【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、体液を受け止め吸収する吸収性物品（生理用ナプキン、パンティーライナー、おりものシート、又は失禁パッドのことを意味する。）の包装構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
たとえば、生理用ナプキンにおいて、ナプキン本体の裏面（使用面に対した反対側の面）に予め設けられた粘着剤層を利用して下着の内面に止め付けることでもズレ止めを図ることが知られている。

また、生理用ナプキンにおいて、本体部分からそれぞれ側方に張り出す張り出し部、たとえばいわゆるウイングフラップを有するものは知られている。

この種のものは、両側のウイングフラップを下着（たとえばパンティー）のクロッチ部を巻き込み、下着の外面に対してウイングフラップを予め設けられた粘着剤層を利用して止め付けることで、ナプキンのズレ止めを図るものである。

一方、ナプキン本体の裏面でなく、使用面に粘着剤層を形成することは、特表２０００−５０５６９７号及び同５０５６９８号（以下これらを「先行技術」という。）により知られている。しかし、先行技術には、具体的に粘着剤層を使用面のいかなる部位に設けるかについて教示はない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、先行技術は、単純に生理用ナプキンを肌に宛がうだけで装着できる点においておおきな利点があること、その反面、使用面の粘着剤を例えば経血の排液部位に適用すると、経血の吸収性が阻害されるとともに、陰毛が多くある部分に対しては粘着剤による接着性が十分でないことが知見された。

他方、従来構造のウイングフラップのズレ止め効果は、活発な運動に伴う下着の「よれ」によりズレ止めに対してはさほど有効ではないことが知見された。

また、ナプキンの側縁から経血の横漏れを生じた場合、ウイングフラップがクロッチ部の巻き込み状態にあると、経血がクロッチ部に付着することは防止できるが、脚部の付け根付近や、下着の外にある衣服への付着を防止するには不十分である。

したがって、本発明の主たる課題は、経血の吸収性が阻害されることを解消するとともに、肌に対して十分な粘着剤による接着性を発揮し、ズレを防止できる吸収性物品を提供することにある。

＜請求項１記載の発明＞
吸収要素を有する本体部と、本体部からそれぞれ側方に張り出す張り出し部とを有し、前記本体部の使用面における幅方向両側部に第１粘着部をそれぞれ有し、かつ、前記張り出し部において、これを展開状態としたとき肌に対向する使用面側に、第２粘着部を有する吸収性物品の包装構造であって、
前記第２粘着部が吸収性物品の裏面側に露出されるように、前記張り出し部が前記本体部の使用面と反対の裏面側に折り畳まれた状態で、前記本体部の幅よりも幅広であって各粘着部に対して剥離自在な剥離兼用外装シートが、前記本体部の裏面に対向して配置され、この剥離兼用外装シートにより前記本体部の裏面及び第２粘着部が被覆されるとともに、この剥離兼用外装シートの幅方向両側部が本体部の側縁を回り込んで使用面側に達し、この使用面側に達した剥離兼用外装シートの両側部によって前記第１粘着部が被覆されており、かつ
この被覆状態で使用面側が内側となるように全体が前後方向に折り畳まれ、かつこの折り畳み状態で前記剥離兼用外装シートの一方の折り畳み端部と他の部分とが仮止めされるとともに、前記剥離兼用外装シートにおける幅方向両側部がシーリングされていない、
ことを特徴とする吸収性物品の包装構造。

（作用効果）
本体部からそれぞれ側方に張り出す張り出し部を有し、前記本体部の使用面に第１粘着部を有し、かつ、前記張り出し部において、これを展開状態としたとき肌に対向する使用面側に、第２粘着部を有する、特有の構造を持った吸収性物品において、吸収性物品の使用面にある第１粘着部および張り出し部の第２粘着部が被覆材により被覆された状態で包装がなされるので、使用時まで粘着性を阻害させない状態を維持できる。
しかも、被覆材の側端が吸収性物品の側端縁を回り込んで使用面側に持ち込まれているので、包装形態としたときに側部をシーリングする必要がない。

