【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、カップ入り焼きそば等のように、麺に熱湯を注いで一定時間放置した後、湯切りを行う容器に使用する湯切り孔付き蓋材に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、カップ入り焼きそばは、発泡ポリスチレン等からなる容器に焼きそばを収納し、湯切り孔となる切込が形成されたプラスチック成形蓋が被せられ、全体をシュリンクフィルムにて収縮包装した包装形態のもの、ないしは発泡ポリスチレン等からなる容器に焼きそばを収納し、箸等により突き刺すことにより湯切り孔を形成できるようにした紙とアルミニウム箔の積層体からなる蓋材を容器に熱接着して取り付け、全体をシュリンクフィルムにて収縮包装した包装形態のもの等が知られている。
しかしながら、上記前者の包装形態の容器を使用した場合には、プラスチック成形蓋に湯切り孔となる切込が形成されているのでガスバリヤー性がない上に完全密封されていないために、保管中に内容物の匂いが外部に漏れ出すという欠点があった。また、後者の包装形態の容器を使用した場合には、湯切りする際に蓋材の所定箇所を箸等で突き刺して孔を開ける必要があり、孔を開けるのが煩雑である上に熱湯が入った容器の上から蓋材を突き刺す際に火傷をするおそれがある等の欠点があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明の目的は、容器を傾けるだけで湯切り用の孔を開けて簡単に湯切りできるとともに、密封性に優れ匂いの漏れだすことがない湯切り孔付き蓋材を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
円形状であり一端縁に突出した蓋材摘み部が形成されるとともに蓋材摘み部と対向する端縁側にが形成された蓋本体の外面に、被覆材が孔を覆うように水溶性接着剤層にて接着された構成の湯切り孔付き蓋材であって、前記水溶性接着剤層が、前記孔の周縁部を含み前記蓋材摘み部と対向する端縁側において部分的に塗布されているとともに前記蓋材摘み部側では全面塗布された構成の湯切り孔付き蓋材であるので、湯切り孔付き蓋材を容器から一部剥離させて容器の内部に熱湯を注入し一定時間放置することにより、放置中に熱湯の湯気で孔の周縁部を含み蓋材摘み部と対向する端縁側では水溶性接着剤が溶けるため、容器を傾けるだけで湯の圧力で被覆材が蓋本体の表面から剥離して孔が開き、簡単に湯切りを行うことができ、また、孔より蓋材摘み部側では水溶性接着剤が溶けにくいので湯切り時に被覆材が脱落してしまうことがない。

上記の湯切り孔付き蓋材において、被覆材を蓋本体と同一の大きさとすることにより、蓋材を製造する際に、蓋本体となるロール状の積層体と被覆材となるロール状のフィルムとを水溶性接着剤層にて接着した後に、打ち抜きを行う方法で製造できるので、製造工程を効率化することが可能となる。また、蓋材の全体が均一な厚さとなるために、蓋材を積み重ねた際に傾くことなく安定した積み重ねができる。

上記の湯切り孔つき蓋材において、被覆材を透明にすることにより、印刷層が形成された蓋本体の外面に被覆材を接着しても印刷層が覆い隠されることがないので意匠性を損なうことがない。

上記の湯切り孔つき蓋材において、蓋本体を印刷層と紙層と接着層とアルミニウム箔層と易剥離性樹脂層とからなる積層体とし、被覆材を2軸延伸プラスチック層として、蓋本体の表面の紙層面に被覆材を水溶性接着剤層にて接着した構成とすることにより、蓋本体の表面の紙層面と被覆材とを水溶性接着剤にて蓋本体に接着するのが容易となる。この構成の場合、蓋材のガスバリヤー性が優れるとともに容器に熱接着により取り付けて密封できるので内容物の匂いが外部にもれだすのを防止することができる。また、アルミニウム箔層によりカールが発生しない充填適性の優れた蓋材とすることができる。

以下、図面を引用して本発明の実施の形態を説明する。

本発明の蓋材の第1実施形態は図1、図2に示すとおりである。平面形状は図1に示すように、蓋本体1は略円形状であり一端縁に突出した蓋材摘み部1aが形成されており、蓋材摘み部1aと対向する端縁側の位置に複数の孔3が形成されており、蓋本体1に形成された複数の孔3を覆うように、略扇形状の被覆材2が円弧部が蓋本体1の円弧状の周縁よりも所定距離内側の位置にくるように水溶性接着剤層22にて接着された形状である。水溶性接着剤層22は孔3の周縁部を含み蓋材摘み部1aと対向する端縁側では格子状、網状、交差万線状等に部分的に塗布された部分接着部2aとされ、被覆材2の蓋材摘み部1a側ではベタ接着部2bとされている。第1実施形態では、略扇形状の被覆材2が蓋材を容器に熱接着する際の熱接着部にかからないように蓋本体1の端縁から所定距離だけ内側の位置に接着されているので、容器4に対して安定した状態で熱接着を行うことができる。本実施形態においては湯切り孔付き蓋材の形状を略円形としたが、使用する容器の形状に応じて任意に変形させることができるものである。孔3の形成する数、大きさ、形状、位置は任意であって湯切りに適したものであればよい。

