Malygin, A.A.の「バナジウム含有シリカゲルの特性の研究」、Zh. Prikl. Khim(レニングラード)、52(9)、2094〜6。
次の実施例において「加湿したシリカゲル」はINEOSシリカ社(旧名クロスフィールド社)から入手し得る、粒度2.5〜6.0mmのソルブシル シリカゲルを意味し、これは細孔構造が水を保持する能力の70%以上の程度にまで水を含有するまで湿り空気又はスチームに暴露されていたものである。典型的には、かかるゲルは22〜27重量%の水を含有する。
Claims (8)
- シリカ基質の材料上に銅の供給源と臭化物の供給源とを含浸させたシリカ基質材料を含有してなる指示用乾燥剤であって、銅の供給源はシリカ基質材料の重量に関してCuとして算出して0.002 〜 0.1 重量%の量で存在し、臭化物の供給源はBrとCuとの重量比が少なくとも5:1であるような量で存在しており;但しシリカ基質材料は0.1〜1.5重量%の塩化銅と3%までの臭化ナトリウムを含有するシリカゲルでないものとする、指示用乾燥剤。
- シリカ基質の材料上に銅の供給源と臭化物の供給源とを含浸させたシリカ基質材料を含有してなる指示用乾燥剤であって、銅の供給源はシリカ基質材料の重量に関してCuとして算出して0.5重量%以下の量で存在し、臭化物の供給源はBrとCuとの重量比が少なくとも5:1であるような量で存在しており;銅の供給源は硫酸銅(II)、臭化銅(II)及び硝酸銅(II)よりなる群から選んだ銅塩である、指示用乾燥剤。
- シリカ基質材料はシリカゲルであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の指示用乾燥剤。
- シリカゲルは、窒素での多孔度測定により測定すると0.2〜2.0cm3/gの細孔容積と200〜1500m2/gのBET表面積とを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の指示用乾燥剤。
- 銅の供給源は硫酸銅(II)、臭化銅(II)及び硝酸銅(II)よりなる群から選んだ銅塩であることを特徴とする請求項1、3又は4に記載の指示用乾燥剤。
- 銅の供給源はシリカ基質材料の重量に関してCuとして算出して0.02〜0.05重量%の量で存在することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の指示用乾燥剤。
- 臭化物の供給源は臭化ナトリウム、臭化カリウム、臭化カルシウム、臭化マグネシウム、臭化亜鉛及び臭化アンモニウムよりなる群から選んだ塩であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れかに記載の指示用乾燥剤。
- シリカ基質材料に、銅の供給源と臭化物の供給源と場合によっては染料又は別の着色材料とを含浸させ、これによってシリカ基質材料中に、シリカ基質材料の重量に関してCuとして算出して0.002 〜 0.1 重量%の量で銅の供給源と、BrとCuとの重量比が少なくとも5:1であるような量で臭化物の供給源とを導入することからなる請求項1〜7の何れかに記載の指示用乾燥剤の製造方法。