なお、本発明における「吸収性物品」とは、生理用ナプキン、パンティーライナー、おりものシート、又は失禁パッドのことを意味する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の実施の形態を図面を参照しながらさらに詳説する。なお、本発明において、本体部分（体液の吸収を主として担い、局所に当てられる部分）からそれぞれ側方に張り出す張り出し部を有する限り、吸収性物品自体の形状に関して限定されない。

『第１の比較形態（本発明に含まれない形態である）』
図１〜図１２に示す第１の比較形態において、代表例が生理用ナプキンである吸収性物品Ｘ１は、展開状態においてほぼ小判状の本体部Ｂからそれぞれ側方に張り出すウィング状の張り出し部Ｗ，Ｗを有する。前記吸収性物品Ｘ１は、肌に当たる面としての使用面側に体液透過性の表面シート１と体液不透過性裏面シート２との間に吸収要素が介在されたものであり、張り出し部Ｗ，Ｗは前記表面シート１と体液不透過性裏面シート２とが前記吸収要素の長手方向のほぼ中央部から両側に張り出すように延在して形成されている。前記吸収要素は、使用面側から裏面側にかけて、第１シート３、第２シート４、第３シート５、第４シート６を有する。第１シート３及び第２シート４は透液性材料からなる。第３シート５は、高分子吸収樹脂を包含する高吸収能を発揮するもので、第２シート４が図２に示すように額巻きしている。第４シート６は、体液不透過性のたとえばやや厚手のプラスチックシートからなる。この種の吸収要素を表面シート１及び裏面シート２が内包し、それらの周囲部が前記張り出し部Ｗ，Ｗも含めたとえば熱シールなどによりシールされている。また、表面シート１と第１シート３とは、図１に示されるように、表面側からエンボスｅにより部分的に一体化されて、吸収性を高めている。

吸収性物品Ｘ１の使用面には、本体部の前後部に第１粘着部１０，１０が、前記張り出し部Ｗ，Ｗに第２粘着部２０，２０が露出して形成されている。図１に示される吸収性物品Ｘ１は、前記第１粘着部１０，１０が本体部Ｂの前後端部に設けられている。また、使用面側の第１粘着部１０，１０および第２粘着部２０，２０は、ホットメルト接着剤からなるもの、感圧粘着剤からなるものなどであり、人体の肌に対して接着性を有するもの全般を意味する。実施の形態の第１粘着部１０および第２粘着部２０は、層状態で形成されている。また、第１粘着部１０の位置はフラップ部分より吸収要素がある位置が好適である。

さて、かかる吸収性物品Ｘ１の包装に際し被覆材が用意される。図示例における被覆材は、片面が離型性を有する薄手のプラスチックシートからなる剥離兼用外装シート３１であり、吸収性物品Ｘ１の本体部の幅より幅広で、図示のように吸収性物品Ｘ１の長手方向長さより長いものである。

包装は、図３及び図４に示すように、前記吸収性物品Ｘ１は張り出し部が裏面側に折り畳まれた状態で剥離兼用外装シート３１の離型性面に、本体部Ｂの裏面および第２粘着部２０，２０が当てられ、本体部Ｂおよび第２粘着部２０，２０が剥離兼用外装シート３１により被覆され、さらに前記剥離兼用外装シート３１の前後端が本体部Ｂの前後端縁を回り込んで使用面側に持ち込まれて、その使用面側に達した前記剥離兼用外装シート３１の前後端部によって前記第１粘着部１０が被覆されている。前記剥離兼用外装シート３１の回り込み端部には、基部がホットメルト接着剤などにより固定され、自由端部に粘着剤層６０ａを有する止着テープ６０が固定され止着テープ６０の先端部は折り返されて摘み部とされている。

次いで、図５に示すように、止着テープ６０の取り付け側と反対側において、剥離兼用外装シート３１及び吸収性物品Ｘ１を、その使用面側に折り、その後、止着テープ６０の取り付け側を折り、先に折った面の外面に重ね、図６に示すように、止着テープ６０により粘着剤層６０ａを介して接着させる。剥離兼用外装シート３１の折り重ね両側部は、ヒートシール６１などにより密封する。また、止着テープ６０に代えて、剥離兼用外装シート３１の折り重ね端縁部分の内面と対向する面とをヒートシール６１することにより密封することもできる。

