本発明は,ブロー金型内でラベルが貼着されてなるチューブ容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
これまでの、ブローチューブ容器は、ブロー成形後に胴部にラベルが接着剤によって貼着されるか、若しくは、ドライオフセット印刷等で胴部に曲面印刷が施されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ラベル貼りを後から行ったブローチューブ容器は、使用中にラベルが剥離する問題があり、またラベル素材にもよるが、一般にチューブ容器の絞り適正を損なう場合が多い。
また、ドライオフセット方式で胴部に曲面印刷を施したものは、ラベル印刷と異なって、迫力のある、フルカラーの美麗な印刷、また、微細な文字、パターン等の精細な印刷が難しいという問題があり、また、ブローチューブ容器に発生する特有のパーティングラインを避けて印刷する手段がないため、パーティングラインが、印刷領域に掛かるとさらに装飾効果を損ねるという問題がある。
本発明は前記の問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、迫力があり、美麗で、精細な印刷が可能であり、しかもをパーティングラインに影響されずに表面装飾を可能としたブローチューブ容器の提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明によるブローチューブ容器は、キャップを外したチューブ容器本体を構成する胴部と、肩部と、口頚部とが連続した樹脂層で形成されてなるチューブ容器であって、前記容器本体を成形するブロー成形金型内で、ラベルが、前記胴部と前記肩部の少なくともいずれか一方の面に一体的に熱接着されてなり、かつ、前記のチューブ容器が、表面から順にポリエチレン樹脂層と、バリアー層と、ポリエチレン樹脂層を接着性樹脂層を介して積層する構成からなり、かつ、前記のラベルが、表面から順に延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム層と、印刷インキ層と、ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム層と、ドライラミネート接着層と、アルミニウム箔層と、延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム層とを積層する層構成からなることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明を図面を用いて、更に詳しく説明する。
図1は、本発明によるブローチューブ容器の説明図である。
一般に、ブローチューブ容器は、胴部1、肩部2、口頚部3が連続した単層、若しくは積層の樹脂層からなるブローチューブ容器本体にスクリューキャップ(図示せず)が巻き締めされてなるものである。なお、底部は、充填後、水平にヒートシールされる。
本発明によるブローチューブ容器10は、以上のチューブ容器本体の主として胴部1にパーティングライン4を避けながら後述する方法でラベリングがなされたもので、一見したところ、外観は、従来のラベルが成形後貼着されたブローチューブ容器と変わらないが、ラベル5が胴部1の樹脂層に埋没しており、ラベル5の周辺の段差が殆ど感じられない。
また、ラベルの貼着位置は、図1に示すように、胴部1の他肩部2の円錐面であってもよい。
本発明によるブローチューブ容器10に適用されるラベル5は、基材フィルムにその材質に応じ、また、印刷しようとするパターン、柄に最適な印刷方式で巻き取り状態でプレプリントされるため、従来の成形後のドライオフセットによる個々の成形品に対する曲面印刷に較べて印刷仕上がりの質感、シャープネス、色再現性等は、遙に優れている。このプレプリントの印刷方式はグラビア印刷、フレキソ印刷、シルクスクリーン印刷等公知のいかなる印刷方式を適用してもよい。
さらに、本発明によるブローチューブ容器10のラベル5による装飾は、後述する方法でパーティングライン4を避けて行われるので、従来のように印刷領域がこのパーティングライン4(裏側にも対称的に存在する)に掛かって、パーティングライン4の凹凸が印刷による装飾性を損なうことは完全に避けられている。

