Description

【0001】
【0023】
2πR=2πR0×(360−θ0)/360
2πr=2πR1×θ1/360+2πR2×θ2/360+2L
0−R2=πΦM/2
0−R1=πΦm/2
【0024】
【0025】
2=R1 2+R2 2−2R1・R2・COS(θ3/2)
【0026】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cushion formed in an annular shape and used as a pillow, a cushion, or a sofa, and a cushion cover used for the cushion.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, square and round cushions with cushion materials inside are widely used as pillows, cushions or sofas. In the pillow having such a shape, the entire back surface of the sleeping person's head is in close contact with the upper surface of the pillow.
[0003]
For this reason, there is a problem that sweat, especially in the summer, is bad and the hair is hurt. It is also said that when an infant is laid down, if the head is turned upside down, the back of the head hits a flat pillow and flattenes, and the shape of the head deteriorates. In addition, when sitting on a floor with a cushion or sofa of this shape, the seat occupant takes a heavy burden on the hips and takes a long forward sitting posture, taking a strong forward bending posture. Sometimes with great pain. Furthermore, this cushion usually has a problem that the waist stability is poor when seated because it is usually high near the center.
[0004]
Therefore, it is conceivable to make the pillows, cushions or sofas annular. For example, it is conceivable to use an annular cushion proposed by the same applicant as a pillow (Japanese Patent Application No. 9-2729). When this annular cushion is used for a pillow, a space is formed in the annular portion, so that the air permeability is good and the head is not stuffy with sweat. In addition, since the central space is depressed, the head shape of the infant is not deteriorated. On the other hand, when this annular cushion is used as a cushion or a sofa, since there is an opening near the center, it is possible to stabilize the waist by dropping the waist into this opening.
[0005]
[Problems of conventional technology]
However, this proposed cushion has a constant diameter of the annular portion or continuously changes so that the diameter of the symmetrical position is maximum and minimum. For this reason, when this was used for the pillow, there existed a problem that stability of a head worsened or it was difficult to turn a head to right and left.
[0006]
That is, when the diameter of the annular portion is constant over the entire circumference, the height at which the neck of the back of the head hits and the height at which the head hits are the same, so the sitting of the head is poor and the usability is poor. If the diameter of the annular portion changes continuously, it is difficult to turn the head left and right at the minimum diameter portion, and the head becomes unstable at the maximum diameter portion. For this reason, the sitting of the head was similarly bad and the feeling of use was worsened.
[0007]
Similarly, when this annular cushion is used for a cushion or a sofa, the waist enters deeply into the opening near the center and the forward bending posture becomes even stronger. For this reason, it has been difficult to relieve the pain associated with sitting for a long time. In the case of an annular cushion with the diameter of the annular part continuously changed, the largest diameter part is used so that the back side of the waist or the vicinity of the lumbar spine hits. In this case, both sides of the largest diameter part are used. Because of the low, the support on the back side of the waist or in the vicinity of the lumbar spine becomes unstable. Further, the thigh side is placed on the minimum diameter portion, but since both sides of the minimum diameter portion are gradually increased, the stability of the thigh is deteriorated.
[0008]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and when used as a pillow, the stability of the head is good, the operation of turning the head to the left and right is easy, and the feeling of use is excellent, and when used as a cushion or sofa. It is a first object of the present invention to provide an annular cushion that can relieve forward bending posture, relieve pain associated with sitting, and stably support the waist. A second object is to provide a cushion cover applied to the annular cushion.
[0009]
[Structure of the invention]
According to the present invention, the first object is to sew together the opening edges of the bottom surface and the top edges of the pair of outer half halves, each having a substantially frustoconical surface, and fill the inside with an elastic material. And the shortest busbar length portion and the longest busbar length portion of the substantially frustoconical surface forming at least one outer cloth half are arranged at substantially symmetrical positions, and at least one of them is arranged around the circumference. This is achieved by an annular cushion characterized in that a predetermined length is continued in the direction.
[0010]
Here, the pair of front cloth halves may be formed identically or symmetrically, or one of the front cloth halves may be formed by a frustoconical surface having a constant busbar length. If the shortest bus length part and the longest bus length part are provided for a predetermined length in a substantially symmetrical position, the part where the head hits on the scruff side and the top of the head becomes flat when used as a pillow. In addition, when used as a cushion or a sofa, it is more preferable because both the back side of the waist and the part where the thigh hits are flat.
