【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The invention of this application relates to a joining structure of a counter. More specifically, the invention of this application relates to a counter joining structure that can reinforce the side end of the counter and suppress the occurrence of cracks.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When a counter made of artificial marble or the like used for a cooking table or the like is formed into an L shape or the like, two counters are joined with an adhesive. In this case, it is considered that an angle is arranged at a joint portion between two counters, and a side end portion of one counter is placed on the angle and bonded. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-95700
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, for the joint structure of the counter described in the above-mentioned patent document, the side end of the counter on which the angle is arranged is reinforced by the angle, but the side end of the counter placed on the angle is Since it was not reinforced at all, it was pointed out that after bonding, the counter placed on the angle would crack.
[0005]
The invention of this application has been made in view of such circumstances, and it is a problem to be solved to provide a counter joining structure capable of reinforcing the side end portion of the counter and suppressing the occurrence of cracks. It is said.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the invention of this application is directed to a male reinforcing bar having a protruding portion extending laterally from the upper surface of the main body, and a side edge of the protruding portion and a counter on the back surface of one counter. The female reinforcing bar, which is arranged so as to be aligned with the side edge of the side, and has a stepped portion formed at the top, protrudes outward from the side edge of the counter on the back surface of the other counter. The counter is characterized in that two counters are joined by overlapping and adhering the lower surface of the protruding portion of the male reinforcing bar to the upper surface of the stepped part of the female reinforcing bar. A structure (claim 1) is provided.
[0007]
In the invention of this application, the upper surface of the stepped portion of the superposed female reinforcing bar and the lower surface of the protruding part of the male reinforcing bar are provided with irregularities (claim 2), the male reinforcing bar and the female reinforcing bar. Concavities and convexities are provided on the surface of the counter with the counter, and the male reinforcing bar and the female reinforcing bar are bonded to the back of the counter (Claim 3). The counter is made of artificial marble, and the male reinforcing bar and The female reinforcing bar is made of metal, and the type of adhesive used for bonding the counter to the male reinforcing bar and the female reinforcing bar is different from the type of adhesive used to join the counter (Claim 4). Each is provided as an aspect.
[0008]
The counter junction structure of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the drawings.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is an exploded cross-sectional view showing a main part of one embodiment of a counter joining structure according to the present invention.
[0010]
In the joining structure of the counter of the invention of this application, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, a male reinforcing bar (3) having a protruding portion (2) extending laterally from the upper surface of the main body (1) is The side edge of the protrusion (2) and the side edge of the counter (4) are arranged on the back surface of the counter (4). In addition, a female reinforcing bar (6) having a stepped portion (5) formed on the upper portion is provided on the back surface of the other counter (7), and the stepped portion (5) is located outside the side edge of the counter (7). It protrudes toward the direction. Then, the lower surface of the protruding portion (2) of the male reinforcing bar (3) is overlapped and bonded to the upper surface of the stepped portion (5) of the female reinforcing bar (6), whereby two counters (4 ) (7) is joined.
[0011]
Thus, in the joint structure of the counter of the invention of this application, the side end portion of the counter (7) is not only reinforced by the female reinforcing bar (6) but also placed on the female reinforcing bar (6). The side end of the counter (4) to be used is reinforced by the protrusion (2) of the male reinforcing bar (3). For this reason, it is suppressed that a crack arises in a counter (4) after adhesion | attachment.
[0012]
The male reinforcing bar (3) and the female reinforcing bar (6) are preferably made of a rigid metal in order to sufficiently reinforce the side ends of the counters (4) and (7). By making it metal, a heat dissipation effect can be obtained, and it is particularly suitable for a counter which is easily subjected to thermal strain such as a cooking table. Moreover, by using metal, it can be set as a hollow male reinforcement crosspiece (3) and a female type reinforcement crosspiece (6) as shown in FIG. 1, and weight reduction can be achieved. Furthermore, deformation such as warpage of the counters (4) and (7) can be suppressed. Specifically, such a male reinforcing bar (3) and a female reinforcing bar (6) can be formed by extrusion-molded aluminum.
[0013]
FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a main part of the embodiment shown in FIG.
[0014]
As shown in FIG. 2, in the joining structure of the counter of the invention of this application, the upper surface of the stepped portion (5) of the superposed female reinforcing bar (6) and the protruding part (2 of the male reinforcing bar (3) Concavities and convexities (8) can be provided on the lower surface of). The presence of the irregularities (8) improves the adhesive force. The unevenness (8) can be formed in a groove shape, for example.
[0015]
In addition, in the joining structure of the counter of the invention of this application, as shown in FIG. 3, the overlapping surface of the male reinforcing bar (3) and the female reinforcing bar (6) with the counters (4) and (7) is also provided. The unevenness (9) can be provided, and the male reinforcing bar (3) and the female reinforcing bar (6) can be bonded to the back surfaces of the counters (4) and (7). The unevenness (9) can also be formed into a groove shape, similar to the unevenness (8).
[0016]
Regarding the bonding, when the counters (4) and (7) are made of artificial marble and the male reinforcing bar (3) and the female reinforcing bar (6) are made of metal, the counters (4) and (7) The adhesive used for bonding the mold reinforcing bar (3) and the female reinforcing bar (6) is different from the adhesive used for bonding the counters (4) and (7) as described above. preferable.
[0017]
Since the counters (4) and (7), the male reinforcing bar (3) and the female reinforcing bar (6) are made of different materials as described above, they have different linear expansion coefficients. Therefore, the adhesive used for bonding the counter (4) (7) to the male reinforcing bar (3) and the female reinforcing bar (6) absorbs the expansion and contraction of the counter (4) (7). It is preferable to select one that can be used, for example, a silicon-based adhesive having elasticity even after curing.
[0018]
On the other hand, in joining the counters (4) and (7), considering the variation in construction, etc., the protruding part (2) of the male reinforcing bar (3) and the stepped part (5) of the female reinforcing bar (6). In general, a clearance of about 1 mm is taken. Therefore, the adhesive used for joining the counters (4) and (7) is such that the protruding part (2) of such a male reinforcing bar (3) and the stepped part (5) of the female reinforcing bar (6). Select the one that can be bonded in a short time of about 1 hour because the joint between the counters (4) and (7) is a work on the construction site. Is preferred. For example, an acrylic adhesive that has elasticity before curing but loses elasticity after curing is exemplified.
[0019]
For this reason, when the counters (4) and (7) are made of artificial marble and the male reinforcing bars (3) and the female reinforcing bars (6) are made of metal, the counters (4) and (7) It is preferable that the adhesive used for bonding the die reinforcing bar (3) and the female reinforcing bar (6) is different from the adhesive used for bonding the counters (4) and (7).
[0020]
In that case, as shown in FIG. 3, the shape of the irregularities (8) and (9) can be changed as appropriate according to the type of adhesive used for bonding. For example, the unevenness (9) provided on the overlapping surface of the male reinforcing bar (3) and the counter (4) (7) of the female reinforcing bar (6) with the stepped portion of the female reinforcing bar (6) ( 5) and the unevenness (8) provided on the lower surface of the protrusion (2) of the male reinforcing bar (3).
[0021]
Of course, the invention of this application is not limited by the above embodiments. It goes without saying that various modes are possible for details such as the shape and material of the male reinforcing bar and the female reinforcing bar, the type of adhesive, and the shape of the unevenness.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the invention of this application, the side end portion of the counter is reinforced, and the occurrence of cracks is suppressed.
