Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, the adhesive portion provided on the rear flap of the absorbent article is difficult to stick between the portions located on both sides of the folding line when the rear flap is folded, and the total area of the adhesive portion is sufficiently secured. The present invention relates to a packaging structure of an absorbent article that is less likely to cause turn-up and twisting of the rear flap during use of the absorbent article.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a sanitary napkin, it has a liquid-permeable surface layer, a liquid-impermeable back layer, and a liquid-retaining absorbent layer interposed between these two layers, and when worn, it is positioned close to the wearer's back. 2. Description of the Related Art There are known rear side flaps that are fixed on the inner surface of clothing such as shorts on both sides of a rear portion that is arranged via an adhesive portion. This rear flap prevents the occurrence of so-called back leakage, in which menstrual blood or the like moves to the back side from the liquid excretion part and leaks during wearing.
[0003]
Conventionally, in a packaging structure in which such sanitary napkins are individually packaged, the sanitary napkin is folded in half in the longitudinal direction or folded in a state where the adhesive portion for fixing the rear flap is covered with a release sheet and protected. However, when the sanitary napkin packaging structure is to be made more compact, particularly when the number of times the napkin is bent in the longitudinal direction is set to 3 times or more, the adhesive portion has a rear flap. It often straddles both sides of the fold line when folded in the longitudinal direction, and in such a case, the crease attached to the rear flap causes the adhesive parts located on both sides of the fold line to stick to each other It was found that it took time to peel it off, and in some cases the napkin could not be used.
In order to solve such a problem, it is conceivable to provide the adhesive part at a location away from the fold line. In this case, the total area of the adhesive part is reduced, and the rear part is used during use of the napkin. The flap is likely to be turned over and twisted, and the wearing feeling may be deteriorated, or the leak prevention function of the rear flap may not be sufficiently exhibited.
[0004]
Therefore, the object of the present invention is that the adhesive part provided on the rear flap of the absorbent article is difficult to stick between the parts located on both sides of the folding line when the rear flap is folded, and the total area of the adhesive part is reduced. It is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging structure for absorbent articles that can be sufficiently secured and is less likely to cause back flap turning and twisting during use of the absorbent article.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention comprises a liquid-permeable surface layer, a liquid-impermeable back layer, and a liquid-retaining absorbent layer interposed between the two layers, and is disposed at a position close to the wearer's back when worn. On both sides of the part, an absorbent article provided with a rear flap fixed on the inner surface of clothing such as shorts via an adhesive part is placed on the packaging material and folded together with the packaging material in the longitudinal direction, In the packaging structure of an absorbent article formed by sealing a predetermined portion of the packaging material, the absorbent article is folded in the longitudinal direction at least in the rear flap when folded together with the packaging material. A folding line is formed on the folding line, and the adhesive part is provided on both sides of the folding line in the longitudinal direction of the rear flap so as not to overlap the folding line. Covered with release sheet State, by providing a packaging structure of the absorbent article, characterized by being folded by an adhesive portion formed side inwardly by the folding line is obtained by achieving the above object.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on preferred embodiments thereof.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the absorbent article in the packaging structure of the present embodiment includes a surface sheet 2 as a liquid-permeable surface layer, a back sheet 3 as a liquid-impermeable back layer, and both of these layers. This is a sanitary napkin 1 that has an absorbent body 4 as a liquid-retaining absorbent layer interposed between and is formed substantially vertically.
The sanitary napkin 1 is disposed so as to face the front portion A disposed at a position closer to the wearer's ventral side during wear and the wearer's liquid drainage portion in order from one end portion to the other end portion in the longitudinal direction. It has a crotch part B and a rear part C arranged at a position closer to the wearer's back side.
[0007]
The top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 that cover the absorbent body 4 and both surfaces thereof (skin contact surface and non-skin contact surface) are laminated as shown in FIG. 2, and the napkin is disposed at the center in the width direction of the napkin 1. A main body portion 10 extending in the longitudinal direction is formed.
The sanitary napkin 1 includes rear flaps 5 that extend from both longitudinal edges of the main body portion 10 on both sides of the rear portion C and are adhesively fixed on the inner surface of clothing such as shorts when worn. Yes.
