Description

【0001】

[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0009]
As shown in FIG. 1, this configuration includes a ceiling-embedded air conditioner 10 that is suspended and fixed in a ceiling space 11 of a building 40.
[0010]
A suction port 16 is opened at the center of the decorative panel 14 of the air conditioner 10, and a suction grille 52 is provided there. A total of four air outlets 18 are open at positions around the four sides of the suction port 16 of the decorative panel 14.
[0011]
The unit main body 22 of the air conditioner 10 is provided with a fan motor 24, a turbo fan 26, a heat exchanger 38 bent into a substantially rectangular shape, and the like.
[0012]
When the fan 26 is rotationally driven, air is sucked from the suction port 16, cleaned by the air filter 20, sent to the heat exchanger 38, and after heat exchange is performed by the heat exchanger 38, the air is conditioned. The air is blown into the room R from the air outlet 18. A refrigerant pipe (not shown) is connected to the heat exchanger 38, and a refrigerant is supplied to the heat exchanger 38 from an outdoor unit (not shown) through the refrigerant pipe. Four bolts 42 are set vertically downward from the building 40, and these bolts 42 are connected to a suspension fitting 44 fixed to the unit main body 22.
[0013]
This unit main body 22 is packed using the packing apparatus 100 as shown in FIG. The packaging device 100 includes a cardboard box-shaped exterior body 101 disposed at the bottom of the unit body 22 and a cardboard box-shaped exterior body 102 disposed at the top of the unit body 22. The units 101 and 102 are configured by uniting the unit main bodies 22 with a plurality of PP bands 103. The unit body 22 is covered with a polyethylene bag (not shown).
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 3, each of the box-shaped exterior bodies 101 and 102 includes a corrugated box-shaped exterior member 105 and a U-shaped corrugated cardboard disposed inside the box-shaped exterior member 105. The buffer member 106 is configured. The box-shaped exterior member 105 has a thickness of approximately 5 mm, and the buffer member 106 has a thickness of approximately 16 mm.
[0015]
4 and 5 show the folding procedure of the buffer member 106, and FIGS. 6 and 7 show the folding procedure of the box-shaped exterior member 105.
[0016]
The buffer member 106 is formed by folding a piece of corrugated paper having a thickness of approximately 16 mm. A sheet of corrugated paper 110 is folded along fold line 110A in FIG. 4A as shown in FIG. 4B, folded along fold line 110B in FIG. 4B as shown in FIG. 4C, and then folded in FIG. 4C. One side is bent along the line 110C as shown in FIG. 4D, and the other side is bent along the fold line 110D of FIG. 4D as shown in FIG. 4E. Thereafter, the sheet is folded along the fold line 110E in FIG. 4E as shown in FIG. 5A, folded along the fold line 110F in FIG. 5A as shown in FIG. 5B, and along the fold line 110G in FIG. 5B. It is folded as shown in Fig.
[0017]
FIG. 8 is a completed view of the buffer member 106. In this case, the corrugated board of the corrugated paper 110 extends in the X direction as shown. As shown in FIG. 3, a pair of the buffer members 106 is necessary.
[0018]
The box-shaped exterior member 105 is formed by folding a sheet of corrugated paper having a thickness of about 5 mm. According to the procedure of FIG. 6A-FIG. 6D, the corrugated paper 120 of one sheet is bent, and a temporary shape is prepared. In the stage of FIG. 6D, inwardly bent pieces 121 and 122 are integrally formed on two opposing sides 120A and 120B, respectively. Next, as shown in FIG. 7A, a pair of U-shaped buffer members 106 are disposed opposite to each other inside the box-shaped exterior member 105 that is arranged in a temporary shape. In this case, the side on which the buffer members 106 abut each other is aligned with the sides 120A and 120B on which the bent pieces 121 and 122 are formed.
