NB:Negative Big 負大
NS:Negative Small 負小
ZO:Zero 0
PS:Positive Small 正小
PB:Positive Big

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a combustion method of a rotary stoker type incinerator, and in particular, a rotary stoker type capable of simultaneously stabilizing the combustion state in the incinerator and stabilizing the evaporation amount in the downstream boiler. The present invention relates to a combustion control method for a waste incinerator.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Combustion performance and boiler performance are raised to the top of the performance required when incinerating garbage in a rotary stoker furnace. Specifically, the following performance is required.
[0003]
However, these tend to conflict with each other, and there is a problem that other performance cannot be satisfied when operating conditions are manipulated to satisfy certain performance.
[0004]
For example, if the thickness of the dust layer is reduced in order to reduce the heat loss of incineration residues, the temperature of the combustion chamber decreases and the CO concentration of the exhaust gas increases. Conversely, if the dust layer thickness is increased, the CO concentration of the exhaust gas can be lowered, but the heat loss of the incineration residue is deteriorated.
[0005]
Conventionally, combustion control in a stoker-type waste incinerator is performed by a method of making the thickness of the waste constant by manipulating the conveying speed of the waste as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-112869 or Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-253031. As shown in the Gazette, a method has been proposed in which the burnout position in the incinerator is detected and the burnout position is controlled by adjusting the ratio of primary combustion air and secondary combustion air blown into the incinerator. Next, the dependencies w1 to w9 of this state will be described with reference to FIG.
[0040]
FIG. 4A shows the distribution of combustion in the
[0041]
In the left state (1, 2, 3) from the normal state (5), the combustion distribution is in the upstream zone, and in the right state (7, 8, 9), the combustion distribution is in the downstream zone. Shows the state.
[0042]
FIG. 4 (b) shows the recovery operation when the debris dried from the optimum combustion state (normal state 5) is charged and the debris is reduced in the burn-out zone, the neuro-fuzzy control of the present invention, the conventional combustion and evaporation. This is a comparison of the simultaneous control of the quantities. The number enclosed by □ indicates the locus La in the control of the present invention, and the circled number indicates the locus Lb of the conventional control.
[0043]
First, in the conventional control, when dry waste is introduced from the normal state (5), the state moves from the normal state (5) to the state (2) as indicated by the circled
[0044]
On the other hand, in the neuro-fuzzy control of the present invention, dry waste is introduced from the normal state (5), and combustion at the furnace inlet side occurs in the state (2) of the
[0045]
Next, since dust becomes thinner in the C zone, the primary air becomes excessive by controlling the evaporation amount to be constant. Therefore, in order to reduce surplus air, the air to the B zone is increased to reduce the air in the C zone, and at the same time, a large amount of dust is added, the rotation of the furnace is increased to increase the thickness of the B zone, and this operation is repeated. .
[0046]
This fuzzy neuro control will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b).
[0047]
The upstream garbage burning start point gradually moves to the middle and starts to burn at the proper position. With the new air balance, the normal state (5) can be returned to the optimum combustion state. It becomes possible.
[0048]
The neurofuzzy control described with reference to FIG. 4B will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. 3A to 3C.
[0049]
As described above, when the state variables x1 to x6 as measurement values are input to the case determination
[0050]
The estimation of the dependency w1 to w9 in this state is, for example, when the dust is reduced from the dependency w5 in the normal state (5) to the C zone, and the dust layer thickness of the dependency w4 in the state (4) is thin. 【The invention's effect】
In short, according to the present invention, a plurality of patterns based on the garbage layer thickness and the combustion distribution are created, the pattern is estimated from the measured state quantity of the incinerator, and when the combustion state deviates from the optimal combustion pattern, the pattern is quickly detected. The thickness of the layer can be modified to return the combustion to an optimum state and stabilize it. Stabilizing combustion and evaporation at the same time is a contradictory operation, but by patterning the combustion state, it is stable against sudden fluctuations such as dust quality by a combination of controls based on that pattern. Combustion can be achieved.
