Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a water-in-oil emulsified composition particularly suitable for water-in-oil emulsified cosmetics, and more specifically, contains a specific silicone compound, an oil containing silicone oil, a polyaspartate, and a specific amount of water. In addition, the present invention relates to a water-in-oil emulsion composition that is excellent in feel and skin effect during use and has good temporal stability.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, general emulsion compositions used as cosmetics are roughly classified into water-in-oil (W / O type) emulsion compositions and oil-in-water (O / W type) emulsion compositions.
Compared with oil-in-water emulsified composition, water-in-oil emulsified composition has high affinity for skin, prevents moisture transpiration, protects skin from drying, and gives treatment effect to skin, etc. Due to its wide sensory characteristics, it is applied to various cosmetics.
[0003]
Since the water-in-oil type emulsion composition is an oil agent in the outer phase, it may feel a relatively strong oil feeling when applied to the skin. Therefore, studies have been made on blending silicone oils that are refreshing to the touch, such as blending of silicone oil and organically modified clay mineral (for example, see Patent Document 1), blending of silicone oil and fatty acid metal salt ( For example, see Patent Document 2).
[0004]
In addition, in a water-in-oil emulsion composition, not only the oil agent for the outer phase, the surfactant for improving the emulsion stability, the gelling agent for the outer phase, etc., but also the water phase that is the inner phase is studied. Formulation of a water-swellable clay mineral and a nonionic surfactant (for example, see Patent Document 3), or blending of a specific active agent and an aqueous gelling reagent (for example, see Patent Document 4). Etc. have been proposed.

[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Publication No. 4-19269 [Patent Document 2]
JP-A-2-258711 [Patent Document 3]
JP 61-299591 A [Patent Document 4]
JP 6-506487 A [0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the water-in-oil emulsion composition, the characteristic feeling of use and the use effect as described above can be obtained, but the firmness of the back skin (feeling of elasticity that the skin is moistened and stretched) is high. It was difficult to get things. That is, in a normal water-in-oil emulsion composition, when solid oils such as paste oil and wax used to suppress moisture transpiration and improve the firmness of the back skin are used frequently, these are present in the outer phase. The elongation during use became significantly heavy, and the properties were often limited to solid to hard cream. In addition, when a large amount of silicone oil is blended in the outer phase, there may be a problem of separation, bumps and crystal precipitation due to low compatibility.
[0007]
In addition, in a water-in-oil emulsion composition, since the phase inversion accompanying the volatilization of an aqueous component in use, such as an oil-in-water emulsion composition, and the familiarity due to the oil-based component, there is no sticking, the stoppage is slow, and the skin There were many cases where I felt unfamiliar and slippery. The blending effect of the above paste oil, solid oil, etc. is effective in the oil-in-water emulsion composition in which these are present in the inner phase, but is not effective in the water-in-oil emulsion composition present in the outer phase, It was difficult to obtain a water-in-oil emulsified composition with good fit and skin.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of the above situation, as a result of earnest research, the present inventor has a specific surface active agent and the like and polyaspartate, so that the skin feels well during use and the skin effect after use is very high. The inventors found that a water-in-oil emulsion composition having a firm feeling and a high moisturizing effect and having very good temporal stability was obtained, and the present invention was completed.
Here, polyasbalate is known to be a highly safe moisturizer with high affinity for the skin, excellent moisturizing ability and hygroscopicity, and its formulation in cosmetics has been proposed (special (Kaihei 6-157237, JP-A 2000-103727). However, because it is an electrolyte polymer with strong cohesiveness, it is difficult to stably blend it into an emulsifying system, and because it has a strong sticky stickiness when applied, its application and blending amount are limited. It was what was done.
In the present invention, the sticky feeling of the polyasbalamate is greatly reduced, and as described above, both the feeling in use and the skin effect are excellent, and the formulation stability is also excellent.

The silicone compound of component (a) used in the present invention is represented by the general formula (1) described above and is described in JP-A No. 2001-39819. It has emulsion stability.
[0013]
The mass average molecular weight of the silicone compound represented by the general formula (1) is not particularly limited, but is preferably 500 to 200,000, and more preferably 1,000 to 100,000. As the emulsifier or emulsification aid for the water-in-oil emulsion composition, those having an HLB of 2.5 to 6 are preferably used. As a commercial item, KF-6028 (made by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.) etc. are mentioned.
[0014]
The content of the component (a) is 0.3 to 5% by mass (hereinafter simply referred to as “%”), more preferably 0.5 to 4%.
When the content of the component (a) is less than 0.3%, the emulsifying property and the emulsifying stability are not sufficient, and it becomes difficult to ensure the stability over time. Moreover, when it mixes exceeding 5%, a feeling of stickiness will arise at the time of use, or a feeling of use will deteriorate, such as elongation becoming heavy.
