BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a golf club set including a plurality of golf clubs having different loft angles and a golf club shaft set used for such a golf club set, and more particularly, to a high trajectory of a hit ball exhibited by the golf club. The present invention relates to a golf club set and a golf club shaft set in which the thicknesses are harmonized between counts.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The iron golf club set includes about ten golf clubs from long irons to short irons, and has a configuration in which club lengths and loft angles are variously changed so that different flight distances can be obtained for each number. In such a golf club set, it is desirable to harmonize the height of the trajectory of the hit ball exhibited by the golf club between the counts.
[0003]
By the way, as an index for evaluating the height of the trajectory of a hit ball presented by a golf club, there are generally kick points and the like. However, since the kick point merely indicates the apex position of the deflection of the golf club shaft, it is difficult to accurately grasp the height of the trajectory of the hit ball exhibited by the golf club with this index.
[0004]
Therefore, even if the golf club set is designed to harmonize the height of the trajectory of the hitting ball exhibited by the golf club based on the conventional index, the height of the trajectory of the hitting ball actually exhibited by the golf club is The current situation is not in harmony.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a golf club set and a golf club shaft set in which the height of the trajectory of a hit ball exhibited by a golf club is harmonized between counts.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a golf club set of the present invention comprises a plurality of golf clubs each having a golf club head mounted on the tip of a golf club shaft, and the loft angles of the plurality of golf clubs differ for each number. In the golf club set, among the plurality of golf clubs, Six that adopted six consecutive counts About the golf club, the front end portion is fixed with the rear end portion of the golf club shaft constituting each golf club fixed. In the bending direction The vibration frequency per unit time measured by vibrating and the rear end portion with the front end portion of the golf club shaft fixed. In the bending direction The magnitude of the ratio to the vibration frequency per unit time measured by vibration is set in relation to the order of the loft angle magnitude, and preferably varies approximately linearly according to the order of the loft angle magnitude. It is characterized by having made it.
[0012]
In changing the magnitude of the frequency ratio substantially linearly according to the order of the loft angles, it is desirable that the present invention satisfies the following conditions.
[0013]
That is, in a golf club set including a plurality of golf clubs each having a golf club head mounted on the tip of a golf club shaft, and the loft angles of the plurality of golf clubs being different for each count, the plurality of golf clubs are: Loft angle is in the range of 16 degrees to 41 degrees Six that adopted six consecutive counts Includes a group of golf clubs. The front end of the golf club of this group is set to θ (degrees) and the rear end of the golf club shaft constituting each golf club is fixed. In the bending direction Using the vibration frequency per unit time measured by vibration as a numerator, the rear end of the golf club shaft is fixed In the bending direction Let Z be the ratio of the frequencies with the frequency per unit time measured by vibrating as the denominator.
[0014]
At this time, for all golf clubs in the group, when the distribution of the ratio Z of the frequency to the loft angle θ was regressed with a regression line, The slope of the regression line of the frequency ratio Z to the loft angle θ is −0.075 or more and −0.0025 or less, The frequency ratio Z is set so that the estimation error with respect to the regression line is 0.05 or less.
[0015]
More preferably, the sum of the frequency measured with the rear end of the golf club shaft fixed and the frequency measured with the front end of the golf club shaft fixed is Y (cpm). For all the golf clubs in the group, when the distribution of the sum Y of the frequencies with respect to the loft angle θ is regressed with a regression line, the sum Y of the frequencies so that the estimation error with respect to the regression line is 30 cpm or less. Is set.
[0016]
In the present invention, the vibration frequency per unit time measured by vibrating the front end portion with the rear end portion of the golf club shaft fixed, and the rear end portion vibrated with the front end portion of the golf club shaft fixed. The ratio with the vibration frequency per unit time measured as described above is used as an index of the height of the trajectory of the hit ball exhibited by the golf club. This frequency ratio combines the vibration characteristics obtained with the golf club shaft rear end fixed and the vibration characteristics obtained with the golf club shaft front end fixed. The characteristics are excellent, and the height of the trajectory of the hit ball exhibited by the golf club is more accurately indicated by a numerical value. Therefore, the frequency ratio is Loft angle size If there is a correlation with respect to the order, it is possible to avoid a sense of incongruity that a trajectory according to the loft angle cannot be obtained only for a specific golf club throughout the golf club set.