図2は、本発明によるブローチューブ容器に適用されるインモールドラベリングの工程説明図である。
先ず、▲1▼に示すように、左右に開いた割り型からなるブロー成形金型20(水平断面で示す)のキャビティ21内にプレプリントしたラベル5をキャビティ21内壁に沿って挿着する。この固定方法は、微小な真空による吸引孔をラベル5の大きさに応じて複数個キャビティ21の内壁に設け、真空によってラベル5を吸引固定してもよく、またラベルに静電気を帯電させてキャビティ内壁に付着させるようにしてもよい。
この左右割り型の中間に押し出し機からパリソン9を垂直に押し出し、▲2▼に示すように、垂れ下がるパリソン9を両側から割り型で挟み込んでから、上下が閉ざされたパリソン9に対して高圧エアーを吹き込んでブロー成形を行う。パリソン9は、キャビティ21の内壁一杯に広がり、内壁に仮着しているラベル5と一体的に熱接着する。またこの成形の時点でパーティングライン4が、パーティングライン発生位置8において対称的に形成されるが、その位置は挿着されたラベル5には掛からない。
ついで、冷却後▲3▼に示すように、割り型を開いて中間製品10’を取り出す。中間製品10’は口頚部3に連接する吹き込み成形ブロー成形部6、と上下にバリ7が付いた状態で取り出されるので、先ず、バリを取り除き、次いで口頚部3の上端部と底部をトリミングによって切り離し、端部をリーマー仕上げするとラベルがチューブ容器本体と一体的に成形された本発明によるブローチューブ容器10が得られる。
なお、前述の高圧エアーの吹き込みは、吹き込み成形部6を成形する金型部分の外側に設けられたブローピン受け部(図示せず)にブローピンが突き刺さり、このブローピンを通して行われる。
以上のブロー成形法は水平軸の回りを水車にように回転する複数個の金型20を取り付けたロータリーブロー成形機を採用することによって極めて効率的な生産が可能となる。すなわち上述の工程で、中間製品10’が取り出された金型20内に直ちにラベル5が▲1▼にように挿着される。

本発明による変形チューブ容器は、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリ塩化ビニル、PET等の熱可塑性樹脂樹脂のブロー成形グレードによって成形可能であるが、透明性、ガスバリアー性、非吸着性等が要求される場合、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)樹脂のブローグレードであるイーストマンケミカル社製コダパックPET−G6763,PET13339等の樹脂を好適に使用することができる。
また、ハイバリアー性、非吸着性が要求される場合には、バリアー層、あるいは非吸着層を設けた多層ブロー成形容器とすればよく、その場合の積層構成としては、例えば次のような積層構成を用いることができる。

ラベル素材については、表面から順にOPP/印刷インキ層/PET/DL/アルミ箔/OPPのような積層構成が好ましく、少なくともラベル5の裏面にチューブ容器本体の樹脂に対して熱接着性の良好な樹脂層が形成されていることが必要である。

印刷インキ層は積層材の中間層として介在するので、使用途中でインキ層が物理的に剥離したり、あるいは内容物等によって化学的な変化を受けにくく、本発明によるブローチューブ容器10を安定した状態で、最後まで使い切ることができる。

本発明によるブローチューブ容器10は、以上の実施の態様の記載に限定されることなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内で種々の変形が可能である。
例えば、本発明によるブローチューブ容器10の形状は、図3の本発明によるブローチューブ容器形状のバリエーション説明図に示す図3(a)のように、口頚部の一部が極端に狭めることによる逆止弁的な作用によってエアーバック防止効果を有するものでもよく、あるいは図3(b)のように肩部2が変形し、口頚部3が斜めに取り付けられたものであってもよい。
また、胴部1の水平断面形状は、円形である必要はなく、楕円形であってもよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明による変形チューブ容器によれば、チューブ容器の胴部1、肩部2にラベルをインモールドラベリング方式で貼着することによって、迫力のある、フルカラーの色再現性が良く、精細な印刷が可能であり、また、パーティングラインが印刷領域に掛かることがないので印刷面が美麗に仕上がり、しかも、インキ層がラベル積層材の内側に設けられているので、物理的、化学的にインキ層を保護することができる。
また、ラベルはチューブ容器本体の胴部あるいは肩部に埋没し、厚みを感じさせないので手触り感がよく、ラベルの剛性を制御することによって絞り時に違和感の少ないチューブ容器を提供することができる。