[0015]
The oil agent of component (b) used in the present invention forms the outer phase of the water-in-oil emulsion composition, and it is essential to contain a silicone oil in order to impart a refreshing feeling to the touch.
As the oil agent, hydrocarbons, oils and fats, waxes, regardless of the origin of animal oil, vegetable oil, synthetic oil and the like commonly used in cosmetics and the properties of solid oil, semi-solid oil, liquid oil, volatile oil, etc. Hardened oils, ester oils, fatty acids, higher alcohols, fluorinated oils, lanolin derivatives, oil-based gelling agents, lipophilic surfactants, oil-soluble UV absorbers, etc. can be blended. .
Specifically, hydrocarbons such as liquid paraffin, squalane, petrolatum, polyisobutylene, polybutene, paraffin wax, ceresin wax, microcrystalline wax, montan wax, Fischer-Tropsch wax, olive oil, castor oil, jojoba oil, mink oil, Macadamian nut oil, oils such as owl, beeswax, lanolin, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, gay wax, jojoba oil and other waxes, cetyl isooctanoate, isopropyl myristate, isopropyl palmitate, octyldodecyl myristate, Glyceryl trioctanoate, polyglyceryl diisostearate, diglyceryl triisostearate, glyceryl tribehenate, rosin acid pentaerythritol ester, neope dioctanoate Esters such as til glycol, cholesterol fatty acid ester, N-lauroyl-L-glutamate di (cholesteryl, behenyl, octyldodecyl), stearic acid, lauric acid, myristic acid, behenic acid, isostearic acid, oleic acid, rosin acid, etc. Higher fatty acids, higher alcohols such as stearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, lauryl alcohol, oleyl alcohol, isostearyl alcohol, and behenyl alcohol, fluorinated oils such as perfluoropolyether, perfluorodecane, and perfluorooctane, lanolin, lanolin acetate Lanolin derivatives such as lanolin fatty acid isopropyl, lanolin alcohol, dextrin fatty acid ester, sucrose fatty acid ester, starch fatty acid ester, 12-hydroxy steari Oil-soluble gelling agents such as acid and calcium stearate, oil-soluble UV absorbers such as ethyl aminobenzoate, methoxycinnamic acid-2-ethylhexyl, 4-tert-butyl-4'-methoxydibenzoylmethane, oxybenzone, etc. These can be used, and these can be used alone or in combination.
[0016]
Silicone oil is formulated for the purpose of imparting the function as an oil agent and a tactile refreshing feeling to the skin. When silicone oil is not blended, the spread during use becomes heavy or oily. A good feeling of use cannot be obtained.
The structure of the silicone oil is not particularly limited, and any of linear, cyclic, and crosslinked types may be used.
Specific examples include low to high viscosity silicone oils such as dimethylpolysiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxane, methylhydrogenpolysiloxane, dimethylpolysiloxane / methylphenylpolysiloxane copolymer, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, deca Cyclic silicone oils such as methylcyclopentasiloxane, dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane, tetramethyltetrahydrogencyclotetrasiloxane, tetramethyltetraphenylcyclotetrasiloxane, higher alkoxy modified silicones such as stearoxy silicone, higher fatty acid modified silicones, amino modified Examples thereof include silicone and fluorine-modified silicone, and one or two of these can be appropriately selected and used.
Among these, cyclic silicone oils such as octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and decamethylcyclopentasiloxane are preferable from the viewpoint that a refreshing feel can be easily obtained.
[0017]
Content of the component (b) used for this invention is 6 to 50%, Preferably it is 7 to 35%. If it is less than 6%, the external phase ratio becomes low and stable emulsification becomes difficult, and if it exceeds 50%, the demerit on the sensory side becomes large, for example, the feeling of use is oily and the stickiness becomes poor.
Moreover, the content of the silicone oil in the oil is not particularly limited, but is preferably 30 to 97%, more preferably 60 to 96%.
[0018]
The polyaspartate of component (c) used in the present invention improves skin familiarity during use, forms a protective film on the skin after use, gives a high moisturizing effect, and gives skin firmness. Used for.
The polyaspartate is obtained by polymerizing L-aspartic acid, D-aspartic acid, or a mixture thereof by α or β bonds. The average molecular weight is not particularly limited, but is preferably 1,000 to 100,000, and more preferably 5,000 to 50,000 from the viewpoints of feeling of use and skin effect.
Examples of the salt include metal salts such as sodium, potassium and magnesium, alkanolamine salts such as ethanolamine salts, diethanolamine salts and triethanolamine salts, basic amino acid salts and the like.
The neutralization degree of the salt is preferably such that the pH of the aqueous system containing the component (c) and the component (d) described later is 4.5 to 7.5. When the pH is less than 4.5 or more than 7.5, an acid odor or stuffy odor may occur due to deterioration of the blended components.
