図2は、図1のものと類似のグラフであるが、ここでは薬剤イミプラミンのlnCの関数としての表面圧を図示し、ここで、その溶液は図1のものに対応している、そして
図3は、図1のものと類似のグラフであるが、ここでは薬剤アミオダロンのlnCの関数としての表面圧を図示し、ここで、その溶液は図1のものに対応している。
Claims (6)
- 両親媒性物質の表面活性特性を測定する方法であって、当該方法が、前記物質の水溶液の表面張力を、前記物質の複数の濃度において、その気液界面で測定し、前記物質の表面張力と濃度との関係をギブスの吸着等温式に基づいて決定する工程と、このようにして決定された関係を使用して、前記物質の前記表面活性特性を予測する工程とを有するものにおいて、前記水溶液に、前記水溶液の表面張力を増加させる水溶性物質が、0.3Mから前記溶液中の前記水溶性物質の飽和濃度の範囲の濃度となる量、添加されることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1の方法であって、その前記表面活性特性が測定される前記物質は、DMSOまたは低級アルコールの、水溶性の溶媒に溶解された前記水溶液に添加される。
- 請求項1又は2の方法であって、前記水溶液の表面張力を増加させる前記水溶性物質は、アルカリ又はアルカリ土類金属塩、カルボン酸塩から成るグループから選択される。
- 請求項1又は2の方法であって、前記水溶液の表面張力を増加させる前記水溶性物質は、糖及びポリオール、アミノ酸、コリン及びベタインから成るグループから選択される。
- 請求項2又は3の方法であって、前記水溶性物質は、該水溶性物質の濃度、2〜6Mの量、添加される。
- 請求項2の方法であって、前記水溶性の溶媒は、前記溶液全体の0.1〜20体積%である。