[0011]
Such a cushion can be made by flattening the bottom surface of the substantially frustoconical surface so that the top surface includes two planes parallel to the bottom surface and having different heights at substantially symmetrical positions in the circumferential direction. it can.
[0012]
Instead of forming the front cloth half with a substantially truncated conical surface, a substantially truncated elliptical conical surface may be used, or a substantially truncated long conical surface may be used. In this case, Ru can be the bus length to be continuously substantially along the longitudinal axis of the bottom surface of the elliptical conical surface or long conical face the longest or shortest.
[0013]
In these annular cushions, the auxiliary cushion can be fitted into the opening near the center. In this case, it is possible to prevent the neck from bending too much when the head goes deeply into the opening and sleeping, or the waist becomes bent and the forward bending posture of the waist is strengthened, thereby increasing pain.
[0014]
The second object is a cushion cover used for an annular annular cushion in which the outer half of the cloth is formed with a frustoconical surface, and the circumferential surface of the opening edge of the bottom surface is substantially equal to the outer circumferential length of the annular cushion. It can be achieved by a cushion cover characterized by being formed of.
[0015]
Of course, the shape of the cushion cover is changed according to the shape of the half of the outer cloth. For example, when the outer half is formed with a substantially truncated elliptical cone surface, it is an elliptical cone surface , and when it is formed with a substantially truncated elliptical cone surface, it is a long cone surface . If a rubber string is passed through the opening edge of the cushion cover or the string is passed through the cushion cover, the cover edge can be prevented from falling off the cushion by squeezing after covering the outer edge of the annular cushion. .
[0016]
[Action]
An annular, elliptical or oval cushion has a minimum / maximum thickness at the part corresponding to the minimum / maximum part of the busbar length, and the minimum / maximum part has a predetermined length. The Head and waist for this is stabilized.
[0017]
When used for a pillow, it is easy to turn the head left and right. Here, the head neck side hits the portion with the smallest thickness, and the top portion of the head hits the portion with the largest thickness, so that the head can be supported stably. When using for cushions and sofas, the thigh is placed on the smallest diameter part and the waist is supported by the largest diameter part. . If a disc-shaped auxiliary cushion is fitted in the central opening, the head and waist do not fall deeply into the opening, and the neck and waist can be prevented from becoming excessively bent.
[0018]
The cushion cover is used with its opening edge covered with the outer peripheral edge of the annular cushion. Since the cushion cover is made on the conical surface, elliptical conical surface, long conical surface, pyramid surface, etc. corresponding to the shape of the annular cushion, it adheres well without generating wrinkles particularly on the outer peripheral surface of the annular cushion, The apex side can be stored in the opening portion of the annular cushion.
[0019]
Embodiment
1 is a perspective view of one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is also a plan view, FIG. 3 is also a front view, FIG. 4 is a right side view, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the shape of a half cloth. FIG. 7 is an explanatory view of the suturing method, and FIG. 7 is a view showing a use state as a pillow. FIG. 8 is a developed view of the front cloth half, and FIG. 9 is an explanatory view of a method for obtaining the length of the straight line L.
[0020]
The cushion 10 is 2R outer diameter (diameter), inside diameter (diameter) 2r, circular [Phi m in at [Phi M, minimum partial m portion diameter maximum annular portion M (Fig. 1 and 2) Suppose that In this case, the front cloth half 12 is cut as shown in FIG.
[0021]
In FIG. 8, the diameter (radius) of the outer periphery of the front cloth half 12 is R 0 , and the angle of the notch portion 14 is θ 0 . The inner peripheral diameter (radius) corresponding to the portion m of the smallest diameter (Φ m ) of the annular portion is R 1 and the angle is θ 1 . The inner peripheral diameter (radius) corresponding to the portion M of the maximum diameter (Φ M ) is R 2 and the angle is θ 2 .
[0022]
If the cutout portion 14 of the front cloth half 12 is stitched, a substantially truncated cone 16 shown in FIG. In this case, the bottom surface of the cone 16 is circular, and the outer peripheral length thereof is equal to the outer peripheral length of the pillow 10 shown in FIG. 2, and the outer peripheral length of the top surface of the cone 16 is the inner diameter of the second pillow 10. Since it is equal to the circumference, the following equation is obtained.