As a commercial item, Aqua Dew SPA-30 (manufactured by Ajinomoto Co., Inc.), which is a 30% aqueous solution of sodium polyaspartate, can be mentioned.
[0019]
Content of a component (c) is 0.02 to 20%, More preferably, it is 0.1 to 15%.
If the content of the component (c) is less than 0.02%, the dosage form may become unstable, resulting in coalescence of emulsion droplets over time or a decrease in viscosity. Moisturizing effect and firmness are not enough. If it exceeds 20%, stickiness will appear and no further blending effect can be expected.
[0020]
The aqueous phase component of the component (d) used in the present invention refers to water, water-soluble substances, and general aqueous dispersions dispersed in an oil phase that is a continuous phase as a discontinuous phase. Therefore, among them, water, hydrophilic surfactants, lower alcohols, polyols, electrolytes, polymer substances, moisturizing ingredients, cosmetic ingredients such as water-soluble vitamins, preservatives, ultraviolet absorbers, antioxidants, Pigments and the like are included. If necessary, an oily substance can be added to the aqueous phase component by emulsification or solubilization.
[0021]
The content of component (d) is 3 to 93%, more preferably 10 to 90%. If it is less than 3%, the component (c) cannot be sufficiently dissolved, and the feeling of use and the freshness are impaired. Moreover, when it mix | blends exceeding 93%, an internal phase ratio will become high too much and it will become difficult to emulsify.
[0022]
In the water-in-oil emulsified composition of the present invention, in addition to the essential components described above, the addition of inorganic powder as component (e) further reduces the sticky feeling from use to use after use. It becomes favorable and preferable.
As the inorganic powder, the shape and particle diameter are not particularly limited, and any shape such as a spherical shape, a plate shape, an irregular shape, or a particle size distribution can be used, and those generally used for cosmetics are used. can do.
For example, specifically, titanium oxide, conger, ultramarine blue, bengara, yellow iron oxide, black iron oxide, titanium oxide, zinc oxide, aluminum oxide, silicon dioxide, magnesium oxide, zirconium oxide, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, chromium oxide , Chromium hydroxide, carbon black, aluminum silicate, magnesium silicate, magnesium aluminum silicate, mica, synthetic mica, synthetic sericite, sericite, talc, kaolin, silicon carbide, barium sulfate, bentonite, smectite, boron nitride, etc. Body composition / colored powders, luminescent powders such as bismuth oxychloride, iron oxide mica titanium, organic pigment-treated mica titanium, aluminum powder, fine particle titanium oxide coated mica titanium, fine particle zinc oxide coated mica titanium, barium sulfate coating Mica titanium, titanium oxide Yes silicon dioxide, the composite powder such as zinc oxide-containing silicon dioxide and the like, can be used in combination thereof to one or more kinds. In addition, these powders are those that have been surface-treated by a known method using fluorine compounds, silicone oils, metal soaps, waxes, surfactants, fats and oils, organic powders or different types of powders. It may be a composite with inorganic powder.
Among these inorganic powders, the use of a luster pigment such as mica titanium or iron oxide-coated mica is more preferable because it has a beautiful appearance and can provide a make-up effect depending on the blending amount.
[0023]
Although content of the component (e) in this invention is not specifically limited, Preferably it is 0.1 to 10%, More preferably, it is 0.3 to 5%.
[0024]
In the present invention, in addition to the above components, further components used in normal cosmetics, for example, surfactants, powders other than inorganic powders, ultraviolet absorbers, antioxidants, bactericides, antiseptics, perfumes, Colorants, cosmetic ingredients, and the like can be used as long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired.
The water-in-oil emulsion composition of the present invention can be obtained by a normal production method, and can be obtained by, for example, a dispersion emulsification method in which an aqueous phase is added to an oil phase and emulsified.
Further, the water-in-oil emulsion composition of the present invention is preferably used as a water-in-oil emulsion cosmetic containing the above-mentioned components. However, a water-in-oil emulsion is prepared in advance and further into the inner water phase. Oil-in-oil-in-oil (O / W / O type) emulsified cosmetics by emulsifying oil, or water-in-oil-in-water type (W / O / W type) by dispersing the water-in-oil emulsion in water It may be an emulsified cosmetic.
[0025]
The water-in-oil emulsified composition of the present invention comprises skin care cosmetics such as emulsions, creams, massages, hand creams, body creams, sunscreens, makeup makeups such as foundations, makeup bases, and control materials. It can be used as a hair cosmetic such as a hair preparation, hair emulsion, hair cream, etc., and its usage includes a method of using by hand, a method of using it by impregnating a nonwoven fabric and the like.