この例では、第２粘着部２０が前記剥離兼用外装シート３１に対してある程度の粘着性をもって接するため、包装形態としたときに、剥離兼用外装シート３１が吸収性物品Ｘ１の裏面から浮き上がることが防止され安定した生産操業及び物流を行うことができる。

また、上記例では、被覆材として剥離兼用外装シート３１を用いているが、被覆材は、吸収性物品Ｘ１の本体部Ｂを被覆する外装シート３４と、第１粘着部１０を被覆する第１粘着部被覆材３２Ａと、第２粘着部２０を被覆する第２粘着部被覆材３２Ｂとからなるものであってもよい。この場合は、例えば、図７及び図８に示されるように、第１粘着部１０，１０および第２粘着部２０，２０を、それらに対向する面がシリコン処理などの離型処理された前記第１粘着部被覆材３２Ａ，３２Ａおよび前記第２粘着部被覆材３２Ｂによってそれぞれ被覆するとともに、前記第２粘着部被覆材３２Ｂの外側に本体部Ｂより幅広でかつその長手方向長さより長い外装シート３４を配置して本体部Ｂおよび第２粘着部被覆材３２Ｂを被覆し、さらに、外装シート３４の前後端部を前記本体部Ｂの前後端縁を回り込むようにして使用面側に持ち込み、前記第１粘着部被覆材３２Ａに重ねる。そのさい第１粘着部被覆材３２Ａ，３２Ａおよび第２粘着部被覆材３２Ｂのそれぞれの離型処理されていない面と外装シート３４とは、適宜の時点でホットメルト接着剤３３Ａ等により接着して一体化する。このホットメルト接着剤３３Ａによる接着は、外装シート３４と各粘着部被覆材３２Ａ，３２Ａ，３２Ｂとの剥離強度を、各粘着部被覆材３２Ａ，３２Ａ，３２Ｂと各粘着部１０，１０，２０，２０との剥離強度より大きくすることにより実質的に一体化することとしてもよい。この例では外装シート３４を持って剥がすときに、各粘着部被覆材３２Ａ，３２Ａ，３２Ｂが一体となって粘着部１０，１０，２０，２０から剥がれる。また、前記外装シート３４は直接各粘着部１０，１０，２０，２０に接触することがないため離型処理する必要がなく、比較的低コストで被覆、包装できる。

図７に示される例では、左右の第２粘着部２０，２０を共通に被覆する第２粘着部被覆材３２Ｂを用いているが、図９に示されるように、第２粘着部被覆材３２Ｂ，３２Ｂは、左右の張り出し部Ｗ，Ｗに別々に設けてもよい。また、第１の実施の形態においては、被覆材は、外装シートの粘着部と対向する部分を離型処理することにより、図１０に示されるように第１粘着部被覆材３２Ａ，３２Ａと剥離兼用外装シート３１’とからなるものとすることもでき、図１１に示されるように第２粘着部被覆材３２Ｂと剥離兼用外装シート３１’’とからなるものとすることもできる。さらには、第１粘着部１０が本体部Ｂの前後部にある吸収性物品Ｘ１では、図１２に示されるように、第１粘着部被覆材３２Ａ，３２Ａが本体部の前後端縁を回り込むように構成することもできる。

『本発明に係る実施の形態』
本発明に係る実施の形態を図１３〜１７に示す。本発明に係る実施の形態は、裏面側に配置した被覆材の側部が、吸収性物品の側縁部を回り込んで使用面に持ち込まれて各粘着部を被覆する形態であり、特に、図１３に示されるような、本体部の両側部に第１粘着部１０を有する吸収性物品Ｘ２の場合に適用されるものである。