[0019]
Then, as shown in FIG. 7B, the bent pieces 121 and 122 are bent inward so as to embrace the rising portion 106A of the buffer member 106, whereby the buffer member 106 is box-shaped with the bent pieces 121 and 122. Fix to the inner wall of the exterior member 105 to complete.
[0020]
FIG. 3 is a completed view of the box-shaped exterior bodies 101 and 102. In this case, the corrugated cardboard of the corrugated paper 120 extends in the Y direction.
[0021]
In this embodiment, since the box-shaped exterior body is composed of the box-shaped exterior member 105 and the buffer member 106, the packaging strength can be increased, and assembly can be easily performed without using staples or the like.
[0022]
In such a ceiling-embedded air conditioner, as shown in FIG. 9, when the unit body 22 is installed in the ceiling space 11, the unit body 22 is first suspended from the ceiling space 11 using bolts 42, and thereafter A ceiling plate 81 is stretched on the wall. The ceiling panel 81 has an opening 82 defined by a predetermined opening size so that the opening of the unit main body 22 faces the room. The decorative panel 14 (see FIG. 1) is formed so as to close the opening 82. ) Is installed.
[0023]
In the present embodiment, the box-shaped exterior body 102 is attached to the lower surface of the unit body 22 using screws 83 as a guideline for defining the size of the opening 82 and the interval δ between the ceiling plate 81 and the unit body 22. In this case, the box-shaped exterior body 102 functions as an installation position defining member. The screw 83 is screwed into a screw hole (not shown) to which the decorative panel 14 is attached in the future.
[0024]
On the surface of the box-shaped exterior body 102, as shown in FIG. 3A, an outline 22A of the unit main body 22, an outline 22B of the hanging bracket 44, and a mark 22C indicating the position of the through hole for the screw 83 are written. Has been.
[0025]
When the fixing position of the bolt 42 for suspending the unit main body 22 is marked on the ceiling beam 85 shown in FIG. 9, for example, a hole is formed in the center of the outline 22B of the hanging bracket 44 using a tool, and then the box-shaped exterior The body 102 is directed to the ceiling beam 85, and the center position of the outline 22B of the hanging bracket 44 is marked with a marking pen through the hole. When the box-shaped exterior body 102 is attached to the lower surface of the unit main body 22 using the screws 83 after the unit main body 22 is suspended at a position according to this marking, a hole is previously drilled using a tool at the position of the mark 22C. There is a need. In the above configuration, since the buffer member 106 having a thickness of approximately 16 mm is positioned at any planned drilling position, it is difficult to perform drilling as it is.
[0026]
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3E, through holes 86 are formed at four corner positions (scheduled drilling positions) corresponding to the marks on the buffer member 106, and the thickness of these portions is the box-shaped exterior member 105. The thickness is approximately 5 mm. Therefore, drilling with a tool becomes easy. The through hole 86 is for the purpose of thinning the planned drilling position, and may be a recess.
[0027]
In the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 9, when the unit main body 22 having the box-shaped exterior body 102 attached to the lower surface is suspended from the ceiling space 11, the predetermined position of the box-shaped exterior body 102 substantially coincides with the ceiling plate 81. . When the ceiling plate 81 is pasted so as to avoid the box-shaped exterior body 102 after doing in this way, the opening 82 having an accurate size is formed in the ceiling plate 81 after the box-shaped exterior body 102 is removed.
[0028]
The decorative panel 14 is attached to the opening 82. According to this, the opening 82 is formed very easily.
[0029]
With respect to the interval δ between the ceiling plate 81 and the unit main body 22, when the unit main body 22 is suspended in the ceiling space 11, the unit main body 22 is moved up and down until the predetermined position of the box-shaped exterior body 102 substantially coincides with the ceiling plate 81. You can do it. The unit body 22 is moved up and down by adjusting the bolts 42.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the packing strength of the unit main body is increased, and simplification of the operation of opening the through hole for the screw is achieved.
