plate portions 11a and 11b. In addition, the distance between the tips of the pair of sandwiching plate portions 11a and 11b is larger than the total thickness T of the two side plate portions 5 adjacent to each other between the strip-shaped single bodies 3, but It can be made smaller than the distance D between the inner sides of the two adjacent slit-like connecting holes 9.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows an example of a shelf composed of shelf boards of the invention, 1A and 1B are side frames at both ends of the shelf, The shelf board 2 of the present invention is installed between the both side frames 1A and 1B in a plurality of vertical sections. A conventionally well-known means is employ | adopted for the support method of the both ends of each shelf board 2. FIG. Thus, as shown in FIG. 2, each shelf board 2 is composed of a plurality of strip-shaped single bodies 3 (three strip-shaped single bodies 3 in the illustrated example) arranged in parallel.
[0007]
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, each strip-shaped single body 3 includes a top plate portion 4, left and right side plate portions 5 that hang from the left and right sides, and a lip that extends inward from the bottom sides of the left and right side plates 5. And a rising plate portion 7 that rises at right angles from the inner sides of the lip portions 6 toward the back surface side of the top plate portion 4, and the top plate portion 4 is continuous in the length direction and the top plate portion 4. Ribs 8a to 8d projecting on the back side of the plate portion 4 are formed, and can be integrally formed by roll processing of a strip-shaped iron plate. As the ribs 8a to 8d, ribs having a substantially V-shaped cross section that are recessed from the surface of the top plate portion 4 can be formed as shown in the figure, but the V-shaped side walls of the ribs are overlapped with each other. Further, it may be an I-shaped rib having substantially no groove-like space that is recessed when viewed from the surface side of the top plate portion 4, or a U-shaped cross-section in which both side walls are parallel and the bottom is an arc. It may be a rib.
[0008]
In the corner between the top plate portion 4 and the side plate portions 5 of the strip-shaped single body 3, slit-shaped connection holes 9 are provided at appropriate intervals in the length direction. As shown in FIG. 4B, the connection hole 9 is formed so as to reach the outer surface position of the side plate portion 5 of the band-shaped single body 3, whereby the notch end surface 5 a of the side plate portion 5 is formed in the connection hole 9. Exposed. In the illustrated example, the notch end surface 5a of the side plate portion 5 exposed in the coupling hole 9 is configured to be slightly below the back surface of the top plate portion 4, but the notch end surface 5a of the side plate portion 5 and What is necessary is just to comprise so that the level | step difference between the surfaces of the top-plate part 4 may not become thinner than the plate | board thickness of the component board | plate material of the coupling tool mentioned later, for example, the notch end surface 5a of the side-plate part 5 is the back surface of the top-plate part 4. It can be configured to be at the same level.
[0009]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the shelf board 2 is configured by arranging a plurality of the strip-shaped single bodies 3 (three in the illustrated example) in parallel, but at this time, two adjacent strip-shaped single bodies are formed. 3 and 3 are connected to each other by a connecting tool 10 mounted using the connecting hole 9. As shown in FIG. 6, the connector 10 is composed of an inverted U-shaped plate made of a spring steel plate having a pair of sandwiching plate portions 11 a and 11 b, and the pair of sandwiching plate portions 11 a and 11 b are prevented from coming off. Portions 12a and 12b are provided.
