BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cosmetic containing a granulated product having disintegration properties .
[0002]
[Prior art]
Powders are contained in cosmetics for the purpose of imparting effects such as a light hiding effect such as UV protection and a color rendering effect that is added on the skin color. In such a dosage form, the powders are usually contained in a uniform composition. In recent years, cosmetics obtained by molding two or several powder compositions having different compositions into one form have come out, and by mixing the plurality of types of powder compositions at an arbitrary ratio Attempts have been made to adjust the makeup finish. As a modified type, granules are made by granulating powder, and the granules are dispersed in ordinary cosmetics, or a plurality of granules are mixed. depth has come to also be done that or processed into cosmetic leaving (JP-a-04-82818, JP-a-04-338314). However, in such cosmetics, the spread of the makeup finish can be obtained, but the effect of imparting a feeling of use has not been obtained as much as the effect on the finish. That is, it has been desired to develop a powder-containing cosmetic material in which a cosmetic feeling is obtained to the same extent as the change and spread of the finish.
[0003]
The technology of granulating cosmetics to form granules and incorporating them into cosmetics is already known, but a thin pearl called so-called glitter, which has a pearly luster due to interference, is granulated to give the appearance of pearls. No technology has been known to weaken the luster and add it to cosmetics to accentuate the pearly luster at the time of use. It has not been known at all that it has an effect of imparting a real feeling.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made under such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a powder-containing cosmetic in which a makeup feeling is obtained to the same extent as the change and spread of the finish.
[0005]
[Means for solving problems]
In view of such circumstances, the present inventors have sought for a powder-containing cosmetic material that has a cosmetic feeling that is almost the same as the change and spread of the finished product. Finding such characteristics in cosmetics containing a granulated product obtained by granulating a powder composition containing 60 to 95% by mass of a thin film piece exhibiting pearly luster (brightness) by color, and completing the invention I came to let you. That is, this invention relates to the technique shown below.
(1) A substrate in which flaky silica or resin flakes are laminated and cut into small pieces is used as a base, and at least one coloring or metal or metal oxide is vapor-deposited on the surface or between the laminated flakes. Then, a powder composition containing 60 to 95% by mass of a thin film piece exhibiting a pearly luster (brightness) due to a light interference color of a thin layer, a pigment, and a cellulose-based water-soluble polymer is granulated. A cosmetic comprising a granulated product having a disintegrating property .
( 2 ) The cosmetic according to ( 1 ), further comprising titanium mica that may be colored in the granulated product.
( 3 ) The cosmetic according to (1) or (2) , wherein the cosmetic is a dosage form in which a granulated product is dispersed in an aqueous gel .
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
(1) granules according to granulate the present invention according to the present invention, by laminating a flaky silica or resin flakes as a base for those cut into small pieces, between flakes of the surface or laminated flakes, at least, 60 to 95% by mass of a thin film piece that exhibits a pearly luster (brightness) due to a light interference color of a thin layer, pigment, and cellulose It is a granulated product having a disintegrating property obtained by granulating a powder composition containing the water-soluble polymer. Here, the thin film pieces are generally collectively referred to as glitter. As the resin, an acrylic resin, an epoxy resin, or the like is used, and coloring, deposition of metal or metal oxide is appropriately performed. . It thin pieces according to the granulated product according to the present invention may contain one, it can be contained in combination of two or more. Such thin film pieces already exist on the market and can be used. Examples of such commercially available products are Metashine MC1080RYS1 and Metashine MC1080RS, which are glitter pigments that are sold by Nippon Sheet Glass Co., Ltd. and are based on glass flakes or block flakes and coated with metal or metal oxide. , Metashine MC1040RR (both of which have an average thickness of submicron order to 20 microns and an average particle size of 10 microns to 4000 microns), polyethylene terephthalate sold by Kakuhachi Fish Scale Co., Ltd. Aurora Flakes Violet 0.05, Aurora Flakes Green 0.01 (size is about 200 microns square or less), and is sold by Engelhard. , Poly A laminated end Ji terephthalate and polyolefin copolymers or polymethyl methacrylate, I glitter IF4101-0.01, I glitter IF8101-0.01 (size 200 microns square to the less) and the like can be preferably exemplified. Content of the said thin film piece in the granulated material which concerns on this invention is 60-95 mass% with respect to the granulated material whole quantity by the total amount. This is because if the amount is too small, the difference in pearly luster (brightness) between the state of the granulated product and the state after it has collapsed may be too small. In the granulated product according to the present invention , in addition to the thin film pieces, the pigment further contains a pigment for the purpose of concealing the pearly luster from the appearance of the granulated product, and further making the color of the appearance different from the coating color. To do. Examples of such pigments include organic pigments such as red No. 226 and yellow No. 4 aluminum lake, bengara, yellow iron oxide, ultramarine, bitumen, talc, mica, sericite, kaolin, calcium silicate, magnesium silicate, calcium carbonate, carbonic acid Preferred examples include inorganic pigments such as extender pigments such as magnesium. The content of the pigment is preferably 0.1 to 10% by mass based on the total amount of the granulated product. In such a granulated product, the inclusion of titanium mica, which may be colored, which has a large color rendering effect next to the glittering powder, means that the range of color rendering properties can be given. Particularly preferred. The preferable content of titanium mica that may be colored is 1 to 50% by mass, and more preferably 5 to 30% by mass. The granulated product according to the present invention contains a water-soluble polymer as a binder for granulation. A cellulose- based water-soluble polymer is selected as the water-soluble polymer. Preferred examples of the cellulose-based water-soluble polymer include methyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose. The preferable content of such a water-soluble polymer is 0.1 to 10% by mass, and more preferably 0.2 to 5% by mass.
