本発明はCD−ROM等の情報記憶媒体を綴じた雑誌などの冊子体に関し、特にCD−ROMを納めた収納体、それを貼り付けた冊子体に関する。

【従来の技術】
CD−ROM等の情報記憶媒体は、近年、パンフレットと共に頒布、販売されてたり、月刊誌、週刊誌等に添付して店頭に陳列しつつ頒布、販売されたりする等、その流通形態が種々の分野に拡大されつつある。そのため、この情報記憶媒体を挟み込む厚紙や収納する袋等のCDホルダーに関する構成が多く示されている。

しかしながら、製本自体に切れ込みや袋とじ加工をするものは、その製本工程をより複雑なものとしていた。さらには、情報記憶媒体を収納する作業も複雑で困難なものであり、大量に頒布、販売する月刊誌、週刊誌などに適用するには不向きなものであった。

また、情報記憶媒体を収納体に封入し、これを冊子体に貼り付けるものも有った。しかし、CDを取り出すには冊子体から収納体を剥がさねばならない。貼り付けが弱いと販売店までの送付途中で剥がれたり、店頭で立てて置いた場合やさらには立ち読みなど開いた時に剥がれたり、さらには店頭書店で盗難され易いなどの問題点が生じていた。逆に貼り付けが強いと収納体を冊子体から剥がす際に冊子体が破けるなどして見苦しいものであった。

また、一旦収納体を冊子体から剥がしてしまうと、収納体と冊子体が別々になり整理に困るものとなっていた。冊子体間に収納体を挟んだとしても冊子体を取り出す際に収納体が落ちたりして情報記憶媒体が傷つくなどの問題があった。

本発明はこのような問題点を解決するためになされたものであり、その課題とするところは、収納体を冊子体から剥がすことなく情報記憶媒体を取り出すことができる情報記憶媒体収納体および情報記憶媒体収納体付き冊子体に関する。

本発明はこの課題を解決するためになされたものであり、すなわち請求項1記載の発明は、情報記憶媒体を収納した一枚のブランクシートからなる情報記憶媒体収納体において、上辺付近にカットテープまたはミシン目を設けてなる表面と、表面の側辺のうち一辺に連設され、この辺で折り返される裏面と、表面の他の三辺にそれぞれ連設され、それぞれの辺で折り返されて前記裏面と接着される綴じ代とを備え、さらに、不織布面を有する袋に、前記情報記憶媒体が入れられ、前記表面と前記裏面を連接する辺に前記袋の開口部が向かうように、表面と裏面の間に、前記袋が収納されてなる情報記憶媒体収納体を提供する。

本発明はこの構成により、従来冊子体から情報記憶媒体収納体を剥がさなければならなかったものを、収納体の表面の上辺付近に設けたカットテープまたはミシン目を引き裂いて収納体を開けることで、収納体を冊子体から剥がすことなく情報記憶媒体を取り出すことが可能となった。またカットテープまたはミシン目は収納体の表面の上辺付近にあるので収納体を開けた際に冊子体を立てていても情報記憶媒体が落ちることはなく、かつ情報記憶媒体を上方に引き出すことで容易に取り出すことが可能である。さらに再度冊子体に貼り付けた収納体に情報記憶媒体を収納することも可能である。この場合も、収納体を開けた部分の上方から情報記憶媒体を収納体内に差し込むことで容易に再度収納可能となるものである。

図3に基づきこのようにして情報記憶媒体を入れた袋を収納体に収納する方法を説明する。
表面1の裏に、情報記憶媒体11を入れた袋7をその開口部10を収納体側面になるようにして配し、裏面2を折り込み、綴じ代3、4、5を裏面に接着することにより収納体12を製造できる。この際、袋の開口部を向ける収納体側面は裏面2を折り込む側にあることが、袋7より情報記憶媒体の外れやずれなどを防止することが出来るので好ましい。

以下、情報記憶媒体収納体付き冊子体の製造方法について、図4以降と共に説明する。
まず、収納体12が貼着される紙片を有する用紙が折り丁13に折り畳まれ、前記紙片は折り丁13の最も外側に位置し、紙片の外側に、情報記憶媒体11が収納された収納体12が粘着される。
この収納体12の粘着作業は、折り丁13の最も外側の紙片に対して行われるため、簡単にしかも迅速に行われる。

次に収納体12が粘着された多数の折り丁13は丁合機に供給される。
丁合機20はホッパ22、アッパーシリンダ24、オープニングシリンダ26、ラップシリンダ28、ギャザリングチェーン30等を供え、収納体12が粘着された多数の折り丁13はホッパ22に載せされる。
そして、丁合機20の駆動により、アッパーシリンダ24、オープニングシリンダ26、ラップシリンダ28が回転すると共に、ギャザリングチェーン30が移動する。
ホッパ22に載せられた折り丁13は、サッカー32が揺動してサッカー32先端の吸盤34により引き出され、アッパーシリンダ34のアッパーシリンダ爪36により折り丁13の背が挟まれ、アッパーシリンダ24の回転により折り丁13はアッパーシリンダ24の胴部に巻き付くように回転移動される。
この時、収納体12の背寄りに位置する部分と、背との間の寸法が23mm程度に設定されているため、サッカー32先端の吸盤により吸着された折り丁13の背側の部分が湾曲でき、従ってサッカー32先端の吸盤34による折り丁13の引き出しと、アッパーシリンダ爪36による折り丁13の背の挟み込み動作が、何ら設計変形を加えることなく従来の丁合機により円滑に行われる。

やがて図7に示すように、オープニングシリンダ爪38とラップシリンダ爪40による挟み込みが解除され、図8に示すように、オープニングシリンダ26とラップシリンダ28の回転に伴って折り丁13は小口が開かれた状態でギャザリングチェーン30上に落下し、このようにして多数の折り丁13がギャザリングチェーン30上に開かれた状態で重ね合わされていく。

丁合機20により折り丁13が重ね合わされ、最も外側に表紙が重ねられたならば、綴針金により背が中綴され、最後に三方断裁がなされる。

以上に示したように、本発明により、収納体を冊子体から剥がすことなく情報記憶媒体を取り出すことができる情報記憶媒体収納体および情報記憶媒体収納体付き冊子体を提供することが可能となった。
