Description

【0001】

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0012]
There are two types of railroad crossing plates 1, an inner rail plate laid between the rails R and an outer rail plate laid on the outer side between the rails R. As shown in FIG. 1, the inner rail plate is formed in a size straddling two sleepers T, and the outer rail plate is formed in a size straddling three sleepers T.
[0013]
As the railroad crossing plate 1, for example, a rubber chip obtained by pulverizing an old tire to a particle size of about 3 to 1 mm is hardened with an adhesive to form a porous and water-permeable plate. In this case, as an adhesive, for example, Takeda Fake Takenate F139 may be used in an amount of 10 to 30%. Further, it is desirable to reinforce the railroad crossing plate 1 by appropriately embedding a reinforcing material. As the reinforcing material, a hard vinyl chloride hollow plate having a plurality of ribs, a steel pipe, or the like can be used.
[0014]
On one side of the railroad crossing plate 1 is formed an engaging projection 2 that engages with the neck of the rail R, and on both sides of the railroad crossing plate 1 laid on the inner side between the rails R, there is a vehicle wheel. A notch groove 3 that allows the flange to pass therethrough is formed. Moreover, the recessed part 4 in which the fastening device 5 to the sleeper T of the rail R fits in the lower part of both sides of the railroad crossing board 1 is formed.

The railroad crossing plate 1 is laid on the inner side and the outer side between the pair of rails R so as to straddle a plurality of the sleepers T, and is fixed to the sleepers T as follows.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 2, through-holes 6 penetrating in parallel with the rails R are formed in a plurality of level crossing plates 1 laid along the rail direction inside and outside between the rails R. Then, a fixing rod 7 having threads formed at both ends is inserted.
[0017]
On the other hand, before the railroad crossing board 1 is laid on the inner side surface of the sleeper T located on both sides, the lower side surface fixing bracket 8 is installed. A hook 9 is formed at the lower end of the lower side fixing bracket 8 to be hooked on the lower surface of the sleeper T. The upper end passes through the upper surface of the sleeper T and the lower surface of the rail crossing plate 1 at the upper end. A lower fixing portion 10 is formed so as to protrude from the bottom.
[0018]
Furthermore, the upper side surface fixing bracket 11 is installed on the outer side surface of the railroad crossing plate 1 located on both sides. The upper side surface fixing bracket 11 is formed with an upper surface fixing portion 12 corresponding to a side edge portion of the upper surface of the railroad crossing plate 1 and a horizontal fixing portion 13 extending outward in parallel with the upper surface of the sleeper T.
[0019]
The horizontal fixing portion 13 of the upper side fixing bracket 11 and the lower fixing portion 10 of the lower side fixing bracket 8 are fixed by a fastening bracket including a bolt 15 and a nut 16. That is, a bolt insertion hole 14 is formed in the horizontal fixing portion 13 of the upper side fixing bracket 11 and the lower fixing portion 13 of the lower side fixing bracket 8, and a bolt 15 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole 14. By tightening the nut 16 to the horizontal fixing portion 13, the horizontal fixing portion 13 of the upper side surface fixing bracket 11 and the lower fixing portion 10 of the lower side surface fixing bracket 8 can be fixed. A washer fitting 17 is fitted between the head of the bolt and the upper surface of the horizontal fixing portion 13 of the upper side fixing bracket 11.
[0020]
The upper side fixing bracket 11 is formed with an insertion hole 18 for the fixing rod 7. The front end of the fixing rod 7 inserted into the through hole 6 of the level crossing plate 1 is protruded from the insertion hole 18 of the side surface fixing bracket 11, and the fixing nut 19 is tightened to the end of the protruding fixing rod 7 to fix the fixing rod 7. And the upper side surface fixing bracket 11 can be fixed.
[0021]
In order to construct the railroad crossing according to the present invention, first, the railroad crossing plate 1 is placed on the sleeper T outside the rail R, and the engaging convex portion 3 of the railroad crossing plate 1 is engaged with the neck portion outside the rail R. Let Further, the railroad crossing plate 1 is pushed into the inside between the pair of rails R, and the engaging projections 3 are engaged with the inner necks of the rails R while being elastically deformed.
[0022]
Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the lower side fixing bracket 8 is hooked on the inner surface of the sleeper T at both ends of the railroad crossing, the lower end fixing portion 9 of the lower side fixing bracket 8 is hooked on the lower surface of the sleeper T, and the upper lower fixing portion 10 is passed through the upper surface of the sleeper T and the lower surface of the railroad crossing plate 1 so that the outer end protrudes outward of the railroad crossing plate 1.
[0023]
Next, the upper side fixing bracket 11 is applied to the outer side surfaces of the crossing plates 1 at both ends, the horizontal fixing portion 13 of the upper side fixing bracket 11 and the lower fixing portion 10 of the lower side fixing bracket 8 are overlapped, and both bolts are inserted. The holes 14 are aligned, and the bolts 15 are inserted into the bolt insertion holes 14. By tightening a nut 16 at the tip of the bolt 15, the horizontal fixing portion 13 of the upper side fixing bracket 11 and the lower fixing portion 10 of the lower side fixing bracket 8 are fastened.
[0024]
Thereafter, the fixing rod 7 is inserted into the through hole 6 of the crossing plate 1 through the insertion hole 18 of the upper side surface fixing bracket 11, and both ends of the fixing rod 7 are protruded from the insertion hole 18 of the upper side surface fixing bracket 11. Then, the fixing nut 19 is fastened to the tip of the protruding fixing rod 7, and the fixing rod 7 and the upper side surface fixing bracket 11 are fastened and fixed.
[0025]
Thereby, among the plurality of level crossing plates 1 laid along the length direction of the rail R, not only the level crossing plate 1 located on both sides but also the inner level crossing plate 1 penetrates the fixing rod 7 and the sleepers On the other hand, it is fixed without lifting.