[0017]
The frequency is preferably measured with a golf club shaft alone. By measuring and adjusting the frequency of the golf club shaft alone, and adjusting the other members as appropriate to assemble the golf club, it is possible to adjust the accuracy of the golf club as a whole. Harmonized ball trajectory height can be obtained more accurately.
[0018]
The count is the identification information regarding the order of the loft angles represented by numbers, letters, symbols, etc. given to each golf club so that golf clubs with different loft angles can be arranged in the order of the loft angles. The loft angle of each count is appropriately set by those skilled in the art at constant or substantially constant intervals. Also, the large count means a count with a large loft angle.
[0019]
The present invention also includes a golf club shaft set before being assembled as a golf club set. A golf club shaft set is generally composed of a plurality of golf club shafts having different lengths, and the golf club set is mounted on a golf club head having a smaller loft angle in order from a golf club shaft having a longer length. . Those skilled in the art can use the golf club shafts of the golf club shaft set as they are as they are or when they are appropriately cut when assembling the golf club.
[0025]
In order to achieve the above object, a golf club shaft set of the present invention is a golf club shaft set comprising a plurality of golf club shafts for constituting a golf club set, and among the plurality of golf club shafts, 6 golf clubs that are installed on a golf club using 6 consecutive counts For the golf club shafts, fix the tip of each golf club shaft with the rear end fixed. In the bending direction The vibration frequency per unit time measured by vibrating and the rear end portion with the front end portion of the golf club shaft fixed. In the bending direction The ratio of the ratio to the frequency per unit time measured by vibration is set in relation to the order of the lengths of the golf club shafts, preferably approximately linearly corresponding to the order of the lengths of the golf club shafts. It is characterized by having been changed to.
[0026]
In changing the magnitude of the frequency ratio substantially linearly in accordance with the order of the lengths of the golf club shafts, it is desirable that the following conditions be satisfied in the present invention.
[0027]
That is, in the golf club shaft set comprising a plurality of golf club shafts for constituting a golf club set, the plurality of golf club shafts are: 6 golf clubs that are installed on a golf club using 6 consecutive counts Includes a group of golf club shafts. This group of golf club shafts is preferably composed of golf club shafts mounted on golf clubs having loft angles in the range of 16 degrees to 41 degrees. The length of the golf club shaft of this group is set to L (mm), and the front end portion is fixed with the rear end portion of each golf club shaft fixed. In the bending direction Using the vibration frequency per unit time measured by vibration as a numerator, the rear end of the golf club shaft is fixed In the bending direction Let Z be the ratio of the frequencies with the frequency per unit time measured by vibrating as the denominator.
At this time, when the distribution of the frequency ratio Z to the length L is regressed with a regression line for all the golf club shafts of the above group, the slope of the regression line of the frequency ratio Z to the length L is Is set to 0.00077 or more and 0.0231 or less, and the frequency ratio Z is set so that the estimation error with respect to the regression line is 0.05 or less.
[0028]
More preferably, the sum of the frequency measured with the rear end of the golf club shaft fixed and the frequency measured with the front end of the golf club shaft fixed is Y (cpm). For all the golf club shafts in the group, when the distribution of the sum Y of the frequencies with respect to the length L is regressed with a regression line, the sum of the frequencies so that an estimation error with respect to the regression line is 30 cpm or less. Y is set.
[0029]
Thus, in the golf club shaft set, the frequency ratio is Golf club shaft length If there is a correlation with respect to the order, it is possible to avoid a sense of incongruity that a trajectory according to the loft angle cannot be obtained only for a specific golf club throughout the golf club set when the golf club set is configured. it can.
[0030]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0031]
FIG. 1 illustrates a golf club set according to an embodiment of the present invention, and includes golf clubs A3 to A9 (Nos. 3 to 9 iron), a golf club PW (pitching wedge), and a golf club SW (sand wedge). 9). Each golf club has a structure in which a

[0033]
In the golf club set described above, it is particularly necessary to harmonize the golf clubs whose loft angle θ is included in the range of 16 degrees to 41 degrees. The reason is that golf clubs within these ranges are required to have a harmonious performance so that the flight distance can be determined according to the number. On the other hand, a golf club having a loft angle θ of less than 16 degrees is a golf club mainly used for teeing up and hitting a ball. In other words, the golf club flies regardless of the swing pattern of other golf clubs. Since it is a golf club that pursues distance, it is not always necessary to harmonize within the golf club set. On the other hand, golf clubs with a loft angle θ exceeding 41 degrees are often used for control shots or approach shots that increase or decrease the swing force. In other words, control is important regardless of the swing pattern of other golf clubs. Since it is a golf club, it does not necessarily have to be harmonized in the golf club set.