第1実施形態の積層構成は、図2に示すとおりであり、蓋本体1は外面から順に印刷層15と紙層11と接着層12とアルミニウム箔層13と易剥離性樹脂層14とからなる積層体により、被覆材2は2軸延伸プラスチック層21と水溶性接着剤層22とからなる積層体によりそれぞれ構成されており、被覆材2は、蓋本体1に形成された複数の孔3の全体を覆うように、被覆材2の水溶性接着剤層22にて蓋本体1の紙層11面に接着された構成である。被覆材2の水溶性接着剤層22は孔3の周縁部を含み蓋材摘み部1aと対向する端縁側は部分接着部2aとされ、蓋材摘み部1a側ではベタ接着部2bとされている。この構成とすることにより、水溶性接着剤層22の部分接着部2aは、容器に注入された熱湯の湯気により容易に溶解して部分接着部2aの被覆材2は蓋本体1の表面から容易に剥離する。

本発明の湯切り孔付き蓋材は円形の開口部を有する発泡ポリスチレン等からなる容器のフランジ部に熱接着にて取り付けられた状態で用いられるものであり、湯切りする状態の断面形状は図3に示すとおりである。第1実施形態の湯切り孔付き蓋材が取り付けられた容器4を使用する場合には、先ず、蓋本体1の蓋材摘み部1aを掴んで蓋材を容器4から一定の距離だけ引き剥がして部分的に容器4の口部を開け、内部に収納されている小袋に包装された具や調味料を取り出し開封して容器4内に移した後に、開口された部分から容器4内に熱湯を所定の水位まで注入して蓋材で容器4の開口部を塞ぎ一定時間放置する。放置している間に湯気により孔3の周縁部を含み蓋材摘み部1aと対向する端縁側の部分接着部2aが溶解して、被覆材2の部分接着部2aが蓋本体1の表面から容易に剥離する状態となる。この状態で容器4を傾けると湯の圧力により被覆材2の部分接着部2aが剥離して孔3が開き、その孔3から容器4内の湯を簡単に排出させることができるものである。水溶性接着剤層22の蓋材摘み部1a側のベタ接着部2bは湯気で簡単に溶解しないために、容器4内の湯を排出させる際に被覆材2が脱落してしまうことはない。

本発明の湯切り孔付き蓋材の第2実施形態は図4、図5に示すとおりである。第2実施形態の蓋本体1および被覆材2'の構成は第1実施形態と基本的には同じである。平面形状は図4に示すように、被覆材2'は略扇形状であるのは第1実施形態と同じであるが、略扇形状の要の部分が蓋本体1の外面に接着されない非接着部2cとされている点で異なっている。被覆材2'は孔3の周縁部を含み蓋材摘み部1aと対向する端縁側では格子状、網状、交差万線状等に部分的に塗布された部分接着部2aとされ、部分接着部2aおよび非接着部2c以外ではベタ接着部2bとされている。第2実施形態の断面形状は、図5に示すように、被覆材2'の水溶性接着剤層22は孔3の周縁部を含み蓋材摘み部1aと対向する端縁側では部分接着部2aとされ、部分接着部2aおよび非接着部2c以外では接着力の小さいベタ接着部2bとされ、略扇形状の要の部分が水溶性接着剤層22が形成されない非接着部2cとされている。したがって、非接着部2cを摘んで被覆材2'を剥離することにより、孔3を露出させることもできる構成となっている。

本発明の湯切り孔付き蓋材の第3実施形態は図7、図8に示すとおりである。平面形状は図7に示すように、蓋本体1は略円形状であり一端縁に突出した蓋材摘み部1aが形成されており、蓋材摘み部1aと対向する端縁側の位置に複数の孔3が形成されており、蓋本体1に形成された複数の孔3を覆い、蓋本体1と同一形状の被覆材2"が蓋本体1の外面に水溶性接着剤層22にて接着された形状である。図8に示すように、水溶性接着剤層22は孔3の周縁部を含み孔3より蓋材摘み部1aと対向する端縁側では格子状、網状、交差万線状等に部分的に塗布された部分接着部2aとされ、孔3より蓋材摘み部1aの側では全面がベタ接着部2bとされている構成である。第3実施形態では、被覆材2"が蓋本体1の全面に接着されているので、この蓋材を容器4に熱接着する際に熱接着部に段差が生じることなく安定した熱接着を行うことができる。

第3実施形態の湯切り孔付き蓋材が取り付けられた容器を使用する場合には、蓋本体1の蓋材摘み部1aを掴んで蓋材を容器4から一定の距離だけ引き剥がして部分的に容器4の口部を開けて、内部に収納されている小袋に包装された具や調味料を取り出し開封後容器4内に移した後に、開口された部分から容器4内に熱湯を所定の水位まで注入して蓋材で開口部を塞ぎ一定時間放置する。放置している間に湯気により孔3の周縁部を含み孔3よりも蓋材摘み部1aと対向する側端側の部分接着部2aが溶解して被覆材2の部分接着部2aが蓋本体1の表面から容易に剥離する状態となる。この状態で容器4を傾けると、図9に示すように、湯の圧力により被覆材2の部分接着部2aが剥離して孔3が開き、その孔3から容器4内の湯を簡単に排出させることができるものである。水溶性接着剤層22のベタ接着部2bは湯気で簡単に溶解しないので、容器4内の湯を排出させる際に被覆材2が脱落してしまうことはない。また、密封性を完全なものとするため、孔3の周縁部に2mm程度の幅のベタ接着部を設けるようにしてもよい。

