Description

【0001】

The pieces 23 are tightened in the directions approaching each other, and the attachment holes 20 and 13 are made smaller and fixed to the battery posts 50.
[0012]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Thus, when it attaches to the battery post 50 using the conventional battery terminal, the screw part 51 of the bolt 4 penetrates the through hole 28 of the bracket 3, and the screw part 51 of the bolt 4 penetrates the through hole 28 of the bracket 3. Is inserted into the bolt hole 19 formed in the fastening pieces 17 and 18 and the bolt hole 24 formed in the fastening pieces 22 and 23, and the screw portion 51 of the bolt 4 passing through the bolt holes 19 and 24 is inserted. When the washer 31 is fitted and the nut 5 is screwed and temporarily fixed, the fastening piece 17 is the contact A1 and the fastening piece 18 is the contact on the side piece 25 of the bracket 3 as shown in FIG. The fastening piece 17 is in contact with the side piece 26 of the bracket 3 at the contact B1, and the fastening piece 18 is in contact with the contact piece B2. That is, in the temporarily fixed state, the fastening pieces 17 and 18 are in contact with the side pieces 25 and 26 of the bracket 3 evenly.
[0013]
However, when the nut 5 is tightened, the bracket 3 moves, and the tightening piece 17 and the tightening piece 18 and the tightening piece 22 and the tightening piece 23 are tightened in the tightening direction. Then, the fastening piece 17 and the fastening piece 18, and the fastening piece 22 and the fastening piece 23 are each in the direction in which the tip is fastened, that is, the tip part is more than the base part of the fastening piece 17 and the fastening piece 18. The tip portion of the fastening piece 22 and the fastening piece 23 is displaced in a direction (directions of arrows C and D) in which the tip portion is tightened to a greater extent. As a result, as shown in FIG. 11, the fastening piece 17 contacts the side piece 25 of the bracket 3 with the contact A1, and the fastening piece 18 contacts the contact piece A2. Neither 17 nor the fastening piece 18 are in contact with each other and are in a floating state. As shown in FIG. 12, when the nuts 5 are tightened from the state in which the fastening pieces 17 and 18 are in contact with the side pieces 25 and 26 of the bracket 3 evenly, the bracket 3 rises and the bracket 3 The side pieces 25 and 26 tighten the fastening pieces 17 and 18 in the central direction, the displacement of the fastening pieces 17 and 18 starts, the fastening pieces 17 and 18 are deformed, and as shown in FIG. , 18 due to the large displacement of the tip.
[0014]
Therefore, the fastening of the fastening pieces 17 and 18 is supported only by the side piece 25 of the bracket 3. For this reason, the force in the opening direction of the fastening pieces 17 and 18 is applied only to the side piece 25 of the bracket 3 and causes the bracket 3 to be deformed.

It is displaced in the direction of tightening (directions of arrows C and D in FIG. 5). In this displacement state, the bent portion 41B of the fastening piece 41 is bent with a taper angle θ that spreads outward with respect to the center line in the extending direction of the upper portion 10 and spreads above the notch portion 65 of the side piece 61. Since the taper angle α of the side piece 62 and the taper angle β of the notch 66 of the side piece 62 that are spread upward are formed at different angles, they are generated along the taper surface of the side piece 62.
[0033]
With respect to this displacement, the taper angle α of the upper side notch 65 of the side piece 61 and the taper angle β of the upper side of the notch 66 of the side piece 62 are different from each other. The length of the bottom of the inverted trapezoidal shape and the length of the bottom of the inverted trapezoidal shape constituting the cutout portion 66 of the side piece 62 are the same, and the height and side piece of the inverted trapezoidal shape constituting the cutout portion 65 of the side piece 61 are the same. The height of the inverted trapezoidal shape constituting the notch portion 66 of 62 is the same, so that the fastening piece 41 is connected to the contact piece A3 on the side piece 61 of the bracket 60 as shown in FIGS. Thus, the fastening piece 42 comes into contact with the contact A4, and the fastening piece 41 comes into contact with the side piece 62 of the bracket 60 at the contact B3, and the fastening piece 42 comes into contact with the same height position as the contact B4. That is, even in this tightened state, the fastening pieces 41 and 42 are in contact with the side pieces 61 and 62 of the bracket 60 evenly.
[0034]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the battery terminal is constituted by the bracket 60 in which the setting of the contact portion angle between the side piece 61 and the side piece 62 is changed, and the fastening pieces 41 and 42 having tapered shapes. When attaching the bracket 1 to the battery post 50, when the bracket 60 is at the position P in FIG. 6, the side piece 61 and the side piece 62 apply force to the fastening pieces 41 and 42 as shown in FIG. Even in the position of Q, as shown in FIG. 5, the side piece 61 and the side piece 62 are in contact with the fastening pieces 41 and 42, and a force can be applied to both the side piece 61 and the side piece 62.
[0035]
