この発明は空気調和機の室内ユニットに関するもので、特に左配管据付時に使用する配管押え部材に関するものである。

図7及び図8は、例えば実開平2−34921号公報に掲載された従来の空気調和機の室内ユニットを示す斜視図及びその配管押え部材を示す斜視図である。
図7において、21は室内壁面に据付けられる壁掛板で、上縁22よりも上方に係止片23が突出されており、又、下方には係合突起24が形成されている。室内ユニット本体25は配管26を介して室外ユニット本体(図示せず)と接続される。また、27は本体25の背面上部に設けられた引掛部で、下部が開口された袋形状となっており、係止片23に係止される。28は本体25の背面下部に一端が回動自在にネジ止めされている配管押え部材で、この配管押え部材28は配管26を本体25の背面下部に設けられた配管収納部29に収まるように押えておく。
図8は配管押え部材28の拡大斜視図であり、30は配管押え部材28の下部に設けられたコ字形の押え部で、配管26を本体25の外側から押える。31はコ字形の押え部30の下辺上部に突出形成された突起で、この突起31は本体25に形成されている穴(図示せず)に係合する。

【発明の実施の形態】
実施の形態1.
図1〜図3はこの発明の実施の形態1である空気調和機の室内ユニットを示すものである。
図において、1は空気調和機の室内ユニット本体、2はこの本体の背面から延出された冷媒配管やドレンパイプ等からなる配管、3は室内ユニット本体5の背面下部に設けられた左配管収納部で、左配管据付時に配管2を収納するものである。4は本体1背面の一側部に設けられた電気品収納部、5はこの電気品収納部近傍の平坦な壁面の一部に切り取り可能に形成された配管押え部材であり、下端部に手指等を引掛けることが可能な略U字状の切り欠き6を設け、中央上方寄りにはネジ止め用貫通穴7及び回り止め用貫通穴8を互いに隣接して設けている。さらに、配管押え部材5の周囲には、電気品収納部4の平坦な壁面と3個所を連結された肉薄で細幅の接合部9と、この接合部9を除く電気品収納部4との間を切り欠いてなるL形またはU形のスリット10とが形成されている。
11は前記本体1の左配管収納部3の所定部位に一体的に突出成形された固定ボスである。前記左配管収納部3に配管2を収納した状態で、前記配管押え部材5のネジ止め用貫通穴7と固定ボス11とを合致させた後、固定ネジ12を固定ボス11にネジ込むことにより、配管2は左配管収納部3に確実に固定される。13は前記固定ボス11に隣接して前記本体1の左配管収納部3の所定部位に一体的に突出成形された回り止めピンであり、前記配管押え部材5の取り付け状態で配管押え部材5の回り止め用貫通穴8と勘合し、配管押え部材の回転を阻止する回り止め機構となる。

このように構成された空気調和機の室内ユニットにおいて、左配管据付を行う時には、まず本体1背面の電気品収納部4近傍の配管押え部材5の略U字状切り欠き6に手指を引掛けて回転させることにより肉薄の接合部9を切断し、配管押え部材5を取り外す。次に、配管押え部材5の回り止め用貫通穴8を回り止めピン13に勘合させながら、ネジ止め用貫通穴7と固定ボス11とを合致させて、固定ネジ12を固定ボス11にネジ込むことにより配管押え部材5を固定する。これにより、配管2を左配管収納部3内に収まるように押さえることが可能となる。なお、配管押え部材5は、本体1背面の電気品収納部4近傍の平坦面に設けられているので、不使用時に邪魔にならず、また使用時に切り取っても、背面であるから美観上問題になるようなこともない。

以下、この発明の実施の形態2について、図4に基づいて説明する。
図4において、1は空気調和機の室内ユニット本体、2この本体1の背面から延在された配管、3は室内ユニット本体1背面下部に設けられた左配管収納部である。14は前記本体1背面の左配管収納部3の所定部位(本体背面他側部)壁面に直交するように突出して設けられ、かつ必要時に切り欠き可能に形成された配管押え部材であり、実施の形態1と同様のネジ止め用貫通穴7と回り止め用貫通穴8が設けられている。この配管押え部材14は、本体1の背面より外方に突出しないように左配管収納部3内に収められている。なお、固定ボス11と、回り止めピン13は実施の形態1と同様の構成である。

このように構成された空気調和機の室内ユニットにおいては、左配管据付を行う時に、本体1背面の左配管収納部3の配管押え部材14が配管2を収納するには障害となるように直交して突出形成されているので、まず切り欠き可能に形成されている配管押え部材14を切り取って障害を無くしてから、実施の形態1と同様に固定ネジ12を固定ボス11にネジ込むことにより配管押え部材14を固定する。これにより、配管2を左配管収納部3内に収まるように押さえることが可能となる。
左配管据付時以外は配管押え部材14を必要としないので、左配管収納部3内に収められている配管押え部材14をわざわざ切り取る必要がない。また配管押え部材14は本体1の背面より外方に突出しないように左配管収納部3内に収められているので、左配管据付以外の据付時に邪魔になることはない。

以下、この発明の実施の形態3について、図5に基づいて説明する。
図5において、1は空気調和機の室内ユニット本体、2この本体1の背面から延在された配管、3は室内ユニット本体1背面下部に設けられた左配管収納部、4は本体1背面の一側部に設けられた電気品収納部、5はこの電気品収納部近傍の壁面の一部に切り取り可能に形成された配管押え部材であり、実施の形態1と同様の略U字状の切り欠き6、ネジ止め用貫通穴7及び回り止め用貫通穴8が設けられている。14は前記本体1背面の左配管収納部3の所定部位(本体背面他側部)壁面に直交するように突出して設けられ、かつ必要時に切り欠き可能に形成された配管押え部材であり、実施の形態2と同様のネジ止め用貫通穴7と回り止め用貫通穴8が設けられている。
この実施の形態3では、互いに隣接する固定ボス11と回り止めピン13が、本体1背面下部の左配管収納部3に横方向に並んで複数個設けられている。

以下、この発明の実施の形態4について、図6に基づいて説明する。
図6において、空気調和機の室内ユニット本体1背面の一側部に設けられた電気品収納部4には、その近傍の平坦な壁面の一部に切り取り可能に形成される配管押え部材5が上下2個設けられており、そのうちの1個は残しておいて予備のために用いるものである。この配管押え部材5が上下2個所に設けられている以外は実施の形態1と同様の構成である。なお、配管押え部材5は2個所だけでなく、3個所以上であってもよい。

このように構成された空気調和機の室内ユニットにおいては、移設等で何度も据え付けを行う場合、配管押え部材5を紛失しまうことが往々にしてあるが、予備の配管押え部材5が残されているので、移設時の据付にも対応可能である。
