Description
【0001】
【0037】
ωref=ωa×N1/N2 ……(1)
τref=τa×N1/N2

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a rotation drive device for a construction machine that drives a rotating system with an electric motor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, hydraulic actuators have been widely employed as construction machine actuators. However, in the hydraulic drive system using this hydraulic actuator, resistance is generated in the control valve that controls the direction and flow rate of the pressure oil discharged from the hydraulic pump, pressure loss is generated in the piping, and there is a surplus in the circuit. Energy efficiency is low due to the flow rate.
[0003]
Therefore, a method using an electric motor as an actuator is known as a method for improving energy efficiency.
[0004]
For example, in the “swivel drive device for construction machine” described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-11897, an electric motor is used as a swing motor for swinging an upper swing body.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when an electric motor is used as an actuator for a construction machine, energy efficiency is improved, but the response of the actuator to a lever operation is too sensitive compared to a hydraulic drive system.
[0006]
For example, if the speed is changed by lever operation in the lever intermediate region, the electric motor changes rapidly, resulting in hunting or shock.
[0007]
Further, in the case where the front attachment is driven by the electric motor, when the electric motor stops suddenly, the attachment may be elastically deformed, and there is a possibility that the swinging may occur. Thus, if the response of the actuator is too sensitive to the drive of the electric motor, there is a disadvantage that the operability is worse than that of the hydraulic drive system.
[0008]
Model follow-up control, which is a known technique, can be applied to such a problem. This is a technique for controlling an actuator so as to follow the response of the reference model, for example, using a reference model such as a first-order lag so that a target response can be obtained.
[0009]
However, in such general model following control, since a linear model such as a simple first-order lag is used as a reference model, a constant response delay always appears with respect to lever operation. As a result, there is a problem that a sudden operation is delayed and a sudden acceleration and a sudden stop cannot be performed.
[0010]
Further, with such a simple linear model, the operability cannot be finely tuned according to the preference of the operator.
[0011]
The present invention has been made in consideration of the problems in the conventional actuator driving device as described above. In a driving device that drives a rotating system with an electric motor, the lever responds gently when operated in the middle region of the lever. The present invention provides a rotary drive device for a construction machine that responds promptly when it is suddenly operated.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention relates to a construction machine comprising an electric motor that drives a rotating system of a construction machine, an operating body that commands the operation of the electric motor, and a controller that controls the electric motor in accordance with an operation command of the operating body. The controller has an emulation model that simulates the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic rotary drive device in real time, calculates a control target value by the emulation model according to the operation command of the operating body, and controls the electric motor. It is the rotational drive apparatus of the construction machine comprised.
[0013]
According to the present invention, when the operating body is operated, the controller refers to the emulation model, and simulates the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic rotating device, for example, the rotational speed, the driving torque, or both in real time. Is calculated. Next, the motor is controlled by, for example, speed control, torque control, or both with the control target value as a target. Thereby, even when the rotating system is driven by an electric motor, the responsiveness to the operation of the operating body can be made substantially equal to that of the hydraulic drive system.
[0014]
In the present invention, the emulation model preferably has individual specifications of a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic actuator, and various valves as hydraulic equipment.
[0015]
In the present invention, it is preferable that an input unit is connected to the controller, and the respective specifications in the emulation model can be changed via the input unit. Thereby, the operability can be finely tuned according to the preference of the operator.
[0016]
In the present invention, the emulation model preferably includes a nonlinear characteristic of a flow control valve or a pressure control valve as a valve.
[0017]
Due to this non-linear characteristic, when an operation is performed in the middle region of the lever, an appropriate response delay is generated to prevent hunting, swinging back and shock, and when a sudden operation is performed, a response delay is generated. It becomes possible to suddenly accelerate and stop almost without generating it.
[0018]
In the present invention, as the power source of the construction machine, one or more of an external power source, a built-in battery, a generator driven by an engine, and a capacitor are selected.
[0019]
In the present invention, specific examples of the rotation system include at least one of a turning system using a turning motor as a drive source, a winding system using a winch motor as a drive source, and a running system using a running motor as a drive source. Can do.
[0020]
