Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a walking path in which a visually impaired person guiding block is laid, and in particular, by increasing a luminance ratio between an area in which a visually impaired person guiding block is laid and an area adjacent thereto, a visually impaired person guiding block. It is related with the walkway which raised the visibility of the laying area | region of this, and raised the safety | security of walking for the visually impaired persons with low vision.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Vision that has a plurality of protrusions and ridges on the surface, so that visually impaired persons can easily recognize the direction of the guidance destination and the direction where the safe area exists through the sole, white cane, or vision. Blocks for guiding people with disabilities are widely used on station platforms and intersections for transportation, but more recently, walkways, stairs, slopes of general walkways, parks and other public facilities, and even in buildings It is also laid on the floor and stairs of the city. In many municipalities, the color of the visually impaired person guidance block is often set to a yellowish color as a rule in the “Welfare City Building Ordinance” and the like.
[0003]
By the way, visually impaired persons include those who have completely lost their sight and so-called weakly sighted persons who have a small amount of sight, and among them, visually impaired persons are about 3 minutes of visually impaired persons. Occupies two. Although there are individual differences in how low-sighted people see, most people have the feeling of distinguishing light and dark. Therefore, if the contrast between the area where the visually impaired person guiding block is laid and the surrounding area is increased, the visibility of the visually impaired person guiding block is dramatically improved for the visually impaired. In particular, the effect of improving visibility is great for visually impaired persons who have acquired low vision and who do not have enough white cane sense.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, the visually impaired person guidance block usually has a yellowish color tone, but a general walking path block (hereinafter sometimes referred to as a “general block”) that has been adopted in recent years is the surrounding area. In order to harmonize with the environment, there are many bright colors such as white gray or gray, so that the contrast of light and darkness between the visually impaired person guiding block 1 and the general block 2 is small as shown in FIG. ing.
[0005]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 3B, when the general blocks 2A and 2B having different colors are combined to form a pattern, the visibility of the visually impaired person guiding block 1 is significantly lowered.
[0006]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems, and increases the contrast of light and dark between the area where the visually impaired person guide block is laid and the area adjacent thereto without harming the surrounding environment and the entire landscape. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a walking path in which the visibility of the block laying area for guiding the visually impaired is improved and the walking safety of the visually impaired is improved.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The walking path in which the visually impaired person guidance block of the present invention is laid has a luminance ratio between the first area where the visually impaired person guidance block is laid and the first area adjacent to the first area. A second region having a size of 2.0 or more and a third region having an average luminance ratio of 1.5 or less with respect to the first region, which is disposed outside the second region. And
[0008]
In the present invention, the luminance as an index of contrast between light and dark is the amount of light that diverges from a surface or a point. The larger the ratio (luminance ratio) of the luminance that diverges from two types of surfaces or points combined, the lighter and darker the contrast. Becomes larger. The brightness itself varies depending on the surrounding conditions such as illumination, but the brightness ratio is almost constant regardless of the surrounding light environment, and is therefore optimal as an index of contrast between light and dark.
[0009]
In the present invention, since the luminance ratio between the first area where the visually impaired person guidance block is laid and the second area adjacent to the first area is 2.0 or more, the luminance ratio is large. Thus, the visibility of the area where the visually impaired person guiding block is laid is high. The third area outside the second area is a light-colored system having an average luminance ratio of 1.5 or less with respect to the first area in which the visually impaired person guidance block is laid. It is in harmony with the environment and does not damage the overall landscape. The reason why the “average brightness ratio” is set for the third area is to take the average brightness ratio when the third area is patterned with the general blocks 2A, 2B, etc. shown in FIG. is there.
[0010]
In the present invention, the width of the second region is preferably 5 to 100 cm.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0012]
1 and 2 are plan views showing an embodiment of a walking path in which the visually impaired person guiding block of the present invention is laid.
[0013]
FIGS. 1 (a) and 2 (a) are examples in which the present invention is applied to a walking path in which the light-colored general blocks of FIG. 3 (a) are laid, and FIGS. 1 (b) and 2 (b). ) Is an example in which the present invention is applied to the walkway with the pattern shown in FIG.
[0014]
It should be noted that the luminance ratio between the visually impaired person guidance block 1 and the general block 2 in FIGS. 1A and 2A, or the visually impaired person guidance block in FIGS. 1B and 2B. The average luminance ratio between 1 and the general blocks 2A and 2B is 1.5 or less. In the following, the third area in which the general block 2 and the general blocks 2A and 2B are laid is referred to as a “general area”, and the first area in which the visually impaired person guidance block 1 is laid is referred to as a “guidance area”. .
[0015]
In FIGS. 1A and 1B, a dark block is provided in a second area 4 (hereinafter referred to as “border area”) adjacent to the guidance area 3 where the visually impaired person guidance block 1 is laid. By laying 5, the luminance ratio between the guiding area 3 and the border area 4 was set to 2.0 or more. In this way, by setting the luminance ratio between the guiding area 3 and the border area 4 to be 2.0 or more, the light-colored visually impaired person guidance block stands out from the light-colored or pattern-laying general area 6 and is visually recognized. Sexuality is enhanced.
[0016]
In FIGS. 2A and 2B, the edge area 4 is a black asphalt laying surface 7 so that the luminance ratio between the guiding area 3 and the edge area 4 is 2.0 or more. Even in this walking path, by setting the luminance ratio between the guiding area 3 and the border area 4 to be 2.0 or more, the light-colored visually impaired person guiding block is a light-colored or pattern-laying general area 6. The visibility is enhanced.
[0017]
In addition, since the induction | guidance | derivation area | region 3 cannot fully stand out when the width | variety (W of FIG. 1 (a)) of this border area 4 is too thin, it is preferable that the width W of the border area | region 4 is 5 cm or more. . However, if the width W of the border area 4 is excessively large, the entire landscape may be damaged. Therefore, the width W of the border area 4 depends on the surrounding environment or wide area of the walking path to which the visually impaired person guidance block is applied. Although it varies depending on the thickness, it is usually preferably 5 to 100 cm, particularly preferably about 5 to 60 cm.
[0018]
1 and 2 show an example of an embodiment of a walking path in which the visually impaired person guide block of the present invention is laid, and the present invention is not shown in the drawings unless it exceeds the gist. It is not limited to. For example, in FIGS. 1 and 2, the visually impaired person guidance block is a light color system and the border area is black, but conversely, the visually impaired person guidance block may be a dark color system and the border area may be a light color system. . In this case, the general area is a dark color system. Also, there is no particular limitation on the configuration of the border area, and tiles are laid as shown in FIG. 1, asphalt is laid as shown in FIG. 2, corrosion resistant paint is applied, and coloring is applied with pigments as necessary. You may cast concrete and mortar. In addition, the border area does not necessarily have to be provided on both sides of the guide area, and only one side may be provided.
[0019]
The walking path laid with the block for guiding visually impaired persons of the present invention is wide, including not only outdoor walkways such as general walkways, parks and various facilities, but also outdoor walkways such as slopes, floors and stairs in buildings, etc. It can be effectively applied to walking paths.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the present invention, the visibility of the block laying area for guiding the visually impaired is enhanced by improving the visibility without harming the surrounding environment and the overall landscape, and the safety of walking for visually impaired persons. An excellent walking path is provided.
[Brief description of the drawings]
