【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、飾り板あるいは、太陽電池モジュールパネルなどのパネル状構造物を取り付けた屋根あるいは外壁などの外囲体及び外囲面上にパネル状構造物を取り付ける装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
飾り板やソーラーパネル(太陽電池モジュールパネル)などのパネル状構造物を外囲板に取り付けた屋根や外壁が従来知られている。これらのパネル状構造物は、直接ビスなどの止着具によって外囲板に固定されるか、あるいは、パネル状構造物側と外囲板側に、互いに取付けるための特殊な構造を備えている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
パネル状構造物を外囲板に直接ビス止めすると、パネル状構造物を安定的に外囲面に保持させることができないという問題点があった。
また、パネル状構造物側と外囲板側との取り付けに溶接などの作業を伴う場合があり、簡単に、外囲板に化粧板、ソーラーパネルなどのパネル状構造物を取り付けることができないという問題点があった。
本発明は、上記問題点を解決することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明は、下地材(2)と、該下地材(2)の上面に敷設され該下地材(2)の上面に外囲面を形成する外囲板(8)(40)と、前記外囲面の上方にこれに対して水平に複数並列配置された長尺状の架台(20)と、前記外囲面に固定または係止され長尺状の前記架台(20)を支持するための受部(14d)(46c)を有する取付金具(14)(46)と、前記架台(20)上に複数載置されたソーラーパネルなどのパネル状構造物(22)と、前記パネル状構造物(22)の縁部を係止する押え部(30)(32)(34)(58d)(60e)を有し前記架台(20)に保持された押え板(24A)(24B)(24C)(58)(60)とを備えものである。
また、押え板(24A)(24B)(24C)(58)(60)をパネル状構造物(22)に一体的に固設したものである。
また、前記押え板(24A)(24B)(24C)を、取付水平部(26)と、これに対して垂直な立ち上り部(28)と、該立ち上り部(28)の上部に水平に形成された上位水平部(31)とより構成し、前記取付水平部(26)を前記架台(20)にねじ止め可能としたものである。
また、前記架台(20)に差し込み口(64)を設け、この差し込み口(64)に押え板(58)(60)の取付水平部(58a)(60a)を差し込み自在とし、前記押え板(58)(60)に、前記取付水平部(58a)(60a)に垂直な立ち上り部(58b)(60c)とこれに対して水平な上位水平部(58c)(60d)とで押え部(58d)(60e)を構成したものである。
また、前記架台(20)を長尺状のL型鋼により構成したものである。
さらに、上記目的を達成するため、本発明は、外囲板(8)(40)によって形成される外囲面上に水平に配置される複数の長尺状の架台(20)と、前記外囲面に固定または係止可能な取付部(14a)(46a)と前記架台(20)を支承するための受部(14d)(46c)とが形成された取付金具(14)(46)と、パネル状構造物(22)の縁部を係止するための押え部(30)(32)(34)(58d)(60e)を有し前記架台(20)に保持可能な押え板(24A)(24B)(24C)(58)(60)とで外囲面上にパネル状構造物を取り付ける装置を構成したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の実施の形態を、添付した図面を参照して詳細に説明する。
図1において、(2)は、建物の屋根の、合板などからなる下地材であり、Cチャンネル鋼などからなる母屋(4)により支持されている。前記下地材(2)の上面には、アスファルトルーフィングなどの防水シート(6)が敷設され、その上に、図1中、紙面、垂直方向に長い複数の金属製の板材から成る外囲板(8)が並列に隣接配置されている。前記外囲板(8)の一側部の引掛係止部(8a)は、ビスなどの止着具(10)によって下地材(2)に固定された吊子(12)に係合し、この吊子(12)と引掛係止部(8a)との接合部に、隣接する他の外囲板(8)の他側部の嵌合部(8b)が嵌合し、複数の外囲板(8)が、建物の棟から軒先にかけて、互いに接合され、下地材(2)上に横葺き屋根を構成している。

図1において屋根は、水平に対して左方向に傾き、雨水が、図中、右から左に向けて流れるように構成されている。(14)は、外囲板(8)上に、長尺状の架台(20)を取り付けるための取付金具であり、図2に示すように、全体が帯板状の鋼板などの金属により構成され、取付部(14a)と、立ち上り部(14b)と、上位水平部(14c)と、断面U字状の嵌合受部(14d)とを備えている。

隣接する一対の構造物(22)の縁部は、架台(20)の水平部(20b)上で、所定の間隔を存して平行に対向している。(24A)(24B)(24C)は、鋼板から成る押え板であり、本実施形態では、3種類用意されている。図5(A)に示す押え板(24B)は、水上水下用であり、構造物(22)の一つの端縁を押圧することができるように、取付水平部(26)の片側に立ち上り部(28)と上位水平部(31)とから成る横L字状の押え部(30)が形成されている。

また、押え板(24A)(24B)(24C)の取付水平部(26)と架台(20)の水平部(20b)との間に、スペーサを配置し、押え板(24A)(24B)(24C)を、種々の厚さの構造物に対応させることができるようにしても良い。上記実施形態はいずれも、押え板(24A)(24B)(24C)を架台(20)にボルト(38)によりねじ止めする構成であるが、図10乃至図13に示すように、押え板(58)(60)を架台(20)に設けた差し込み口に差し込む構成としても良い。

本発明は上述の如く構成したので、外囲板にソーラーパネルや化粧板などの構造物を簡単に取り付け且つ取り外すことができる効果が存する。