[0010]
The retaining portions 12a and 12b of the connector 10 are formed from an elastic tongue piece 14 formed by bending a portion surrounded by the portal notch 13 formed in the pair of sandwiching plate portions 11a and 11b diagonally upward. It is configured. Thus, as shown in FIG. 7B, the pair of sandwiching plate portions 11a and 11b is substantially the same as or equal to the entire thickness T of the two side plate portions 5 and 5 adjacent to each other between the strip-shaped single bodies 3 and 3. A narrow constricted portion 15 is formed at an intermediate height position, and is bent symmetrically so as to form an introducing portion 16 that extends from the constricted portion 15 to the front end of the holding plate portion. Further, the distance between the tips of the pair of sandwiching plate portions 11a and 11b is larger than the total thickness T of the two side plate portions 5 and 5 adjacent to each other between the strip-shaped single bodies 3 and 3, as shown in FIG. 7B. The distance D is smaller than the distance D between the inner sides of the two connecting holes 9, 9 adjacent to each other between the strip-shaped single bodies 3, 3. Therefore, the pair of sandwiching plate portions 11a and 11b are adjacent to each other between the strip-shaped single bodies 3 and 3 without narrowing or widening the distance between the tips of the pair of sandwiching plate portions 11a and 11b against elasticity. It can be easily inserted into the two connecting holes 9, 9 in a distributed manner from above. Further, the distance L between the tips of the pair of retaining portions 12a and 12b (elastic tongue piece 14) is natural as long as it is retaining, but as shown in FIG. It is larger than the distance D between the inner sides of the two connecting holes 9 and 9.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9A, the connector 10 having the above-described configuration has both clamping plate portions 11a and 11b in the connecting holes 9 and 9 adjacent to each other between the strip-shaped single bodies 3 constituting the shelf plate 2. Although inserted from above, the outer surfaces of the pair of left and right elastic tongues 14 are in contact with the side edges of the connecting holes 9 and 9 (the side edges on the inner side with respect to the side plate portion 5 of the strip-shaped single body 3) during the insertion. Therefore, from this stage, the connecting tool 10 is strongly pressed downward, and the connecting tool 10 is inserted into the connecting holes 9 and 9 while elastically deforming the pair of left and right elastic tongue pieces 14 toward each other. Thus, when the pair of left and right elastic tongue pieces 14 completely enter the bottom of the connecting holes 9 and 9, both elastic tongue pieces 14 elastically return to the outside, and the attachment of the connector 10 is completed. At this time, since the tips of both elastic tongues 14, that is, the retaining portions 12 a and 12 b repel the side edges of the connection holes 9 and 9, the operator makes a clicking sound, It is possible to reliably sense the state where the pair of left and right retaining portions 12a and 12b reach the lower side of the coupling holes 9 and 9 and the connector is completely attached.
[0012]
As described above, as shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9A, the side plate portions 5, 5 adjacent to each other of the belt-like single bodies 3, 3 are mounted by attaching the connecting tool 10 between the belt-like single bodies 3, 3 adjacent to each other. Are sandwiched between the constricted portions 15 of the pair of sandwiching plate portions 11a and 11b of the connector 10, and are connected to each other. In addition, when the connecting tool 10 is in use, the connecting tool 10 moves upward with respect to the connecting holes 9 and 9 because the tips of the elastic tongue pieces 14, that is, the retaining portions 12a and 12b. Since it is blocked by coming into contact with the back surface of the top plate portion 4 of each of the strip-shaped single bodies 3, 3, there is no possibility that the connector 10 comes off upward and comes off. Further, when one of the adjacent belt-like single bodies 3 and 3 is bent so as to be lowered with respect to the other belt-like single body 3, as shown in FIG. 9B, both retaining portions 12a and 12b. Of the elastic tongue piece 14, the retaining portion 12 a on the side of the band-shaped single body 3 to be lowered comes into contact with the back surface of the top plate portion 4 of the band-shaped single body 3 to be lowered, and Since the upper end U-turn portion 17 that connects the holding plate portions 11a and 11b is received by the cut-out end surface 5a of the side plate portion 5 of the other strip-shaped single piece 3, the strip-shaped single piece 3 that is going to be lowered eventually attaches the connector 10. Thus, the other strip-shaped single body 3 is received and the downward bending deformation thereof is prevented, so that a large step exceeding the allowable limit does not occur between the two strip-shaped single bodies 3 and 3.
