Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an aqueous suspension pesticide composition that can be used by simply shaking it without diluting it with water or the like at the time of application in a home gardening scene, and various pesticides for protecting against harmful insects and diseases harmful to plants. Furthermore, the present invention relates to an agrochemical composition that can be used in a wide range of home gardening, such as herbicides and plant growth regulators.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, there are, for example, emulsions, wettable powders, granules, aerosols, etc., as preparation forms for home gardening pesticides. Of these, emulsions and wettable powders are used in water about 500 to 2000 times before use. It is sprayed diluted to a concentration. When pest control or herbicidal work of plants is carried out with such an agrochemical composition, there are problems such as the trouble of diluting a high concentration drug to the use concentration, discomfort given to the worker at the time of dilution, malodor and hand stains, etc. . In order to solve these problems, various proposals have been made on agrochemical compositions that have been diluted with water in advance to a use concentration and can be sprayed as they are, so-called undiluted agricultural chemical compositions (JP-A-3-145403, JP-A-6-6). 305904, JP-A-8-268803, JP-A-10-87403 ).
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In general, agrochemical compositions previously diluted to the use concentration without being diluted with water are used by dissolving in water as they are when the agrochemical active ingredient is water-soluble, and are solid at room temperature and insoluble or sparingly soluble in water. In the case of a pesticidal active ingredient, it is dissolved in an organic solvent and used as a stable aqueous emulsion composition or aqueous microemulsion composition using a surfactant or the like. However, since the latter two-drug type needs to dissolve the pesticidal active ingredient in an organic solvent or the like, the pesticidal active ingredient that can be made into an aqueous emulsion composition or an aqueous microemulsion composition is limited, and an organic solvent is used. In some plants, there are problems that cause phytotoxicity.
[0004]
As an agrochemical composition that solves these problems, for example, when the active ingredient of an agricultural chemical is solid at room temperature and is insoluble or hardly soluble in water, an aqueous suspended agricultural chemical composition in which the active ingredient of the agricultural chemical is finely divided and suspended in water Things are desirable. However, simply diluting the high-concentration aqueous suspension pesticide composition to the use concentration is uniform due to poor redispersibility due to sedimentation of the fine-grained solid pesticide active ingredient and agglomeration after sedimentation when stored for a long time. The spray liquid state cannot be obtained, and the spray nozzle becomes clogged and becomes unusable. Further, if the amount of the thickening agent is increased in order to prevent sedimentation, the viscosity increases and the spraying cannot be carried out, making it difficult to put it to practical use.
It is an object of the present invention to provide an active ingredient for agricultural chemicals which is difficult to dissolve in water or an organic solvent, an active ingredient for agricultural chemicals whose residual effect or ingredient stability decreases when dissolved, or a problem with safety such as enhanced toxicity, and solid particles. It is an object to provide a low concentration undiluted aqueous suspension agricultural chemical composition such as an agricultural chemical active ingredient which is preferably used in the form of a liquid.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present inventors have completed the present invention as a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems.
The present invention is an aqueous suspension which is adjusted to a direct use concentration in advance, comprising at least one agrochemical active ingredient which is solid at room temperature and has an average particle size of 1 μm or less and is water-insoluble or sparingly water-soluble, a dispersant, a surfactant and water. A turbid pesticide composition comprising at least one clay mineral purified dispersant selected from attapulgite or montmorillonite as a dispersant, and formed at the bottom of the aqueous phase of the pesticide composition upon standing The settled layer relates to an aqueous suspension agricultural chemical composition that is easily redispersed by light shaking to form a suspension.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0010]
【Example】
Example 1.
Piraflufen-ethyl 30.0% by weight, polyoxyethylene alkylphenyl ether 0.70% by weight, polyoxyethylene polystyryl phenyl ether 1.00% by weight, propylene glycol 6.25% by weight, benzisothiazolone 0.15% by weight, Mix and homogenize 0.50% by weight of dimethylpolysiloxane and 61.40% by weight of water with TK homomixer (manufactured by Koki Kogyo Kogyo Co., Ltd.) and average particle size up to 0.4μm with Dinomill KDL (manufactured by Shinmaru Enterprises) 0.17% by weight of finely pulverized pesticide active ingredient obtained by wet pulverization (0.05% as a pesticide active ingredient), 0.5% by weight of attapulgite powder 5% aqueous solution (0.025 as attapulgite) %), Propylene glycol 10.00% by weight, benzisothiazolone 0.1 Wt%, by mixing and homogenizing the addition of dimethylpolysiloxane 0.01 wt% and 89.22 wt% water to obtain a pesticidal composition.

From the results of the examples of the present invention shown in Table 1, one or more kinds of purified clay minerals selected from attapulgite or montmorillonite as a pesticidal active ingredient and a dispersing agent finely pulverized and suspended to 1 μm or less of the present invention. The aqueous suspension pesticide composition to which a dispersant has been added is settled at the bottom when it is stored at rest to form a sedimentation layer, but it is redispersed with a few light shakings to form a uniform aqueous suspension. Since it becomes an agrochemical composition and the redispersed state is maintained in a uniform state for a relatively long time, it is diluted with water in advance to the use concentration and can be sprayed as it is. From the results of the comparative examples in Table 2, even if the pesticidal active ingredient is finely pulverized to 1 μm or less, when the dispersant is hectorite (clay mineral refined dispersant) or xanthan gum (polysaccharide dispersant), No redispersibility was observed, attapulgite Or even if montmorillonite was used, redispersibility was remarkably inferior when the average particle diameter of the active ingredient of the agricultural chemical was 1 μm or more.

Test Example 2
Weeding the composition immediately after the preparation of the aqueous suspension pesticide composition obtained in Example 1 and Comparative Example 2 and the composition after standing at room temperature for 6 months for sapling (plant height 30 cm, pot planted) An effect test was conducted and the effect was determined according to the following criteria. The composition after standing for 6 months at room temperature was shaken several times and then sprayed. The results are shown in Table 3.

As is apparent from the test results in Table 3, in Example 1 of the present invention, even when stored for a long period of time, it is re-dispersed by lightly shaking several times to form a uniform aqueous suspension pesticide composition. Possible and has sufficient herbicidal effect. On the other hand, in Comparative Example 2, a sufficient effect was obtained with the composition immediately after preparation, but spraying was impossible with the composition stored for a long time.
