【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、天井裏に設置され、室内と連通する吸込用ダクトおよび室外と連通する吐出用ダクトを接続して室内空気を換気するダクト用換気扇に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来のこの種のダクト用換気扇の一例として図16〜図19に示すものがあった。以下、その構成について図16〜図18を参照しながら説明する。

図に示すように、縦寸法Aより横寸法Bが大きい箱状で一端に室内101と連通する吸込用ダクト102が接続される吸込用アダプター103を有し、他端に室外104と連通する吐出用ダクト105が接続される吐出用アダプター106を設け、モーター取付板107に取り付けられたモーター108により駆動されるファン109をケーシング110により囲み形成される送風機111を内部に設け、送風機111の吸込口112近傍には吸込用アダプター103から吸い込まれた空気を吸込口112に導く導風板113および案内板114を設け本体115を形成していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このような従来のダクト用換気扇の構成では、本体115の縦寸法Aは建物の天井裏120の高さの減少にともない圧縮傾向にあり、所定の風量を得るためには本体115の横寸法を大きくする必要があり、縦寸法Aと横寸法Bを同一にすることは困難となっているので、本体115の配置方向を変更すると標準設置の吊りボルト117のピッチ間隔Fと配置変更後のピッチ間隔Gが変わることとなり、吊りボルト117の位置変更のための施工に手間が増えるという課題があった。

また、吸音材を設けたものにおいては、モーター側吸音材140と吸込側吸音材142を設けるために本体131の横寸法が大きくなるとともに、モーター139が本体131内に存在するため、モーター139の放熱が悪くなるという課題があった。

本発明は上記課題を解決するもので、施工設計変更に対して既施工部分となる吊りボルトの位置変更をする必要がなく、本体の設置の可能な、また、本体の強度アップ可能な、また、本体寸法の増加なしに吸音効果をもたらすことのできるダクト用換気扇を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明のダクト用換気扇においては、縦寸法より横寸法が大きい箱状で、吸込用開口部および吐出用開口部を有し、内部に吸込用開口部より吸い込んだ空気を吐出用開口部に送風する送風機を設けた本体と、天井裏上面に固定された吊りボルトに設けられる吊り金具と、この吊り金具と前記本体間に介在される形状で前記本体の縦寸法と横寸法の差の厚みを有する補助金具とを備え、前記本体を横長状態に設置するときには本体の横寸法対向面に直接前記吊り金具を取り付け、前記本体を縦長状態に設置するときには、本体の縦寸法対向面に前記補助金具を介して吊り金具を取り付ける構成としたものである。

この発明によれば、施工設計変更に対して既施工部分となる吊りボルトの位置変更をする必要がなく、本体の設置の可能なダクト用換気扇を提供することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の請求項1に記載の発明は、縦寸法より横寸法が大きい箱状で、吸込用開口部および吐出用開口部を有し、内部に吸込用開口部より吸い込んだ空気を吐出用開口部に送風する送風機を設けた本体と、前記吸込用開口部に設けられるシャッターを内蔵したダクト接続用の吸気用アダプターと、前記吐出用開口部に設けられるダクト接続用の吐出用アダプターと、天井裏上面に固定された吊りボルトに係合される吊り金具と、この吊り金具と前記本体間に介在される形状で前記本体の縦寸法と横寸法の差の厚みを有する補助金具とを備え、前記本体を横長状態に設置するときには本体の横寸法対向面に直接前記吊り金具を取り付け、前記本体を縦長状態に設置するときには、本体の縦寸法対向面に前記補助金具を介して吊り金具を取り付けるダクト用換気扇の構成としたものであり、通常は本体を横長状態に設置する標準設置状態で本体を保持するように天井裏上面に固定される吊りボルトのピッチ間隔は決定されているが、天井面に設けられる点検口との関係から本体を縦長状態に設置する必要が生じた場合には、補助金具を本体と吊り金具間に介在させることにより、標準設置の既設の吊りボルトにより本体を保持することができることとなり、既設の吊りボルトの位置を変更する施工を行う必要がなくなるという作用を有する。

(実施の形態1)
図1〜図6に示すように、縦寸法Aより横寸法Bが大きい箱状で、吸込用開口部1および吐出用開口部2を有し、内部に吸込用開口部1より吸い込んだ空気を吐出用開口部2に空気流路3を介して送風する送風機4および送風機4の吸込口5に空気を導く整流板6を設け、本体7を形成し、送風機4は吸込口5を有したオリフィス8と渦巻状のケーシング9および、ファン10を駆動するモーター11と電装部12が取り付けられたモーター取付板13により形成し、吸込用開口部1には室内14と連通する吸込用ダクト15の接続される吸込用アダプター16を設け、吸込用アダプター16内には吸込用開口部1を開閉するシャッター17を上部側に設けられる支軸18を支点に開閉自在に設け、吐出用開口部2には室外19と連通する吐出用ダクト20の接続される吐出用アダプター21を設ける。

以上の実施例から明らかなように、本発明によれば縦寸法より横寸法が大きい箱状で内部に送風機を設けた本体と、天井裏上面に固定された吊りボルトに設けた吊り金具と、吊り金具と本体間に介在される補助金具を備え、本体を横長に設置するときには本体に直接吊り金具を取り付け、本体を縦長に設置するときには、補助金具を介して吊り金具を取り付けるので、本体を横長から縦長に設置変更する場合の施工設計変更に対して既施工部分の吊りボルトの位置を変更する施工をする必要がなくなる施工性の良いダクト用換気扇を提供できる。
