【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、地面に杭を打ち込み、これにロープを掛けて引っ張る時に使用する杭と、地面に柱を立てる時に使用する、柱立て台に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
先ず従来の杭の場合は、図3(イ)に示す如く、上部を輪にした鉄の棒を、地面に打ち込むか、図3(ロ)に示す如く、棒の部分を螺旋状にしたものを、地面に捩じ込んで、輪にロープを掛けて、テント等を引っ張っている。

次に従来の柱立て台は、図4(イ)に示す如く、中心に穴があいた台をコンクリートで作り、これを地面に置いて、穴の中に旗竿を立てたり、柱を立てて物干し台にしている。このコンクリートの台は重いので、持ち運びし易くする為に、同じ形の台をポリ容器で作り、使用する時に中に水を入れたり、又は図4(ロ)に示す如く鉄板に鉄のパイプを溶接した台を作り、これに傘の柄を差込んで、ビーチパラソル立て等にしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
先ず従来の棒状の杭は抜け易く、螺旋状の杭は高価なので、本発明は、安くて抜け難い杭を提供しようとするものである。

次に従来の柱立て台は、コンクリートの台は重くて運搬し難く、ポリ容器の台や鉄製の台も、かさ張って運搬し易いとは言えない。この為本発明は、軽くて運搬し易い柱立て台を、提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
ここで本出願人は先に、平鋼を捩った時に、ねじりピッチがどこも均一で真っ直ぐにねじる方法を発明し、特願平 9-12306号により出願済みである。本発明はこの方法により製作したねじり平鋼をアンカーとして使用し、地面に捩じ込む事にした。

先ず杭として使用するアンカーは、図1(イ)に示す如く、平鋼を捩った、ねじり平鋼の上部に鉄棒が通る穴をあけ、棒を穴に差込んで、ねじり平鋼を回して地面に捩じ込み、穴にロープを通して引っ張れば、安くて抜け難い杭になる。

次に柱立て台として使用するアンカーは、図2に示す如く、ねじり平鋼にパイプを接続して溶接し、パイプの上部に、鉄棒が通る穴を貫通し、棒を穴に差込んで回せば、ねじり平鋼は簡単に地面に捩じ込まれて行く。尚この場合、ねじり平鋼とパイプの間に鉄の鍔を溶接すれば、これ以上捩じ込まれないので位置が決まり、パイプが傾くのを防ぐ効果がある。このようにして地面に立てたパイプは、抜け難く、倒れ難くい為、これに柱を差込んで立てればよい。このようにすれば、軽くて運搬し易い柱立て台が出来る。

【発明の実施の形態】
先ず杭として使用するアンカーを、図1(イ)に示すと、長いねじり平鋼を、適当に切断したねじり平鋼(1)を用意し、一方の先端近くに鉄棒が通る穴(2)をあけ、もう一方の先端を、地面にぬかり易いように少し尖らせると、従来の杭に代わり使用出来るアンカーになる。又は図1(ロ)に示す如く、平鋼の部分を少し残して、その先を捩じったねじり平鋼(1’)を用意し、平鋼の部分に鉄棒が通る穴(2)をあけ、ねじり平鋼の先を少し尖らせても良い。このアンカーの使用法は、適当な鉄棒を穴に差込んで回せば、地面に捩じ込まれるので、穴にロープを通して引っ張る事が出来る。

次に柱立て台として使用するアンカーを、実施例として図2に示すと、ねじり平鋼の幅とほぼ同じ直径のパイプ(3)を用意し、パイプの端に平鋼の厚みの幅の切込みを入れる。そしてこの切込みに、図1(ロ)に示したねじり平鋼(1’)を差込んで溶接し、先端を少し尖らせる。そしてパイプの先端近くに、鉄棒を差込む穴(2)を貫通し、次にその付近に別の穴を開け、穴にナット(4)を溶接して蝶ボルト(5)を取り付ける。最後に鉄板で鍔(6)を作り、ねじり平鋼とパイプの間に溶接すれば、従来の柱立て台に代わり使用出来るアンカーになる。

このアンカーの使用法は、アンカーを地面に立て、適当な鉄棒を穴に差込んで回せば、アンカーは鍔の所まで捩じ込まれて立てる事が出来る。そこで柱を、アンカーのパイプに挿入して立て、蝶ボルトで絞めば動かなくなる。この柱は、「従来の技術」の項で例を示した如く、旗竿であれば旗立になり、柱を立てれば物干し台になり、傘の柄であればビーチパラソル立てにする事が出来るし、その他柱を立ててテントを張る事も出来る。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、本発明のアンカーは、ねじり平鋼を使用しているので、地面に捩じ込むと、容易に抜けないし、一方抜く時は鉄棒を差込んで回せば、簡単に抜く事が出来る特徴がある。その上製作が簡単なので安く出来、持ち運びが容易で、誰でも楽に使用する事が出来る特徴がある。

Here, the present inventor has previously invented a method of twisting a flat steel bar with a uniform twist pitch everywhere and has been filed in Japanese Patent Application No. 9-12306. In the present invention, the twisted flat bar manufactured by this method is used as an anchor and screwed into the ground.

First, as shown in Fig. 1 (a), the anchor to be used as a pile is a flat steel twisted hole. A hole through which a steel bar passes is formed at the top of the twisted flat bar, and the bar is inserted into the hole.