[0008]
As shown in FIG. 2, the back sheet 3 in the rear part C has extended portions 31, 31 extending outward in the width direction from both side edges 41, 41 in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 4. A nonwoven fabric 51 for forming a flap is laminated on the skin contact surface side of each extending portion 31. The rear flap 5 is thus composed of a laminate of the extended portion 31 of the back sheet 3 and the nonwoven fabric 51 for forming the flap. In the nonwoven fabric 51, one side edge portion 51a near the center line L in the width direction of the napkin 1 is fixed between both side portions of the absorbent body 4 and the back sheet 3, and the edge portion excluding the one side edge portion 51a. 51 b is joined to the back sheet 3 at the peripheral edge of the napkin 1 to form the peripheral seal portion 8. In addition, the skin contact surface of the absorber 4 and the extension part 31 means the surface turned to a wearer's skin side at the time of wear in each.
[0009]
The back sheet 3 also has portions extending outward in the width direction from both side edges 41, 41 in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent body 4 at the front part A and the crotch part B of the napkin 1, A non-woven fabric 51 is also laminated on the extending portion, and a front flap 6 and a wing portion 7 are formed on the front part A and the crotch part B of the napkin 1, respectively. The wing part 7 has a wing part adhesive part 71 formed by applying an adhesive to one side of the wing part 7, and when the napkin is attached, the wing part 7 is bent from the base part and bent. 7 is fixed to the outer surface side of clothing such as shorts via a wing adhesive layer 71. The sanitary napkin 1 has a concave portion around the boundary between the rear flap 5 and the wing 7 in the longitudinal direction.
[0010]
Adhesive is applied to the rear flap 5 to form adhesive portions 52 and 53. The adhesive portions 52 and 53 are arranged such that the rear flap 5 is in the longitudinal direction as shown in FIGS. Are provided on both sides of the folding line L1 in the longitudinal direction of the rear flap 5 so as not to overlap with the folding line L1 when folded. More specifically, the first adhesive portion 52 is provided on the front side of the napkin 1 with respect to the fold line L1, and the second adhesive portion 53 is provided on the rear side of the napkin 1 with respect to the fold line L1, None of the adhesive portions 52, 53 overlaps (does not straddle) the fold line L1. The folding line L1 in the present embodiment is at a position slightly deviated toward the rear side of the napkin 1 from the central position where the rear flap 5 is equally divided into two in the longitudinal direction.
[0011]
The first and second adhesive portions 52 and 53 are separated from the folding line L1 by a distance L4 and L5 (FIG. 3) from the viewpoint of preventing the adhesive portions from sticking to each other and from preventing the rear flap 5 from turning and twisting. Is preferably 5 mm or more, particularly 10 to 30 mm.
The first and second adhesive portions 52 and 53 each have a length in the direction along the longitudinal direction of 20 to 20 from the viewpoint of preventing sticking between the adhesive portions and preventing the back flap 5 from being turned or twisted. 40 mm, particularly preferably from 25 to 35 mm, it is preferred each area 10~80cm 2, in particular 30-60 cm 2. Further, from the same viewpoint, in each rear flap, the total length of both adhesive portions 52 and 53 in the direction along the longitudinal direction is preferably 40 to 80 mm, particularly 50 to 70 mm. Moreover, the 1st adhesion part 52 of the sanitary napkin 1 can also be provided, for example in the position shown with the code | symbol 52b in FIG.
[0024]
The rear flap 5 of the sanitary napkin 1 in the above embodiment is composed of a laminated body of the extended portion 31 of the back sheet and the nonwoven fabric 51 for forming the flap, and the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 absorb each. The rear flap 5 may be formed by the both sheets 2 and 3 extending outward from the both side edges of the body 4 in the width direction. Further, a sheet material for forming a three-dimensional gather having an elastic member is provided on both sides of the main body portion 10 to provide a three-dimensional gather, and the sheet material is extended outward in the width direction from both side edges of the absorbent body 4. Then, the extended portion and the extended portion of the back sheet 3 can be laminated to form the rear flap.
[0025]
Further, in the packaging structure of the above embodiment, the sanitary napkin 1 is folded by bending it three times in the longitudinal direction, but as long as the rear flap 5 is folded one or more times in the longitudinal direction, the number of times the napkin is folded is particularly It is not restrict | limited, For example, you may be bent twice (three folds) or 4 times or more. Further, the sanitary napkin 1 may be one that does not have the front flap 6 and / or the wing portion 7 instead of the one having the front flap 6 and the wing portion 7.
Moreover, the packaging material 14 is not subjected to the release treatment, and a release sheet may be bonded thereto. Further, when a part of the release sheet 12 is fixed to the packaging material 14 and the absorbent article is taken out from the absorbent article packaging structure, the release sheet 12 is automatically adhered only by separating the packaging material 14 and the absorbent article. It is good also as the form which made it easy to take out by peeling from a part, and the form which improved the ease of disposal, without joining the packaging material 14 and the peeling sheet 12.