[0035]
The loft angle θ can be measured by a measuring instrument such as Takao Fuyu ball head measuring table manufactured by Shoho Co., Ltd., a golf club angle measuring instrument manufactured by Golf Garage, a golf club gauge manufactured by Golf Smith. Such a measuring device may be any known one, and is not particularly limited in the present invention.
[0036]
The loft angle θ can be measured in the state of a golf club, or by inserting a shaft pin into a golf club head alone. The numerical value of the loft angle θ obtained by measuring the golf club head alone is substantially the same as the numerical value of the loft angle θ obtained by measuring in the state of the golf club.

An example of the measuring device is Club Major II manufactured by Kamoshita Seikosho Co., Ltd.

In the golf club set described above, for a golf club having a loft angle θ in the range of 16 degrees to 41 degrees, the front end portion is vibrated and measured while the rear end portion of the
[0043]
The method of adjusting the magnitude of the frequency ratio between the counts is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include adjustment based on the cut lengths of the front end portion and the rear end portion of the shaft material. For example, when a golf club shaft is formed by cutting a shaft material having a single length of 1000 mm into 960 mm, and a golf club is assembled using the golf club shaft, a shaft with the shaft material having a rear end cut by 40 mm and a shaft In the golf club shaft in which the tip portion of the material is cut by 40 mm, the frequency ratio is different. By utilizing this fact, it is possible to adjust the magnitude of the frequency ratio between counts. Of course, the magnitude of the frequency ratio may be adjusted between the counts by setting the bending rigidity from the design stage of the golf club shaft.
[0044]
Here, a method for measuring the frequency of the golf club shaft will be described. This frequency is measured by a

In the frequency measurement in the present invention, the circumferential position of the golf club shaft fixed to the frequency measuring device is preferably kept constant or substantially constant when the rear end is fixed and when the front end is fixed. In order to keep constant, when the

As described above, since there may be some variation in the numerical value of the frequency in the circumferential direction of the golf club shaft itself, when the same golf club shaft is measured as shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. As shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, there is a possibility that the sum and ratio of the frequencies change when the golf club shaft is rotated and rotated 90 degrees in the circumferential direction with respect to FIGS. 10 and 11 and measured. is there. Therefore, when the golf club is assembled, it is preferable to fix the fixed position of the golf club shaft. Specifically, the golf club shaft shown in FIG. 9 measured by the fixing method shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, as shown in FIG. 14, with the

In the above description, it has been described that it is most preferable to match the direction in which the golf club shaft vibrates in FIG. 15 with the direction in which the golf club in FIG. 16 mainly bends during the actual swing. 9, the golf club shaft shown in FIG. 9 measured by the fixing method shown in FIG. 11 may be assembled as a golf club as shown in FIG. That is, the direction in which the golf club shaft vibrates and the direction in which the golf club mainly bends during the actual swing are shifted by 90 degrees. Although it is most preferable to match the direction in which the golf club shaft vibrates with the direction in which the golf club mainly bends during the actual swing, the direction in which the golf club shaft vibrates and the golf club in the actual swing Setting with a certain relationship mainly in the direction of bending is preferable to not setting with a certain relationship. The center of gravity of the weight body is preferably in the vicinity of the golf club shaft axis. Numerically, the center of gravity is preferably within 5 mm from the golf club shaft axis when the golf club shaft is fixed.

As the structure of the weight body, a structure such as a drill chuck is conceivable in order to firmly fix the golf club shafts having different diameters. As another example of the weight body, as shown in FIG. 27, it is conceivable that a
[0057]
In the golf club set, a golf club whose loft angle θ is in the range of 16 degrees to 41 degrees is represented by a continuous natural number X starting from 1 in order from the smallest loft angle, and the frequency ratio is Z When the frequency ratio Z corresponding to the natural number X of each golf club is plotted on the X-Z coordinate, the plots for all golf clubs having a loft angle θ in the range of 16 degrees to 41 degrees are obtained. It is straight or roughly straight.