[0013]
When it is necessary to remove the connector 10 due to the disassembly of the shelf board 2 or the like, the pair of elastic tongues 14 of the connector 10 are sandwiched against the elasticity with fingertips or the like from the back side of the strip-shaped single bodies 3 and 3. In addition, by narrowing the distance between the pair of retaining portions 12a, 12b from the distance D (see FIG. 7B) between the inner sides of the adjacent connection holes 9, 9, upward from both connection holes 9, 9. Can be extracted.

【The invention's effect】
The shelf board of the present invention can be implemented and used as described above, and the shelf board of the present invention is such that the strips constituting the shelf board in parallel are adjacent to each other. The connecting tool is inserted between a pair of sandwiching plate portions from above the two slit-shaped connecting holes adjacent to each other between the strip-shaped single pieces and straddles between the adjacent strip-shaped single pieces, Since the retaining portion enters the lower side of the top plate portion of both belt-like single bodies, in the mounted state of this connector, relative movement in the vertical direction exceeding the allowable limit of the adjacent belt-like single bodies can be prevented. Therefore, even in a situation where the load is concentrated only on a specific strip-shaped single piece among a plurality of strip-shaped single pieces arranged in parallel, the band-shaped single piece is bent downward greatly than the adjacent strip-shaped single piece, resulting in a step. It is possible to always ensure a flat shelf surface.
[0015]
And since the said connector inserts a pair of clamping board part from the top to the two slit-shaped connection holes mutually adjacent between strip | belt-shaped single units | sets, while arranging a strip | belt-shaped single unit beforehand and its length direction edge part As a result, the coupling tool can be assembled as needed even after the rack is supported on the support frame via a shelf holder or the like, that is, after being assembled at a predetermined position as a shelf board.
[0016]
Furthermore , according to the configuration of the present invention , when the pair of sandwiching plate portions of the coupling tool are inserted into the slit-shaped coupling holes on the belt-like single body side, the retaining portions provided on both sandwiching plate portions, that is, the elastic tongue pieces are Since it can be easily elastically displaced at the side of the connecting hole and can easily pass through the connecting hole, the connecting tool can be easily mounted. In addition, the retaining portion that has passed through the coupling hole, that is, the elastic tongue piece, elastically returns to an obliquely upward posture in which the upward tip is adjacent to the lower side of the top plate portion of the band-shaped unit. Since it is possible to strongly prevent upward movement, it is possible to strongly and reliably prevent the occurrence of a step between the belt-like single members described above. Further, as described in the embodiment, the operator knows sensuously that the coupling tool is securely mounted at a predetermined position by the elastic sound when the elastic tongue piece passes through the coupling hole. It can be tightened, and the fitting of the connecting tool can be easily performed.
[0017]
In addition, according to the structure of Claim 2 , it can form integrally in a pair of clamping board part instead of comprising said retaining part, ie, an elastic tongue piece by attachment of another member, The cost of the coupler can be greatly reduced.
[0018]
Furthermore, according to the configuration of claim 3 , the upper end U-turn portion of the connector is mounted when the connector is mounted, such as when the connection hole is formed on the side of the top plate portion and on the inner side of the side plate portion. However, it is not necessary to protrude above the surface level of the top plate portion of the single belt-like member, and the inconvenience that the load is caught at the upper end U-turn portion of the connector protruding on the shelf plate surface can be avoided. In this case, according to the configuration described in claim 4 , although it becomes easy to insert the pair of sandwiching plate portions of the coupler into the two slit-shaped coupling holes adjacent between the strip-shaped single pieces, The two side plate portions that overlap between the belt-like single pieces can be reliably sandwiched by the constricted portions of the pair of sandwich plate portions, and rattling of the attached connecting tool can be prevented. Furthermore, according to the structure of Claim 5 , it becomes easier to insert a pair of clamping board part of a connector into the two slit-shaped connection holes adjacent between strip | belt-shaped single_piece | units.