本発明の湯切り孔付き蓋材における蓋本体の積層構成は、外面を紙層を有し内面に易剥離性樹脂層を有する構成であれば、中間層は任意であるが、中間層をアルミニウム箔層とするのがカール防止効果も優れるので好ましい。被覆材の構成は、蓋本体1の表面の紙層に設けられた印刷層を隠蔽してしまうことのないように、2軸延伸プラスチックのように透明なフィルムにて構成するのが好ましい。被覆材を構成する2軸延伸プラスチック層としては、耐熱性および強度の優れた2軸延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレート、2軸延伸ポリプロピレン等の2軸延伸プラスチックフィルムが好ましい。水溶性接着剤としては、デンプン、デキストリン、ゼラチン、ポリビニルアルコール等が好適に使用できる。

本発明の湯切り孔付き蓋材を製造する方法は下記のとおりである。第1、第2実施形態の場合、蓋本体を構成する積層体は、印刷層を設けた紙層の印刷のない面に押出ポリエチレンないしはウレタン系接着剤からなる接着層を介してアルミニウム箔層を積層し、アルミニウム箔層面に易剥離性樹脂を溶融押出しすることにより易剥離性樹脂層を形成して作製して、所定位置に湯切り用の孔をダイロール、ダイプレス等の方法で穿設して作製する。被覆材は、2軸延伸プラスチック層面にデンプン、デキストリン、ゼラチン、ポリビニルアルコール等の水溶性接着剤を全面あるいは部分的に塗布し、直ちにダイロール、ダイプレス等の方法で所定の形状で打ち抜き、蓋本体を構成する積層体の所定位置に密着させることで接着させて、略円形状に打ち抜くことによって作製することができる。また、被覆材の別の接着方法として、あらかじめ2軸延伸プラスチック層面に水溶性接着剤を全面あるいは部分的に塗布した後に乾燥させ、別工程で水により水溶性接着剤を溶解させた後、ダイロール、ダイプレス等の方法で所定の形状で打ち抜き、蓋本体を構成する積層体の所定位置に密着させて接着することができる。

【発明の効果】
円形状であり一端縁に突出した蓋材摘み部が形成されるとともに蓋材摘み部と対向する端縁側に複数個の孔が形成された蓋本体の外面に、被覆材が孔を覆うように水溶性接着剤層にて接着された構成の湯切り孔付き蓋材であるので、湯切り孔付き蓋材を容器から一部剥離させて容器の内部に熱湯を注入し一定時間放置することにより、水溶性接着剤層が湯気で溶けるため、湯の圧力により容器を傾けるだけで被覆材が蓋本体の表面から剥離して孔が開き、簡単に湯切りを行うことができるものである。
上記の湯切り孔付き蓋材において、水溶性接着剤層を孔の周縁部を含み蓋材摘み部と対向する端縁側において部分的に塗布されるとともに蓋材摘み部側では全面塗布された構成とすることにより、孔の周縁部を含み蓋材摘み部と対向する端縁側では水溶性接着剤が湯気により容易に溶けるので容器を傾けるだけで簡単に湯切りすることができる。また、孔より蓋材摘み部側では水溶性接着剤層が溶けにくいので湯切り時に被覆材が脱落するのを防止できる。
上記の湯切り孔付き蓋材において、被覆材を蓋本体と同一の大きさとすることにより、蓋材を製造する際に、蓋本体となるロール状の積層体と被覆材となるロール状の積層体とを水溶性接着剤層にて接着した後に、裁断し打抜きを行う方法で製造できるので製造工程を効率化することができる。
上記の湯切り孔つき蓋材において、被覆材を透明にすることにより、印刷層が形成された蓋本体の外面に被覆材を接着しても印刷層が覆い隠されることがないので意匠性を損なうことがない。
上記の湯切り孔つき蓋材において、蓋本体が印刷層と紙層と接着層とアルミニウム箔層と易剥離性樹脂層からなる積層体とし、被覆材を2軸延伸プラスチックフィルムとして、蓋本体の紙層面に被覆材を水溶性接着剤にて接着した構成とすることにより、蓋本体の表面が紙層となるので被覆材を水溶性接着剤にて蓋本体に接着するのが容易となる。また、アルミニウム箔層により蓋材のガスバリヤー性が優れたものとなるので、容器に熱接着により取り付けて密封すると内容物の匂いが外部にもれだすのを防止できるとともに、アルミニウム箔層により蓋材のカールの発生が防止できるので充填適性の優れたものとなる。
