Description
M−C2−M結合を有するとともに正方晶形骨格構造を呈し、MC2なる一般式で表される遷移金属アセチリド化合物からなるナノ粉末(M=Fe、Co又はNi)、また、M−C2−M結合を有するとともに正方晶形骨格構造を呈し、MC2なる一般式で表される遷移金属アセチリド化合物(M=Fe、Co又はNi)の製造方法に関する。
MCl2(M=Fe、Co又はNi)なる一般式で表される無水塩化物を無水アセトニトリル溶媒中に溶解し、塩化物−アセトニトリル溶液を作製する工程と、
前記塩化物−アセトニトリル溶液中に、カルシウムカーバイド微粉末を、前記無水塩化物に対して当モル量又は1モル%〜30モル%少ない割合で添加し、分散させて、反応溶液を作製する工程と、
前記反応溶液を所定温度に加熱し、前記反応溶液中で前記無水塩化物と前記カルシウムカーバイドとを化学的に反応させて、M−C2−M(M=Fe、Co又はNi)結合を有するとともに正方晶形骨格構造を呈し、MC2(M=Fe、Co又はNi)なる一般式で表される遷移金属アセチリド化合物を作製する工程と、
を具えることを特徴とする遷移金属アセチリド化合物の製造方法に係るものである。

Claims (7)
- MCl 2 (M=Fe、Co又はNi)なる一般式で表される無水塩化物を無水アセトニトリル溶媒中に溶解し、塩化物-アセトニトリル溶液を作製する工程と、
前記塩化物-アセトニトリル溶液中に、カルシウムカーバイド微粉末を、前記無水塩化物に対して当モル量又は1モル%〜30モル%少ない割合で添加し、分散させて、反応溶液を作製する工程と、
前記反応溶液を所定温度に加熱し、前記反応溶液中で前記無水塩化物と前記カルシウムカーバイドとを化学的に反応させて、M-C 2 -M(M=Fe、Co又はNi)結合を有するとともに正方晶形骨格構造を呈し、MC 2 (M=Fe、Co又はNi)なる一般式で表される遷移金属アセチリド化合物を作製する工程と、
を具えることを特徴とする遷移金属アセチリド化合物の製造方法。 - 前記遷移金属アセチリド化合物は粉末状であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の遷移金属アセチリド化合物の製造方法。
- 前記遷移金属アセチリド化合物の粒径が10nm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の遷移金属アセチリド化合物の製造方法。
- 前記無水塩化物はFeCl 2 であって、前記反応溶液を75℃〜200℃に加熱し、前記反応溶液中で前記無水塩化物と前記カルシウムカーバイドとを化学的に反応させて、Fe-C 2 -Fe結合を有するとともに正方晶形骨格構造を呈し、FeC 2 なる一般式で表される鉄アセチリドを作製することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の遷移金属アセチリド化合物の製造方法。
- 前記無水塩化物はCoCl 2 であって、前記反応溶液を75℃〜200℃に加熱し、前記反応溶液中で前記無水塩化物と前記カルシウムカーバイドとを化学的に反応させて、Co-C 2 -Co結合を有するとともに正方晶形骨格構造を呈し、CoC 2 なる一般式で表されるコバルトアセチリドを作製することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の遷移金属アセチリド化合物の製造方法。
- 粉末状の鉄アセチリド又はコバルトアセチリドは、単結晶ドメインの直径が5nm以下において超常磁性を示し、5nm〜300nmの範囲において室温磁石であることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5記載の遷移金属アセチリドの製造方法。
- 前記無水塩化物はNiCl 2 であって、前記反応溶液を75℃〜160℃に加熱し、前記反応溶液中で前記無水塩化物と前記カルシウムカーバイドとを化学的に反応させて、Ni-C 2 -Ni結合を有するとともに正方晶形骨格構造を呈し、NiC 2 なる一般式で表されるニッケルアセチリドを作製することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の遷移金属アセチリド化合物の製造方法。