[0058]
FIG. 29 shows the order of golf clubs. In It is a graph which shows the relationship between the corresponding natural number X and the ratio Z of a frequency, and A is Natural number X and frequency ratio Z have a certain correlation The relationship in an ideal golf club set is shown, and B shows the relationship in a conventional golf club set. In other words, in the conventional golf club set, the count and the frequency ratio had a relationship that did not have a certain correlation, ideal Since the golf club set has a certain correlation between the count and the frequency ratio, a harmonized ball trajectory height can be obtained throughout the golf club set.
[0059]
More specifically, when the distribution of the frequency ratio Z to the natural number X is regressed with a regression line for a golf club having a loft angle θ in the range of 16 degrees to 41 degrees, the estimation error for the regression line is 0. The frequency ratio Z is set to be .05 or less. The estimation error of 0.05 or less means that an estimated value calculated by inputting a natural number X and a frequency ratio Z determined according to the golf club number into a function of a regression line and a frequency ratio Z The error is 0.05 or less in absolute value, that is, −0.05 or more and +0.05 or less. In this case, the estimation error is preferably 0.03 or less, more preferably 0.015 or less.
[0060]
The slope of the regression line is not particularly limited, but it is possible to configure a golf club set that suits the golfer's preference by limiting the range of the numerical values.
[0061]
When the slope of the regression line is −0.01 or less, preferably −0.3 or more and −0.01 or less, more preferably −0.25 or more and −0.02 or less, the loft angle θ is relatively small. A golf club set in which the trajectory of the hit ball presented by the golf club is high. Such a golf club set is mainly suitable for a golfer type that attempts to obtain a sufficient flight distance by increasing the trajectory of a hit ball exhibited by a golf club having a small loft angle θ.
[0062]
When the slope of the regression line is −0.01 or more, preferably −0.01 or more and 0.2 or less, more preferably 0 or more and 0.15 or less, a golf ball presented by a golf club having a relatively small loft angle θ It becomes a golf club set with a low trajectory. Such a golf club set is mainly suitable for a golfer type that attempts to obtain a reliable direction by lowering the trajectory of a hit ball exhibited by a golf club having a small loft angle θ.
[0063]
The effect of the slope of the regression line shows a general tendency. Therefore, the golfer sets a golf club set having a predetermined value as the inclination of the regression line in consideration of his / her skill level, favorite golf club shaft deflection, feeling, favorite strategy, favorite shot feeling, etc. Can be selected.
[0064]
In addition to linearly changing the frequency ratio Z to the natural number X as described above, the frequency f1 measured with the rear end portion of the golf club shaft fixed, and the tip of the golf club shaft When the sum (f1 + f2) with the frequency f2 measured with the part fixed is Y (cpm), the sum Y of the frequencies is preferably changed linearly with respect to the natural number X.
[0065]
That is, for a golf club having a loft angle θ in the range of 16 degrees to 41 degrees, when the distribution of the sum Y of the frequencies with respect to the natural number X is regressed with a regression line, an estimation error with respect to the regression line is preferably 30 cpm or less, preferably The sum Y of the frequencies may be set so as to be 20 cpm or less, more preferably 10 cpm or less. By setting the above relationship, the trajectory height of the hit ball harmonized throughout the entire golf club set can be obtained more accurately.
[0066]
Further, in the above golf club set, when the loft angle θ is used instead of the natural number X and the ratio Z of the frequencies corresponding to the loft angle θ of each golf club is plotted on the θ-Z coordinate, the loft angle θ is 16 The plot for all golf clubs included in the range of degrees to 41 degrees is a straight line or a substantially straight line.
[0067]
FIG. 30 is a graph showing the relationship between the loft angle θ and the frequency ratio Z, where A is Loft angle θ and frequency ratio Z have a certain correlation The relationship in an ideal golf club set is shown, and B shows the relationship in a conventional golf club set. In other words, in the conventional golf club set, the loft angle and the frequency ratio were not in a certain relationship, ideal In the golf club set, the loft angle and the frequency ratio have a certain correlation, so that a harmonized ball trajectory height can be obtained throughout the golf club set.
[0068]
More specifically, for a golf club having a loft angle θ in the range of 16 degrees to 41 degrees, when the distribution of the frequency ratio Z to the loft angle θ is regressed with a regression line, an estimation error with respect to the regression line is increased. The frequency ratio Z is set to be 0.05 or less. This estimation error is 0.05 or less. The error between the estimated value calculated by inputting the golf club loft angle θ and the frequency ratio Z into the regression line function and the frequency ratio Z is an absolute value. 0.05 or less, that is, −0.05 or more and +0.05 or less. In this case, the estimation error is preferably 0.03 or less, more preferably 0.015 or less.