[0023]
2πR = 2πR 0 × (360−θ 0 ) / 360
2πr = 2πR 1 × θ 1/ 360 + 2πR 2 × θ 2/360 + 2L
R 0 −R 2 = πΦ M / 2
R 0 −R 1 = πΦ m / 2
[0024]
Here, L corresponds to a portion that continuously connects the maximum diameter portion M and the minimum diameter portion m, that is, the portion N in FIGS. 1 and 2, and is represented by a straight line on the developed view of FIG. Can be obtained as follows. That is, in the case of the triangle ABC shown in FIG.
[0025]
L 2 = R 1 2 + R 2 2 -2R 1 · R 2 · COS (θ 3/2)
[0026]
On the other hand, for θ 0 , θ 1 , θ 2 , and θ 3 , θ 0 + θ 1 + θ 2 + θ 3 = 360 ° holds, and the ratio of the lengths of the maximum and minimum diameter portions M and m and the portion N therebetween Based on the above, the ratio of θ 1 , θ 2 , θ 3 is obtained. Therefore, by solving the simultaneous equations consisting of the above five expressions and the conditional expressions relating to these θ 0 , θ 1 , θ 2 , and θ 3 , R 0 , R 1 , R 2 , θ 0 , θ 1 , θ 2 , θ 3 can be obtained. Using this result, two front cloth half bodies 12 shown in FIG. 8 are cut.
[0027]
The front cloth half 12 can be made into a truncated cone 16 as shown in FIG. 5A, that is, a cone 16 having an open bottom and top by sewing the notch 14 together. As shown in FIG. 6A, the top surface of the conical body 16 has a shape in which two planes x and y having different heights from the bottom surface and symmetrical positions are connected by an inclined surface Z.
[0028]
The two front cloth halves 12 are folded back between the bottom surface and the top surface. That is, the extended line passes through the periphery of the bottom surface and the top surface, and is folded in the middle of the generatrix p passing through the apex o of the cone, as shown in FIG. As a result, the two outer cloth halves 12 have an annular mountain shape or an annular groove shape, and the outer peripheral edges of both outer cloth halves 12 and 12 are stitched together. Similarly, the inner peripheral edges are sewn with a part remaining. At this time, the outer half halves 12 and 12 are aligned so that the portions corresponding to the maximum and minimum diameter portions M and m, that is, the portions of the longest busbar length and the portions of the shortest busbar length face each other. .
[0029]
After the suture body is turned over from the unsewn portion (opening portion) on the inner periphery, as shown in FIG. 6B, the inside is filled with an elastic material 18 such as cotton or urethane foam. And what is necessary is just to sew the unstitched part of an inner periphery. In this way, each of the front cloth halves 12 and 12 is sewn in an annular chevron shape or an annular groove shape, so that when the elastic material 18 is filled to make the annular portion substantially circular (see FIG. 6B). The force in the direction of forcibly opening the stitched portion does not act, and no wrinkles occur on the inner and outer peripheral edges. As a result, the finish of the peripheral edge of the finished product 10 is good and beautiful and smooth.
[0030]
Further, when the cushion 10 is used as a pillow, as shown in FIG. 7, the sleeping person's head crawls to the smallest diameter portion m (corresponding to the portion of the shortest busbar length) on the neck side and the largest diameter portion M (longest length) (Corresponding to the bus length part). Here, since the minimum and maximum diameter portions m and M are continuous for a predetermined length in the circumferential direction, the head is stably supported. Moreover, it becomes easy to turn the head from side to side.
[0031]
When it is used as a cushion or a sofa, it is seated with the minimum diameter portion m in front and the maximum diameter portion M behind. Since the minimum diameter part m on which the thigh is placed and the maximum diameter part M that supports the rear side of the waist are continuous for a predetermined length, the forward bending posture can be weakened and a stable posture can be stably seated. Further, since the cushion 10 has a circular opening 20 near the center, the sweat can be promoted through the opening 20 and the feeling of use is good. The opening 20 can be conveniently hung on a clothes rack or can be stored by hanging the opening 20 on a hook.
