JP 11-256856 A

However, the conventional carport has the following problems.
The angle of the front-end | tip part which provides a palm member differs according to the shape and magnitude | size of a roof body. In particular, the roof body formed in a straight line and the one formed in a curved line have different beam attachment angles with respect to the columns, and the roof body tip has a different angle. Conventionally, a separate palm member has been prepared according to the angle of the tip of the roof body.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a carport joint structure that can connect roof bodies even when the angles of the front end portions of the roof bodies are different.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the palm-portion structure of the carport according to the present invention is provided with a two-port carport formed by supporting the roof body in a cantilever manner by a support column at a tip portion of each roof body. In the joint structure of the connected carports,
The joint member comprises an upper member that covers the upper part of the front end of each roof body over substantially the entire length in the longitudinal direction, and a lower member that is connected to the roof body at the lower part of the front end of each roof body,
The lower member includes left and right connecting members that are rotatable with respect to each other via a hinge portion. The connecting member includes a fixing portion that is connected to the roof body, and an anchor that extends in an arc shape below the hinge portion. The fixing pieces of the connecting members are polymerized with each other and have long holes or U-shaped holes that overlap each other.

Further, in the carport joint structure according to the present invention, the roof body is provided with a front frame at the front end portion, and the fixing portion of the lower member is formed in a substantially L shape that contacts the lower surface and the rear surface of the front frame. At the same time, it is configured to be fixed to the rear surface of the front frame.

Furthermore, in the carport joint structure according to the present invention, the hinge portion of the lower member is formed with a shaft portion on one connecting member and a receiving portion on the other, and both ends are screwed. It is configured as a feature.

Furthermore, the carport joint structure according to the present invention is characterized in that the upper member and the lower member are each formed of an aluminum extrusion mold.

In the carport joint structure according to the present invention, the fixing pieces of the connecting members are provided with fixing holes that overlap each other by forming a predetermined angle by the hinge portion.

According to the joint structure of the carport according to the present invention, the joint member of the roof body is composed of an upper member and a lower member, and the lower member is composed of left and right connecting members that are rotatable with respect to each other via a hinge portion. The angle formed by the left and right connecting members can be changed, and the overlapping member has a long hole or a U-shaped hole overlapping each other, so that the lower member can be changed even if the angle formed by the connecting member is changed. Since a hole for connecting the upper member and the upper member can be secured, it is possible to deal with a plurality of types of carports with different angles at the tip portion with one type of palm member, and it is possible to share parts . That is, the cost of the carport can be reduced.

Further, according to the carport joint structure according to the present invention, the fixing portion of the lower member is formed in a substantially L-shape that contacts the lower surface and the rear surface of the front frame, and is fixed to the rear surface of the front frame. The lower member can be firmly fixed to the front frame.

Furthermore, according to the palm joint structure of the carport according to the present invention, the hinge portion of the lower member is formed with a shaft portion on one connecting member and a receiving portion on the other, and both ends are screwed. Accordingly, the connecting members can be rotated with a simple structure.

Furthermore, according to the carport joint structure according to the present invention, the upper member and the lower member are each made of an aluminum extrusion mold material. You can go down.

Further, according to the palm joint structure of the carport according to the present invention, the fixing pieces of the connecting members are provided with fixing holes that overlap each other by making a predetermined angle by the hinge portion, so that the mounting angle is frequently used in advance. Since each connecting member can be fixed, workability can be improved.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view of a carport in the present embodiment. FIG. 2 is a plan view of the carport. In each of these drawings, the carport in this embodiment is composed of two cantilever carports 10 and 10 each of which has a roof body 3 supported in a cantilever manner via a beam 2 by a column 1 standing on the ground. The roof bodies 3 and 3 are connected to each other via joint members 7 and 7 provided at the front ends of the roof bodies 3 and 3. The cantilever carport 10 is used as a garage for one car per unit, and the carport of this embodiment in which two cantilever carports 10 and 10 are connected is used as a garage for two cars. Is.

As shown in FIG. 2, the support | pillar 1 is provided two front and back, and the beam 2 is connected with each. These struts 1 and beams 2 are made of an aluminum extrusion mold and have a hollow cross section. The beam 2 is formed in a substantially linear shape in the vicinity of the connection portion with the support column 1 and is formed so as to be curved in an arc shape from the intermediate portion to the tip portion. The roof body 3 has a similar shape. The beam 2 is connected to the column 1 in an inclined manner so as to form a predetermined angle.

Next, a carport joint structure will be described. FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of the joint portion of the carport. The roof bodies 3 and 3 are opposed to each other at a predetermined angle. Front frames 4 and 4 are respectively attached to the front ends of the roof bodies 3 and 3 over substantially the entire length in the longitudinal direction, and by connecting the front frames 4 and 4 with a palm member 7, a cantilever carport is provided. 10 are connected. The front frames 4 and 4 are also formed in a hollow cross section by an aluminum extrusion mold material in the same manner as the columns 1 and the beams 2.

The joint member 7 is composed of an upper member 20 and a lower member 21, and the upper member 20 is provided on the upper portion of the front frame 4 over substantially the entire length in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, the upper member 20 appears as the palm member 7 in a plan view. The upper member 20 is made of an extruded aluminum material having a hollow cross section, and a palm cap 20a is provided on the upper surface.