[0069]
The slope of the regression line is not particularly limited, but it is possible to configure a golf club set that suits the golfer's preference by limiting the range of the numerical values.
[0070]
When the slope of the regression line is −0.0025 or less, preferably −0.075 or more and −0.0025 or less, more preferably −0.0625 or more and −0.005 or less, the loft angle θ is relatively small. A golf club set in which the trajectory of the hit ball presented by the golf club is high. Such a golf club set is mainly suitable for a golfer type that attempts to obtain a sufficient flight distance by increasing the trajectory of a hit ball exhibited by a golf club having a small loft angle θ.
[0071]
When the slope of the regression line is −0.0025 or more, preferably −0.0025 or more and 0.05 or less, more preferably 0 or more and 0.0375 or less, a golf ball presented by a golf club having a relatively small loft angle θ It becomes a golf club set with a low trajectory. Such a golf club set is mainly suitable for a golfer type that attempts to obtain a reliable direction by lowering the trajectory of a hit ball exhibited by a golf club having a small loft angle θ.
[0072]
The effect of the slope of the regression line shows a general tendency. Therefore, the golfer sets a golf club set having a predetermined value as the inclination of the regression line in consideration of his / her skill level, favorite golf club shaft deflection, feeling, favorite strategy, favorite shot feeling, etc. Can be selected.
[0073]
In addition to linearly changing the frequency ratio Z with respect to the loft angle θ as described above, the frequency f1 measured with the rear end of the golf club shaft fixed, and the golf club shaft When the sum (f1 + f2) with the frequency f2 measured with the tip fixed is Y (cpm), it is preferable to linearly change the sum Y of the frequencies with respect to the loft angle θ.
[0074]
That is, for a golf club having a loft angle θ in the range of 16 degrees to 41 degrees, when the distribution of the sum Y of the frequencies with respect to the loft angle θ is regressed with a regression line, an estimation error with respect to the regression line is preferably 30 cpm or less, preferably The sum Y of the frequencies may be set so as to be 20 cpm or less, more preferably 10 cpm or less. By setting the above relationship, the trajectory height of the hit ball harmonized throughout the entire golf club set can be obtained more accurately.
[0075]
In the above golf club set, golf club shafts attached to golf clubs having a loft angle θ in the range of 16 degrees to 41 degrees are consecutive natural numbers X starting from 1 in order from the longest golf club length. When the frequency ratio Z is expressed and the frequency ratio Z corresponding to the natural number X of each golf club shaft is plotted on the X-Z coordinates, the loft angle θ is in the range of 16 degrees to 41 degrees. The plots for all golf club shafts attached to the golf clubs of the present invention are straight or substantially straight.
[0076]
In a golf club set, the length of the golf club shaft generally decreases as the golf club number increases. Therefore, the relationship between the natural number X and the frequency ratio Z in the golf club shaft set may be set similarly to the case of the golf club set described above.
[0077]
In the above golf club set, when the length L of the golf club shaft is used instead of the natural number X and the ratio Z of the frequency corresponding to the length L of each golf club shaft is plotted on the LZ coordinates, The plot for all golf club shafts mounted on golf clubs having a loft angle θ in the range of 16 degrees to 41 degrees is a straight line or a substantially straight line.
[0078]
FIG. 31 is a graph showing the relationship between the length L of the golf club shaft and the frequency ratio Z; Length L and frequency ratio Z have a certain correlation The relationship in an ideal golf club set is shown, and B shows the relationship in a conventional golf club set. That is, in the conventional golf club set, the length of the golf club shaft and the ratio of the frequency were in a relationship that did not have a certain correlation, ideal In the golf club set, since the length of the golf club shaft and the ratio of the vibration frequencies have a certain correlation, a harmonized ball trajectory height can be obtained throughout the golf club set.
[0079]
More specifically, for a golf club shaft mounted on a golf club having a loft angle θ in the range of 16 degrees to 41 degrees, the distribution of the frequency ratio Z to the golf club shaft length L is regressed with a regression line. At this time, the frequency ratio Z is set so that the estimation error with respect to the regression line is 0.05 or less. The estimated error of 0.05 or less means that the error between the estimated value calculated by inputting the golf club shaft length L and the frequency ratio Z to the regression line function and the frequency ratio Z is absolute. The value is 0.05 or less, that is, −0.05 or more and +0.05 or less. In this case, the estimation error is preferably 0.03 or less, more preferably 0.015 or less.