[0032]
[Other Embodiments]
FIG. 10 is a view showing a front cloth half 12A of another embodiment, and FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view taken along arrow A and a cross-sectional view taken along arrow B. In this embodiment, the outer half body 12A is formed of an elliptical conical surface.
[0033]
That is, the front cloth half body 12A has an elliptical bottom surface, and the symmetrical position corresponds to the minimum diameter portion m and the maximum diameter portion M across the major axis AX of the bottom surface. Here, the portions corresponding to the minimum and maximum diameter portions m and M of the front cloth half body 12A have the same bus bar length within a predetermined length range in the circumferential direction.
[0034]
For this reason, if two surface cloth halves 12A having the same shape are overlapped and stitched so that the minimum and maximum diameter portions m and M face each other, the minimum and maximum diameters are long along the long axis AX direction of the bottom ellipse. Portions m and M can be formed. According to this embodiment, the completed pillow has an elliptical annular shape, and the minimum and maximum diameter portions m and M can be made longer in the direction of the long axis AX than the annular cushion shown in FIGS. For this reason, if it is used for a pillow, the stability of the head will be further improved, and the head will be easier to turn left and right. In addition, if it is used for a cushion or a sofa, the waist can be relaxed and the posture can be relaxed and the waist can be held more stably.
[0035]
[Other Embodiments]
FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing still another embodiment, and FIG. 13 is a perspective view showing a front cloth half body 12B. The cushion 10B is formed in an oval shape.
[0036]
Here, the front cloth half body 12B has an oval bottom surface. This bottom surface has a shape in which a semicircle is continuous on both sides of a rectangle having a length q, and is a substantially long conical surface having a shape in which a cone divided into two is connected to both sides of a triangular column having a length q which is tilted sideways. Yes. The correct long cone has one vertex, but here it has two vertices for convenience.
[0037]
The top surface of the substantially long conical surface is a single flat surface that is inclined when viewed from the direction of the long axis AX. For this reason, if the front cloth half body 12B made of the long conical surface cut at the bottom surface and the top surface is folded back, a crease having a high length q on one side and a length q on the other side across the long axis AX. There is a low mountain crease.
[0038]
A cushion 10B as shown in FIG. 12 can be obtained by stitching the two upper cloth halves 12B together with the high mountain side comrades and the low mountain side comrades. In other words, the pillow 10B has a minimum diameter portion m and a maximum diameter portion M that are parallel to the long axis AX and have a length p. When this cushion 10B is used as a pillow, the minimum and maximum diameter portions m and M are not arcuate but linear, so that the stability of the head is further improved and the head can be more easily turned left and right. Moreover, if it is used as a cushion or a sofa, the waist can be seated in a comfortable posture with a reduced forward bending posture, and the waist can be held more stably.
[0041]
[Other Embodiments]
FIG. 14 is a view showing another embodiment, in which another auxiliary cushion 30 is detachably fitted in the opening 20 of the annular cushion 10D. The auxiliary cushion 30 has a disk shape, and its upper surface is lower than the minimum diameter portion m of the annular cushion 10D when fitted into the opening 20.
[0042]
The cyclic cushion 10D used herein are used cushion 10 annular described in FIGS. 1-9, elliptical ring cushion described in FIGS. 10 and 11, the cushion 10 B oblong annular described in FIGS. 12 and 13 be able to. The outer diameter of the auxiliary cushion 30 may be determined according to the shape of the opening 20 of the annular cushion to be used.
[0043]
By using this auxiliary cushion 30, it is possible to regulate excessive or depressed head or waist into the opening 26. For example, when used as a pillow, the opening 20 should be enlarged and the back of the user's neck (nape, collar) should be supported with the smallest diameter part m while the back of the head is supported by this auxiliary cushion. Can do. For this reason, the diameter of the annular cushion 10D can be increased, and sleeping with a more relaxed feeling becomes possible. Further, if the cushion 10 has a large diameter, the cushion 10D can be turned to select a position at a desired height, which is convenient.
[0044]
[Other Embodiments]
FIG. 15 is a view showing a cushion cover 40 suitable for the annular cushion 10E. The cushion cover 40 is formed by a conical surface or the like by exclusively utilizing a specific property that the annular cushion 10E has a substantially circular cross section and has an opening 20.
