本発明は、ヘアシャンプー、ヘアリンス、ヘアコンディショナー、ヘアトリートメント、スタイリング剤、ヘアパック、ヘアスプレー、育毛剤、養毛剤等として使用される毛髪化粧料に関する。

近年、女性の髪は、清潔志向及びおしゃれ意識の高まりに伴い、毎日の洗髪やスタイリング、ドライヤー等による物理的損傷や染毛、ブリーチ、パーマ処理等による化学的損傷を受け易くなっている。損傷した毛髪の不具合点としては、洗髪時、特にすすぎ時の指と髪、髪と髪の絡まりによる不具合、また乾燥後の毛髪のパサつき、滑らかさの劣化等が挙げられる。上述した髪の不具合点を改善するために、例えば、ヘアリンス、ヘアトリートメント、ヘアコンディショナー、ヘアスプレー、スタイリングフォームのような毛髪化粧料が用いられている。

従来、このような毛髪化粧料として、例えば、ジアルキルジメチルアンモニウムクロライドなどのジ長鎖ジ短鎖アルキルアンモニウム塩、アルキルトリメチルアンモニウムクロライドなどのモノ長鎖アルキルトリ短鎖アルキルアンモニウム塩等の第4級アンモニウム塩などのカチオン性界面活性剤を主有効成分とするものが提案されているが、いずれも毛髪に対する吸着性や離脱性に問題があり、特に使用形態ですすぎ流す場合においては、指通りの滑らかさや乾燥後の仕上がりのしっとり感において十分な効果が得られなかった。

そこで、このようなカチオン性界面活性剤に対し、シリコーン油、グリセリド、高級アルコール等の種々の油分を併用し、その効果を高める方法が提案されている。しかし、油分を併用すると、油分の性質によって付与効果が偏るという問題がある。例えば、シリコーン油等の滑沢効果に優れた油分を配合すると、滑らかさは良好となるが、すすぎ時の指通り性が欠けてしまう。また、オリーブ油のような油分を配合すると、しっとり感は良好となるが、滑らかさに欠け、ベタついた感じを与えてしまい、十分に満足のいくものではなかった。

即ち、このような毛髪化粧料として、例えば、界面活性能を有するグアニジン誘導体及びその塩と液状油分を主成分とするもの、これにカチオン性ポリマーなどを含有させたものなど、種々のものが提案されている(特開平4−49220号公報、同4−54112号公報)。しかしながら、これらの毛髪化粧料は、洗髪時のすすぎ性能や、仕上がり時におけるしっとり感、うるおい感を感じる点において未だ改良の余地があった。

本発明は、かかる点に鑑みてなされたものであり、使用感が良好で、特にすすぎ時の指と髪、髪と髪の絡まりがなく、滑らかで、しかも乾燥後の仕上がり感、特に毛髪のパサつきがない毛髪化粧料を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段及び発明の実施の形態】
本発明者は、上記目的を達成するため鋭意検討を重ねた結果、4−グアニジノブチルラウロアミド、N−ヤシ油脂肪酸アシル−L−アルギニンエチル又はこれらの塩と、特定のポリグリセリンとを組み合わせることにより、これら成分が相乗的に作用して、従来にない洗髪時のすすぎ性能を有し、かつ仕上がり時における指通りが良く滑らかな優れたコンディショニング効果を有する毛髪化粧料が得られること、毛髪への吸着性が高く、使用感が良好で、特にすすぎ時の指と髪、髪と髪の絡まりを抑え、しかも乾燥後の髪のパサつきを抑えて滑らかな仕上がりを与える毛髪化粧料が得られることを見出し、本発明をなすに至った。

以下、本発明について更に詳しく説明すると、本発明の毛髪化粧料は、上述したように、(A)4−グアニジノブチルラウロアミド、N−ヤシ油脂肪酸アシル−L−アルギニンエチル又はこれらの塩、及び(B)下記一般式(2)で表されるポリグリセリン0.1〜0.5質量%を含有する、ヘアリンス、ヘアコンディショナー、ヘアトリートメント及びヘアパックから選ばれるものである。

本発明の(A)成分は、4−グアニジノブチルラウロアミド、N−ヤシ油脂肪酸アシル−L−アルギニンエチル又はこれらの塩である。塩としては、塩酸、硫酸、リン酸、硝酸等の無機酸、又はグリコール酸、酢酸、酒石酸、プロピオン酸、乳酸、クエン酸、サリチル酸、コハク酸、リンゴ酸、酪酸、p−トルエンスルホン酸、高級脂肪酸、L又はDL−ピロリドンカルボン酸、酸性アミノ酸、ピログルタミン酸等の有機酸などとして用いることができるが、水への溶解性等の点から無機酸塩とする場合は、塩酸塩若しくはリン酸塩、有機酸塩とする場合は、グリコール酸塩、酢酸塩若しくはL−又はDL−ピロリドンカルボン酸塩が望ましい。なお、これらの塩とするためには、上記グアニジン誘導体を上記酸で中和すればよい。

(A)成分は、1種を単独で配合しても、2種以上を併用してもよく、また、その配合量は特に制限されないが、毛髪化粧料全体の0.05〜20%(質量%、以下同様)、特に0.1〜10%とすることが好ましい。配合量が少なすぎると本発明の効果が十分でない場合がある。一方、多すぎると経済的に不利になるばかりでなく、むしろべたついて重い仕上がりとなる傾向がある。