[0080]
Further, the above relationship may be maintained over a range where the loft angle θ is 16 degrees to 41 degrees. For example, the above relationship may be maintained throughout the golf club shaft set.
[0081]
The slope of the regression line is not particularly limited, but it is possible to configure a golf club set that suits the golfer's preference by limiting the range of the numerical values.
[0082]
When the slope of the regression line is 0.00077 or more, preferably 0.00077 or more and 0.0231 or less, more preferably 0.00154 or more and 0.01925 or less, the golf club shaft length L is relatively large. It becomes a golf club set in which the trajectory of the hit ball presented by the club is high. Such a golf club set is mainly suitable for a golfer type who intends to obtain a sufficient flight distance by increasing the trajectory of a hit ball exhibited by a golf club having a large golf club shaft length L.
[0083]
When the slope of the regression line is 0.00077 or less, preferably −0.0154 or more and 0.00077 or less, more preferably −0.01155 or more and 0 or less, the golf club shaft length L is relatively large. A golf club set in which the trajectory of the hit ball presented by the club is lowered. Such a golf club set is mainly suitable for a golfer type that attempts to obtain a reliable directionality by lowering the trajectory of a hit ball exhibited by a golf club having a large length L of the golf club shaft.
[0084]
The effect of the slope of the regression line shows a general tendency. Therefore, the golfer sets a golf club set having a predetermined value as the inclination of the regression line in consideration of his / her skill level, favorite golf club shaft deflection, feeling, favorite strategy, favorite shot feeling, etc. Can be selected.
[0085]
In addition to linearly changing the frequency ratio Z with respect to the length L of the golf club shaft as described above, the frequency f1 measured with the rear end of the golf club shaft fixed, When the sum (f1 + f2) of the frequency f2 measured with the tip of the golf club shaft fixed is Y (cpm), the sum Y of the frequencies is linear with respect to the length L of the golf club shaft. It is preferable to change to
[0086]
That is, when a distribution of the sum Y of the frequencies with respect to the length L is regressed with a regression line for a golf club shaft mounted on a golf club having a loft angle θ in the range of 16 degrees to 41 degrees, an estimation error with respect to the regression line The sum Y of the frequencies may be set so that is 30 cpm or less, preferably 20 cpm or less, more preferably 10 cpm or less. By setting the above relationship, the trajectory height of the hit ball harmonized throughout the entire golf club set can be obtained more accurately.
[0087]
The frequency ratio in the present invention is not particularly limited, but the range of the ratio at which more sufficient durability of the golf club shaft can be obtained is 0.25 to 4.0, preferably 0.278 to 3. 6, more preferably 0.3125 to 3.2. In particular, the golf club shaft was measured by vibrating the front end portion while restraining the rear end portion of the golf club shaft at a length of 178 mm from the rear end and mounting a weight body having a mass of 200 g on the front end portion over a length of 30 mm from the front end. With the frequency per unit time as a numerator, the golf club shaft tip is restrained at a length of 178 mm from the tip, and a weight body with a mass of 200 g is attached to the rear end over a length of 30 mm from the rear end. The same applies to the range of the frequency ratio with the frequency per unit time measured by vibrating the rear end as the denominator.
[0088]
Further, the sum of the frequencies in the present invention is not particularly limited, but the range of the sum that can obtain more sufficient durability of the golf club shaft is that the rear end of the golf club shaft is 178 mm long from the rear end. The number of vibrations per unit time (cpm) measured by vibrating the tip with a weight of 200 g attached to the tip over a length of 30 mm from the tip, and the golf club shaft Vibration per unit time measured by oscillating the rear end portion with a weight of 200 g attached to the rear end portion over a length of 30 mm from the rear end while restraining the front end portion at a length of 178 mm from the front end. The range of the sum with the number (cpm) is 200-1500 cpm, preferably 250-1400 cpm, more preferably 280-1300 cpm.
[0089]
The above-described configuration of the present invention has a remarkable effect when applied to a golf club set using a golf club shaft made of fiber-reinforced resin and a golf club shaft set.