The lower member 21 is fixed to the lower portions of the opposed front frames 4, 4 and connects them, and is connected to the upper member 20 by bolts 26. The lower member 21 includes left and right connecting members 22 and 22 that are rotatable with respect to each other via a hinge portion 25. Therefore, the connecting members 22 can change the angles formed with each other within a predetermined range. Further, the connecting member 22 constituting the lower member 21 is also made of an aluminum extrusion mold material like the upper member 20. Since the upper member 20 and the lower member 21 constituting the joint member 7 are made of an extruded aluminum material, the joint member 7 can be easily manufactured.

The lower member 21 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. FIG. 4 is a front view of the joint member 7, and FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the joint member 7. As shown in FIG. 4, the hinge portion 25 is formed by forming a shaft portion 25 a on one connecting member 22 and forming a receiving portion 25 b on the other connecting member 22, thereby rotating the connecting members 22 and 22 with each other. It is free. Further, by screwing both ends of the hinge portion 25, the connecting member 22 is not displaced in the axial direction, and workability can be improved.

The connecting member 22 includes a fixing portion 23 connected to the roof body 3 and a fixing piece 24 extending in an arc shape below the hinge portion 25. The fixing portion 23 is formed in a substantially L shape that contacts the lower surface and the rear surface of the front frame 4, and is fixed to the rear surface of the front frame 4 with a bolt. The fixing pieces 24, 24 of each connecting member 22 are overlapped with each other, and the overlapping length is changed as the connecting member 22 is rotated by the hinge portion 25.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, U-shaped holes 24 a and 24 a that overlap each other are formed in the fixing piece 24, and these form a single long hole by polymerization. Bolts are fixed to the upper member 20 through the long holes. In addition, the hinge part 25 which is above the U-shaped hole 24a of the fixing piece 24 is cut out so that the hinge part 25 does not interfere with the bolt fixing.

Furthermore, the fixing piece 24 is provided with a plurality of fixing holes 24b, 24b that overlap only when the connecting members 22, 22 are arranged at a predetermined angle. 4 and 5, in a state where one fixing hole 24b, 24b is superposed, the screw 27 is connected to the fixing pieces 24 by the fixing hole 24b, 24b.

If the fixing holes 24b and 24b are formed in advance according to the mounting angle of the roof bodies 3 and 3 that are often used in advance, the fixing members 24 can be screwed together to fix the connecting member 22 so as not to rotate. Further, the wobbling of the connecting member 22 during transportation can be suppressed, and further, work during construction can be facilitated. In addition, even if the attachment angle of the roof body 3 is not an angle that fits so that the fixing hole 24b overlaps, the screw 27 is removed and the connecting members 22 and 22 are arranged so as to form an arbitrary angle. Needless to say, it is possible to connect the roof bodies 3 with 7.

In FIG. 5, the other fixing holes 24 b and 24 b are formed in the respective fixing pieces 24 at symmetrical positions via the screwed fixing holes 24 b and the U-shaped holes 24 a. The other fixing holes 24b and 24b are arranged apart from each other in the state of FIG. 5 and are not superposed, but the connecting member 22 is rotated so as to increase the superposition length of the fixing piece 24. And the fixing pieces 24 can be screwed together. As described above, since the fixing piece 24 has the plurality of fixing holes 24 b, the connecting member 22 can be fixed in advance corresponding to the plurality of types of roof bodies 3.

As described above, the upper member 20 is provided over substantially the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the front frame 4, whereas the lower member 21 is formed in a piece shape, so that it is provided at several locations in the longitudinal direction of the front frame 4. It connects with the upper member 20, and comprises the joint member 7 which consists of the upper member 20 and the lower member 21. FIG. In addition, since the lower member 21 is rotatable in the range where the connecting members 22 and 22 overlap each other, the roof member 3 has a plurality of types with different angles at the tip portion. It can be connected by the kind of palm member 7.

FIG. 6 shows an enlarged view of a palm portion of a carport in which the mounting angle of the roof body 3 is different from that in FIG. In FIG. 6, the opposed roof bodies 3 and 3 are steeper than those shown in FIG. 3. Also in this case, the joint member 7 for connecting the roof bodies 3 and 3 is the same as that in FIG. 3, and the angle formed by the connecting members 22 and 22 of the lower member 21 is adapted to the roof bodies 3 and 3. I have to.

The fixing pieces 24, 24 of the connecting members 22, 22 are arranged so that the overlapping length is larger than that in the case of FIG. 3 in accordance with the inclination of the roof body 3, and by the U-shaped holes 24 a, 24 a on the bottom surface. It bolts with respect to the upper member 20 through the formed long hole. Further, the lower member 21 is fixed to the rear surface of the front frame 4 by the fixing portion 23 of the connecting member 22.

Further, in this case, among the fixing holes 24 b of the fixing piece 24 shown in FIG. 5, the fixing holes 24 b and 24 b arranged apart from each other are superposed, and are fixed in advance by screws 27 and connected to the connecting members 22 and 22. Can be kept from rotating.

Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the application of the present invention is not limited to this embodiment, and can be variously applied within the scope of the technical idea. For example, the present invention can be applied to any size carport, and the number and length of the columns 1 and beams 2 are not limited to those of the present embodiment. The inclination angle at the tip of the roof body 3 may be any angle as long as the fixing pieces 24 of the connecting member 22 overlap each other.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the U-shaped hole 24a is provided in the fixing piece 24 of the connecting member 22. However, this is not limited to the U-shaped hole shape, and the hole shape that overlaps with each other when the fixing pieces 24, 24 are polymerized. For example, it may be a long hole.
