Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a slidable elevator apparatus, and more particularly to an elevator apparatus capable of increasing a lifting distance of a car or a counterweight without increasing the overall height of a hoistway.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a crane-type elevator has a cage and a counterweight suspended from both ends of a suspension rope wound around a hoisting machine, and the hoisting machine is driven via the hoisting rope by driving the hoisting machine. The car and the counterweight are moved up and down in directions opposite to each other in the hoistway.
[0003]
The car and the counterweight are each guided by guide rails provided in the hoistway, and below each, the shock when the car or the counterweight falls for some reason and collides with the floor is mitigated. A shock absorber is provided for this purpose.
[0004]
4 (a) and 4 (b) are a front view and a side view showing a configuration of a counterweight in a general slidable elevator system. The counterweight 1 is configured by stacking and storing weights 3 in a frame body 2 and is guided by guide rails (not shown) to move up and down in the hoistway 4. The counterweight 1 is suspended by a suspension rope 5. A suspension metal fitting 5 a is attached to the tip of the suspension rope 5. The suspension metal fitting 5 a is inserted into the upper part 2 a of the frame body 2 along the vertical direction and fixed to the frame body 2.
[0005]
FIG. 4 shows a state in which the counterweight 1 is stopped at the lowest position in the lifting / lowering process of the counterweight 1 during operation of the elevator. A shock absorber 7 is provided on the floor surface 6 below the counterweight 1 so as to face the lower surface 2b of the frame 2. In this state, a clearance δ is required between the lower part 2b of the frame body 2 of the suspension weight 1 and the shock absorber 7 so that they do not collide with each other, and when the counter weight 1 collides with the shock absorber 7. Since the height dimension A is necessary for the shock absorber 7 in consideration of the deceleration stroke, it is shown that the height dimension C1 needs to be secured from the floor surface 6 when the counterweight 1 is located at the lowermost part. Yes.
[0006]
Further, a suspension fitting 5a made of a rigid body is provided on the upper portion 2a of the frame body 2 of the counterweight 1 to fix the suspension rope 5, and the suspension fitting 5a serves as a sheave (not shown) for guiding the suspension rope. Since it is necessary to secure the height dimension B so as not to be caught, the dimensions B and C1 increase the height dimension for the lifting / lowering process of the counterweight 1, and the necessary lifting distance cannot be secured. The overall height of the hoistway 4 was increased.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, since the conventional counterweight 1 has the height dimensions B and C1, the lifting distance is reduced with respect to the entire height of the hoistway. For this reason, when it becomes necessary to ensure a large lifting distance for the counterweight due to the circumstances of the building, it has been necessary to take measures such as increasing the overall height of the hoistway.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-described problems. Even when the total height of the hoistway is insufficient with respect to the required dimensions, the weight of the hoistway and the like can be reduced without taking a major change. It aims at providing the elevator apparatus which can ensure a raising / lowering distance.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a guide on the upper part of the frame constituting the counterweight, and the cage or the balance in a state in which the suspension rope is turned from the vertical direction to the lateral direction via the guide. It is arranged along the width direction of the weight so that the suspension rope is fixed to the frame body, and the height dimension necessary for fixing the suspension rope to the frame body can be reduced. .
[0010]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides , in addition to the above-described features, a recess in which a shock absorber can be fitted in the lower part of the frame constituting the counterweight , and the counterbalance prevents the shock absorber from colliding with the recess. as is suspended a weight than the upper surface of the shock absorber to the position of the lower, it may have a feature where configured as possible to reduce the dimension between the counterweight and the floor surface.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a schematic configuration of a general slidable elevator. In FIG. 1, a slat type elevator has a suspension rope 5 wound around a hoisting machine 8 provided in a machine room 4 a at the top of a hoistway 4, and a counterweight 9 and a counterweight 11 on both ends of the suspension rope 5. Are each suspended. When the hoisting machine 8 is driven, the car 9 and the counterweight 11 are moved up and down in the hoistway 4 in opposite directions via the suspension rope 5.
[0012]
The car 9 and the counterweight 11 are respectively guided by guide rails (not shown) provided in the hoistway 4, and the car 9 or the counterweight 1 descends for some reason below each. Shock absorbers 7 and 10 are provided in order to mitigate an impact when the vehicle collides with a floor surface or the like.
[0013]
FIGS. 2A and 2B are a front view and a side view showing an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to the counterweight 11 in the elevator apparatus shown in FIG. 3A is an enlarged front view showing the main part of FIG. 2, and FIG. 3B is a cross-sectional view taken along line XX of FIG. 3A.
[0014]
2 and 3, the counterweight 11 is configured by stacking and storing weights 13 in a frame 12. A number of guides 13 corresponding to the number of the suspension ropes 5 are attached to the upper portion 12 a of the frame body 12. These guide elements 13 extend along the width direction of the frame body 12, are rotatably supported by shafts 14 facing each other at an interval, and are attached to the upper portion 12 a of the frame body 12. In addition, 14a is a split pin for retaining.
[0015]
The plurality of suspension ropes 5 are inserted in the upper portion 12a of the frame body 12 from the vertical direction, and are arranged in a state of being turned in the lateral direction so as to be wound around the guide element 14 for each suspension rope 5. The suspension fitting 5 a at the tip of each suspension rope 5 is attached so as to penetrate the receiving member 15 provided inside the upper portion 12 a of the frame body 12, and the frame body 12 can be adjusted in length by the nut 16. It is fixed to. Rope 5 mutually This interval [delta] R is insignificant, with the role of locking out rope from the guiding element 13 to each other.
Thus, by arranging the hanging metal fitting 5a of the hanging rope 5 along the lateral direction inside the frame body 12, the height dimension B in the conventional configuration shown in FIG. Thereby, since the counterweight 11 can be raised to the vicinity of the sheave, the position of the uppermost part in the raising / lowering process of the counterweight 11 can be raised, and as a result, the raising / lowering distance can be enlarged.
[0016]
On the other hand, a recess 17 into which the shock absorber 7 can be fitted is provided in the lower part 12 b of the frame 12 of the counterweight 11. As shown in FIG. 2, the recess 17 collides between the shock absorber 7 fitted inside and the frame 12 above the recess 17 with the counterweight 11 stopped at the lowest position. It is only necessary to secure a clearance δ for preventing the shock, and to secure a height A of the shock absorber 7 in consideration of a deceleration stroke when the counterweight 11 collides with the shock absorber 7. Therefore, when the counterweight 11 is positioned at the lowermost position, it is only necessary to ensure the height dimension C2 (C2 <C1) from the floor surface 6, and the counterweight 11 can be lowered to the vicinity of the floor surface 6, and accordingly. The lifting distance can be increased.
[0017]
In this way, the counterweight 11 can increase the lifting process without changing the height dimension of the frame body 12, so even when the total height of the hoistway is insufficient with respect to the required dimension, On the other hand, it is possible to secure the lifting distance without taking a large change procedure.
[0018]
In the above embodiment, the case where the present invention is applied to a counterweight has been described. However, the present invention can be similarly applied to a car.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the height of the hoistway can be compensated for insufficient height without greatly changing the height of the passenger car or the counterweight, so that the elevator can easily cope with the shortage of the height of the building. An apparatus can be provided.
