Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a CD holder used when a compact disc (CD) is attached as an appendix of a book such as a magazine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, when a CD is attached as an appendix of a book such as a magazine, it is generally stored in a cardboard package or a plastic bag or an envelope-like storage bag, and these are sandwiched between pages of the book to form a sales form. Was done. However, this pinching method has a problem in terms of quality assurance because a package or a storage bag storing a CD is easily detached during a distribution stage such as during transportation, and also has problems such as being easily stolen when sold at a store. Since there are many, recently, a flat binding or a wireless binding in a form in which a package as a whole page is bound and bound at the beginning or end of a book or an arbitrary page, or a sheet to which this package or storage bag is attached is used. A saddle-stitched book, flat-stitched book, or wireless booklet in the form of binding at the beginning or end of the book or at an arbitrary page is sold.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The book in which the above-described cardboard package is bound is bulky and bulky as a whole, and since the package itself is not flexible, it is difficult to turn the page even after the CD is taken out. There is a problem that the cost is not so low. On the other hand, there is no problem peculiar to such cardboard packages for books with storage bags, and CDs are attached to many magazines. Book with a CD-shaped CD holder is preferred.
[0004]
However, the bag-shaped CD holder normally can store only one CD, and has a drawback that it cannot cope with the case where 2-3 CDs are attached to a magazine or the like. In other words, if two to three CDs are to be inserted, they must be stacked one on top of the other, and if so, they will rub against each other during transport and the board surface will be damaged.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a bag that can store a plurality of CDs and that does not damage the recording surface of the stored CDs. Is to provide a shaped CD holder.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the CD holder according to the present invention is formed by folding a vertically long sheet of paper into two at a position slightly shifted from the central transverse line to form a first non-polymerized portion. The second non-polymerized part is formed by folding the sheet further in half so that the first non-polymerized part is located at a position slightly deviated from the central transverse line and the first non-polymerized part is outside. It is characterized in that two pocket-shaped CD storage portions are formed by pasting together at the gluing portion around the inner surface so that the side becomes an opening portion.
[0007]
And, it is possible to adopt a form in which a perforation for forming the third CD storage portion is provided in the second non-polymerized portion, or the second non-polymerized portion is formed long, It can also be configured such that the CD storage portion is covered by folding the second non-polymerized portion.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
FIG. 1 is a front view showing a CD holder according to the present invention in a stored state, and FIG. 2 is a process diagram showing a procedure for producing the CD holder shown in FIG.
[0010]
As shown in FIG. 2A, the sheet 10 for producing the CD holder 1 has a vertically long rectangular shape, and a perforation a is provided at a position slightly deviated from the central transverse line. Perforations b and c are provided at equal distances from each other. In other words, the four regions 11, 12, 13, and 14 are continuously connected via the perforations b, a, and c. The regions 12 and 13 are substantially square and large enough to fit the CD, the region 14 is slightly shorter, and the region 11 is slightly shorter.
[0011]
In order to use the paper 10 as the CD holder 1, first, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), band-like glue portions 11a and 12a are provided along the three sides of the region 11 and the region 12, and then the paper 10 is loaded. Fold it in half at perforation a. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2C, the region 12 and the region 13 are bonded together at three sides other than the perforation a, and the region 11 and the region 14 are bonded together at three sides to form the first non-polymerized portion 15. Is formed. Next, as shown by the oblique lines in FIG. 2 (c), a belt-like glue portion 14a is provided on the three sides around the region 14, and the sheet 10 is further folded in two at the perforations b and c. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2 (d), the region 13 and the region 14 are bonded together at three sides other than the perforation c to form the second non-polymerized portion 16, which becomes the CD holder 1. That is, the regions 11, 14, and 13 are bonded together by the glue portions 11 a, 14 a around the inner surface so that the first and second non-polymerized portions 15, 16 side become openings, thereby forming two pocket-shaped CD storage portions. It becomes the form made.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, two CDs 2 are stored in the CD holder 1 manufactured as described above. That is, the CD 2 is inserted and stored from the openings of the two CD storage portions. The size of the CD storage portion is determined by appropriately setting the widths of the pasting portions 11a and 14a so that the stored CD2 is not pulled out by frictional force. Then, the CD holder 1 storing the two CDs 2 is attached to an arbitrary page of a book such as a magazine by hot melt and bound. In the case of a saddle-stitch book, a predetermined page may be opened and pasted manually after bookbinding. Or you may make it stick on a signature in the front stage of the collation process (hanging) at the time of bookbinding. Also, in the case of other forms of books such as flat binding, wireless binding, etc., the stored CD holder may be glued in advance to the signature, or it may be pasted on an arbitrary page after binding. May be. When the CD2 is bound into the book in this way, the two CD2 are not in direct contact with each other, so the CD2 is not damaged even when a load is applied.