本発明に係る実施の形態は、図１４および１５に示されるように、張り出し部Ｗ，Ｗを吸収性物品Ｘ２の裏面側に折り畳んだ状態にして、吸収性物品Ｘ２の本体部幅より幅広で好適には吸収性物品Ｘ２の前後方向長さより長い剥離兼用外装シート３１を、その離型性面を前記吸収性物品Ｘ２の本体部Ｂの裏面に対向させて配置して本体部Ｂと第２粘着部２０とを被覆するとともに、前記剥離兼用外装シート３１の両側縁を吸収性物品Ｘ２の本体部Ｂの側縁を回り込ませるようにして使用面側に持ち込み、本体部Ｂの側部にある第１粘着部１０，１０を被覆する。その後に、第１の比較形態と同様に三つ折りして図６と同様な包装形態とする。

他方、本発明に係る実施の形態において、被覆材を第２粘着部被覆材３２Ｂと第１粘着部被覆材３２Ａと外装シート３４とからなるものとした例を図１６に示す。図１６に示される例は、吸収性物品Ｘ２の本体部Ｂの両側部にある第１粘着部１０，１０のそれぞれが第１粘着部被覆材３２Ａ，３２Ａで被覆されているとともに、前記張り出し部Ｗ，Ｗが裏面側に折り畳まれた状態で第２粘着部２０，２０が第２粘着部被覆材３２Ｂで被覆されている。さらに、その第２粘着部被覆材３２Ｂの外側に外装シート３４が配置され、その外装シート３４の側縁部が本体部Ｂの側縁を回り込むようにして本体部Ｂの使用面側に持ち込まれ、前記第１粘着部被覆材３２Ａ，３２Ａに重ね合せられている。外装シート３４と第１粘着部被覆材３２Ａ，３２Ａおよび第２粘着部被覆材３２Ｂとは、当接面の一部または全部がホットメルト接着剤３３Ａ等により接着されて一体化されている。このホットメルト接着剤３３Ａによる接着は、外装シート３４と各粘着部被覆材３２Ａ，３２Ａ，３２Ｂとの剥離強度が、各粘着部被覆材３２Ａ，３２Ａ，３２Ｂと各粘着部１０，１０，２０，２０との剥離強度より大きくなるようにして実質的に一体化することとしてもよい。かかる被覆状態とされた後に三つ折りされて図６と同様の形態をとされる。なお、図１６に示す例では第２粘着部被覆材３２Ｂは左右の第２粘着部２０，２０を共通に被覆するものであるが、図１７に示されるように、左右の各第２粘着部２０，２０をそれぞれ別々に被覆するように第２粘着部被覆材３２Ｂ，３２Ｂを配置してもよい。この図１６および１７に示される例では、外装シート３４を持って剥がすと、各粘着部被覆材３２Ａ，３２Ｂが一体となって各粘着部１０，２０から剥がれる。

『第２の比較形態（本発明に含まれない形態である）』
第２の比較形態を図１８に示す。第３の比較形態は、本体部の前後部に第１粘着部を有する吸収性物品Ｘ１の張り出し部を使用面に折り畳んで包装する形態例である。

図１８に示されるように、包装に際しては、一方の面がシリコン処理等の離型処理された第２粘着部被覆材３２Ｂを、その離型処理された面が前記本体部の使用面と対向する側と反対側となるようにして前記本体部の使用面側において張り出し部Ｗ，Ｗ間に配置する。かかる状態で、前記張り出し部Ｗ，Ｗを使用面側に折り畳み、前記第２粘着部２０を前記第２粘着部被覆材３２Ｂに当接させて被覆する。さらに、一方の面が離型処理された本体部よりも幅広でその長手方向長さより長い剥離兼用外装シート３１’’を用意し、この剥離兼用外装シート３１’’の離型処理面を本体部の裏面に対向させるようにして配置し、その前後端部を前記吸収性物品Ｘ１の本体部の前後端縁を回り込むようにして使用面側に持ち込み第１粘着部１０，１０を被覆する。それとともに、この端部の一方の外面を前記第２粘着部被覆材３２Ｂの非離型処理面に重ね、かかる重なり部分をホットメルト接着剤３３Ａ等により接着する。ホットメルト接着剤３３Ａによる接着は、第２粘着部２０と第２粘着部被覆材３２Ｂの剥離強度および第１粘着部１０と剥離兼用外装シート３１’’との剥離強度よりも大きい剥離強度とする。もちろん、予め第２粘着部被覆材３２Ｂと外装シート３４とを接着して一体の被覆材とした後に、これを配置して、図１８に示されるような前記張り出し部Ｗ，Ｗを折り畳んだ状態で本体部および各粘着部１０，２０が被覆されるようにしてもよい。かかる被覆形態とした後に、吸収性物品Ｘ１の前後を本体部被覆材とともに折り返して三つ折り形態とし図６と同様の包装形態とする。