[0090]
The golf club shaft made of fiber reinforced resin is free to select the type of reinforcing fiber and the orientation direction, and has a higher degree of design freedom than the metal golf club shaft, such as changing the rigidity distribution of the golf club shaft over the longitudinal direction. large. In particular, recently, the length of golf clubs has increased, and accordingly, the change in the rigidity distribution of the golf club shaft has increased. Therefore, when the golf club shaft is made of fiber reinforced resin, even if the golf club set is designed to harmonize the height of the trajectory of the hit ball exhibited by the golf club based on the conventional index, It was extremely difficult to harmonize the height of the ball trajectory presented by the club between the counts.
[0091]
On the other hand, in the present invention, even when the golf club shaft is made of fiber reinforced resin, a golf club set in which the height of the trajectory of the hit ball actually exhibited by the golf club is harmonized between the counts is easily configured. can do.
[0092]
The golf club set in the present invention is an iron golf club set, a wood golf club set, a golf club set including a wood golf club and an iron golf club, a golf club set including only a long iron, a wood golf club and an iron A plurality of golf courses having different loft angles such as a golf club set including a utility club having intermediate performance with a golf club, a golf club set including a golf club that cannot be classified as a wood golf club or an iron golf club It consists of clubs.
[0093]
【Example】
In golf club sets including a plurality of golf clubs having different loft angles, golf club sets of Examples 1 to 18 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2 in which only the vibration characteristics of the golf club shaft were varied were manufactured. . In these golf club sets, golf clubs having the same loft angle were equipped with the same golf club head and grip. The club length was 39.0 inches for the longest golf club (# 3), 0.5 inches shorter for each count, and 36.5 inches for the shortest golf club (# 8). As the golf club shaft, a fiber reinforced resin golf club shaft was used.
[0094]
The golf club shaft length of each golf club is 962 mm, # 4 is 949 mm, # 5 is 936 mm, # 6 is 923 mm, and # 7 is 910 mm in Examples 1 to 18 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2. # 8 was 897 mm.
[0095]
Tables 1 to 20 show the count, natural number X, loft angle θ (degrees), frequency f1 (cpm), frequency f2 (cpm) for the golf club sets of Examples 1 to 18 and Comparative Examples 1 and 2, respectively. ), The frequency ratio Z is shown. However, the frequency f1 is determined by restraining the rear end portion of the golf club shaft with a length of 178 mm from the rear end and mounting the weight body with a mass of 200 g on the front end portion over a length of 30 mm from the front end. It is the frequency per unit time measured by vibrating. The vibration frequency f2 is such that the front end of the golf club shaft is restrained by a length of 178 mm from the front end and the rear end is vibrated with a weight of 200 g attached to the rear end over a length of 30 mm from the rear end. This is the frequency per unit time measured. The frequency ratio Z is a ratio (f1 / f2) between the frequency f1 and the frequency f2.

And about the golf club set of Examples 1-18 and Comparative Examples 1-2, the regression line of the launch angle with respect to the natural number X was calculated | required, the width | variety of the estimation error of the launch angle with respect to the regression line was calculated | required, and the result is shown in Table 23. Indicated. The width of the estimation error is the difference between the maximum value of the difference between the launch angle and the regression line in each example and the minimum value of the same difference. That is, it is the width between the data that deviates most with respect to the regression line and the data that deviates most. The smaller the estimation error, the more linear the correlation between the count order (the order of the magnitude of the loft angle) and the trajectory height of the hit ball.

As shown in Table 23, the golf club sets of Examples 1 to 9 have a smaller estimation error width than the golf club set of Comparative Example 1, and the height of the trajectory of the hit ball according to the loft angle throughout the set. It turns out that it is obtained. On the other hand, the golf club sets of Examples 10 to 18 have a smaller estimation error width than the golf club set of Comparative Example 2, and the ball trajectory height corresponding to the loft angle is obtained throughout the set. I understand.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, in a golf club set including a plurality of golf clubs each having a golf club head mounted on the tip of a golf club shaft, and the loft angles of the plurality of golf clubs being different for each number. Of the multiple golf clubs, Six that adopted six consecutive counts About the golf club, the front end portion is fixed with the rear end portion of the golf club shaft constituting each golf club fixed. Therefore, the height of the trajectory of the hit ball presented by the golf club can be harmonized between the counts.
Moreover, according to the present invention, in the golf club shaft set comprising a plurality of golf club shafts for constituting the golf club set, among the plurality of golf club shafts, 6 golf clubs that are installed on a golf club using 6 consecutive counts For the golf club shafts, fix the tip of each golf club shaft with the rear end fixed. Therefore, the height of the trajectory of the hit ball exhibited by the golf club can be harmonized between the counts.