[0013]
FIG. 3 is a front view showing a modified example of the CD holder of FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 is a process diagram showing a production procedure of the CD holder shown in FIG.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 4 (a), the paper 10 ′ for producing the CD holder 1 ′ is substantially the same as the paper 10 shown in FIG. 2 (a), but with a slight interval parallel to the perforation a. The only difference is that the perforations d are provided in the region 13. That is, a zipper portion 13a is formed on one side of the region 13. Further, the procedure for making the sheet 10 ′ into the CD holder 1 ′ is as shown in FIGS. 4B to 4D, and is the same as the procedure for producing the CD holder 1 described above. However, the gluing portion 12a provided in the region 12 is in a state where the length corresponding to the width of the zipper portion 13a is omitted in the vicinity of the perforation a. The produced CD holder 1 ′ can peel off the zipper portion 13 a as necessary. When the zipper portion 13a is peeled off, another CD storage portion is formed, so that a total of three CDs can be stored.
[0015]
FIG. 5 is a front view showing another example of the CD holder according to the present invention in the housed state, and FIG. 6 is a process diagram showing a procedure for producing the CD holder shown in FIG.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 6A, the paper 20 for producing the CD holder 3 has a vertically long rectangular shape longer than the previous paper 10, and the perforation a is slightly shifted from the central transverse line. Perforations b and c are provided at equal distances from the perforation a, and perforations d and e are provided at equal distances from the perforations b and c, respectively. That is, the six regions 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26 are in a state of being connected to each other through the perforations d, b, a, c, and e. The region 22 and the region 25 are substantially square and large enough to fit the CD, the region 26 is a little shorter than these, the region 21 is a little shorter, and the region 23 and the region 21 are added. The length is longer than the length of the region 22.
[0017]
In order to use the sheet 20 as the CD holder 3, first, band-shaped glue portions 21a, 22a, and 23a are provided along the three sides of the region 21, the region 22, and the region 23 as shown by the oblique lines in FIG. Then, the sheet 20 is folded in half at the perforation a. Thereby, as shown in FIG.6 (c), the area | region 21 and the area | region 26, the area | region 22 and the area | region 25, and the area | region 23 and the area | region 26 are each bonded together by 3 sides, and the 1st non-polymerization part 27 is formed. Next, as shown by the oblique lines in FIG. 6C, a belt-like glue portion 26a is provided on the three sides around the area 26, and the sheet 20 is further folded in two at the perforations d and e. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 6D, the region 25 and the region 26 are bonded to each other at three sides other than the perforation e to form the second non-polymerized portion 28, which becomes the CD holder 3. That is, the regions 21, 26, and 25 are bonded to each other by the glue portions 21a and 26a around the inner surface so that the first and second non-polymerized portions 27 and 28 are openings, thereby forming two pocket-shaped CD storage portions. It becomes the form made.
[0018]
Two CDs 2 are stored in the CD holder 3 produced as described above as shown in FIG. That is, the CD 2 is inserted and stored from the openings of the two CD storage portions. In the CD holder 3, after the CD 2 is stored, the portion where the region 23 and the region 24 overlap is folded at the perforations b and c so that the CD 2 can be covered so as not to fall. Then, the CD holder 1 storing the two CDs 2 is attached to an arbitrary page of a book such as a magazine by hot melt and bound. In this case, if it is attached to the page on the side with the lid, it is possible to completely prevent the CD 2 from dropping off, and it is possible to print the area 22 with a full design.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the CD holder of the present invention can store a plurality of CDs even though it is in a bag shape made of paper, and the CDs are separated from each other in the storage state. Even if the bound books are stacked or bundled and a load is applied to the CD holder, the CD is not damaged.