[0045]
That is, when the annular cushion 10 described in FIGS. 1 to 9 is used as the annular cushion 10E, it is formed with a conical surface as shown in FIG. When the elliptical annular cushion described in FIGS. 10 and 11 is used, an elliptical cone surface is used. Similarly there use a long conical surface if oval annular cushion 10B described in FIG. 12 and 13. Here, the opening shape and the opening edge length of the cushion cover 40 are substantially equal to the outer peripheral shape and the outer peripheral length of the annular cushion, respectively.
[0046]
The cushion cover 40 is used by covering the opening edge of the cushion cover 40 with the outer peripheral edge of the annular cushion 10 </ b> E and dropping the apex into the opening 20. At this time, since the cushion cover 40 is made of a conical surface or the like, the cushion cover 40 is covered with the cushion 10E in a shape along the roundness of the outer peripheral edge of the cushion 10E. Further, the top side of the cushion cover 40 is gathered into the opening 20 of the cushion 10E, but there is no inconvenience in use even if wrinkles approach this portion. The cushion cover 40 can be firmly held on the outer peripheral edge of the cushion 10E by passing a rubber string or a string along the opening edge of the cushion cover 40, and then squeezing after covering the opening edge on the cushion 10E.
[0047]
In each of the above embodiments, the pair of front cloth halves 12, 12 </ b> A, and 12 </ b> B have the same shape, so that the cross-sectional shape of the annular portion can be easily approximated to a circle. However, in the present invention, one half of the top cloth may be flat or a frustoconical surface. Further, although both the minimum diameter portion m and the maximum diameter portion M are continuous for a predetermined length, only one of them may be continuous for a predetermined length.
[0048]
【The invention's effect】
In the first aspect of the present invention, as described above, the opening edges of the bottom half and the top opening edges of the pair of outer half halves having a substantially frustoconical surface are stitched together and filled with an elastic material to form an annular shape. On the other hand, the portion of the shortest busbar length and the portion of the longest busbar length of the substantially frustoconical surface of at least one of the front cloth halves are positioned approximately symmetrically, and at least one of these portions has a predetermined length in the circumferential direction. Therefore, the minimum or maximum diameter portion of the annular portion continues for a predetermined length.
[0049]
For this reason, when using this cushion, the minimum or maximum diameter portion becomes horizontal, and when used as a pillow, the head can be placed on the head to stabilize the head. Moreover, it becomes easy to turn the head from side to side, and the feeling of use is improved. Furthermore, since this pillow has an opening, it can not only efficiently shed sweat on the head, but also can be dried and stored by hanging on a clothesline or hook using this opening. Convenient.
[0050]
In addition, when this cushion is used as a cushion or a sofa, it can be seated by supporting the back of the thigh or waist on the minimum or maximum diameter part that continues for a predetermined length, and the height differs before and after. This makes it possible to take a proper forward bending posture, so that sitting for a long time will not be painful. Since the minimum and maximum diameter portions are continuous for a predetermined length, the seating posture is not restricted in the left-right direction, and the user can sit comfortably.
[0051]
At least one of the frustoconical surfaces can have both the shortest busbar length portion and the longest busbar length portion continuous for a predetermined length. In this case, the stability of the head is further improved and the usability is improved. (Claim 2). Such a cushion can be made by flattening the bottom surface of the substantially frustoconical surface so that the top surface includes two planes parallel to the bottom surface and having different heights at substantially symmetrical positions in the circumferential direction. (Claim 3).
[0052]
The front cloth half can be replaced with a substantially truncated conical surface by using a substantially truncated elliptical conical surface or a substantially truncated long conical surface (claims 4 and 6). In these cases, the minimum and maximum diameter portions can be lengthened, which is convenient when making a large pillow that is long on the left and right. In this case, it is preferable that the shortest busbar length portion and the longest busbar length portion are both continuous along a major axis direction of the bottom surface for a predetermined length.
[0053]
An auxiliary cushion can be detachably fitted into the opening in the above-described various-shaped annular cushions (claim 7 ). By using this auxiliary cushion, it is possible to prevent the back of the head and the waist from deeply falling into the opening and to further improve the feeling of use.
[0054]
According to the invention of claim 8 , a cushion cover suitable for an annular cushion can be obtained. According to the same manner the invention of claim 9, elliptical ring, suitable cushion cover respectively in an oval ring-shaped cushion is obtained.