また、本体部Ｂの裏面の一部、好適には前後部および中間部を離型処理しておくとともに、この離型処理された位置に対応する前記外装シート３４の部位に予め仮止め用接着剤を塗布するなどして仮止め用粘着部３５を設けておき、外装シート３４を吸収性物品Ｘ１に対して仮固定しておくのが望ましい。

『吸収性物品のその他の例』
上記例において、第１粘着部１０の形成形態は、代表的に図１に示すように、吸収性物品Ｘ１の前後において幅方向に沿う一列を形成する態様のほか、図１９に示す形態などを採用できる。すなわち、図１９の（Ａ）は、幅方向に間隔をおいて、前後方向に沿う第１粘着部１０，１０…を形成した例であり、その第１粘着部１０群は吸収性物品Ｘ１の端縁とほぼ平行な円弧状をなしている。図１９の（Ｂ）は、三角の角位置に幅方向に沿う形態で第１粘着部１０，１０…を形成した例であり、図１９の（Ｃ）は前後方向に間隔をおいて幅方向に沿う形態で前後方向中央ほど幅が長い第１粘着部１０，１０…を形成した例であり、図１９の（Ｄ）は、幅方向に間隔をおいて、前後方向に沿う第１粘着部１０，１０…を形成した例であり、幅方向中央に向かうほぼ前後方向長さを長くし、かつ、幅方向中央側の端部の位置を揃えた例である。このほか、単一の粘着部の形状自体及び配置形態は適宜選択できる。図１９に示すように、一方の端部側において複数の粘着部を形成する場合において、使用後において肌から吸収性物品Ｘ１を剥離するときに、（Ｂ）及び（Ｃ）の態様では、不連続的な剥離感覚により痛みを感じ易いが、（Ａ）及び（Ｄ）の態様では連続的な剥離感覚となり、痛みが少ないので望ましい。

なお、図１９に示される例は、前後方向端部にある第１粘着部１０の形成形態例であるが、もちろん吸収性物品本体の側部の第２粘着部２０も、種々の形成形態を採用することができる。

さらに、上記例ではほぼ線状に第１粘着部１０を形成したものであるが、ドット状（点状）などをもって粘着部を形成することもできる。また、第１粘着部１０は、使用面に直接形成したものであるが、必要ならば、その形成部位において、使用面に基材シートを固定し、その基材シート上に第１粘着部１０及び第２粘着部２０を形成することもできる。なお、上記例の第１粘着部１０及び第２粘着部２０は、層として形成するものであるが、その部位が肌に対して粘着性を示す限り、層状に形成することに限定されない。また、使用面の前後に第１粘着部１０，１０及び両側部に第２粘着部２０、２０をもった吸収性物品をも提供できる。

さらに、本発明においては、図２０に示されるように、本体部の中央部の張り出し部Ｗ，Ｗの他に、本体部Ｂの後ろより位置に臀部側張り出し部Ｗ_B，Ｗ_Bを有する吸収性物品Ｘ３に対しても適用することが可能である。もちろん臀部側張り出し部Ｗ_Bの使用面側に粘着部２０_Bが配されていても適用できる。

【発明の効果】
以上のとおり、本発明によれば、本体部および張り出し部の使用面に粘着部を有し、経血の吸収性が阻害されることを解消するとともに肌に対して十分な粘着剤による接着性が発揮してズレを防止できる吸収性物品を好適に包装できる。
