Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a large beverage container capable of pouring liquid in a state where it is placed on a table, and more specifically, the liquid is placed on a base placed on the table via a stopper with a cock. The present invention relates to a beverage container in which a pipe to be accommodated is provided upright.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 5, the conventional beverage container of the type described above is provided with a pipe 94 for containing a liquid standing on a base 91 placed on a table via a plug 93 with a cock 92. An annular groove 95 is provided along the upper outer peripheral surface of the plug so as not to leak from the connecting portion between the pipe and the plug, and an O-ring 96 is fitted into the groove, so that the groove and the inner peripheral surface of the pipe The O-ring is held in a crushed form.
[0003]
When assembling the beverage container, it is necessary to fit the upper part of the stopper into the lower part of the pipe. At the time of this operation, the O-ring fitted in the state of being positioned in the groove is pushed in a state of being crushed between the pipe and the groove, resulting in a large frictional resistance and making the fitting operation difficult. By the way, since the beverage container is used by replenishing when the liquid runs out, it is necessary to clean the inside for hygiene purposes. However, once assembled, the pipe and the plug are in close contact with the O-ring as described above, so they could not be removed with an ordinary force. For this reason, when cleaning the pipe and plug, A common method is to remove the lid 97 that covers the top of the pipe while it is connected, and insert a cleaning tool such as a sponge with a handle from the top of the pipe to rub off dirt in the pipe. Yes, it was difficult to clean the back (bottom) of the pipe. Further, the inside of the plug body has a complicated shape for guiding the liquid to the cock, and it was practically impossible to clean the inside with a cleaning tool inserted from above the pipe.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a beverage container in which a pipe and a plug can be easily disassembled and assembled.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Of the present invention, the invention according to claim 1
The stopper with a cock provided on the base for mounting on the table, on the upper outer peripheral surface of said closure member, the lower portion of the pipe containing the liquid, seen write fitted in a state in which an O-ring, on the plug body In a beverage container in which a pipe is erected , the pipe is composed of a pipe body and a joint member that allows fitting of the lower end portion of the pipe body and attachment to the stopper, and the joint member is disposed on the upper side of the annular wall. A first locking wall and a third locking wall that are held in close contact with the inner and outer surfaces of the lower end of the main body and are watertight, and a shielding wall that surrounds the upper outer peripheral surface of the plug body is provided below the annular wall. In addition, the shielding wall is formed in a taper shape that spreads downward toward the bottom, and the upper outer peripheral surface of the plug body is formed in a tapered shape corresponding to the shielding wall, and the deep groove is formed on the tapered outer peripheral surface of the plug body from the lower side to the upper side. A tapered annular groove is formed, and the stopper taper is formed in the annular groove. An O-ring that protrudes outward from the outer peripheral surface is fitted, and the O-ring protrudes the least at the uppermost position of the annular groove, protrudes the largest at the lowermost position, and touches the shielding wall that is fitted into the plug when in the uppermost position. Then, it moves toward the lower side of the annular groove, and moves toward the upper side of the annular groove with the shielding wall removed from the plug .
[0006]
The inner periphery of the O-ring is formed to be slightly smaller than the diameter of the upper end portion (uppermost position) of the annular groove, and is positioned at the upper end portion of the groove by elasticity when no external force is applied. In addition, the outer peripheral portion of the O-ring located at the upper end of the annular groove has a form protruding outward from the upper outer peripheral surface of the plug body, and this protruding portion is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the shielding wall. by shielding walls are fitted into the plug body, O-ring is lowered along the tapered, increases when pulled out from the state fitted.
[0007]
The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that a connector for holding the joint member and the plug body integrated can be opened and closed.
[0008]
The tapered shape of the annular groove is not particularly limited as long as it is a divergent form. For example, the tapered shape may be a tapered shape having almost the same gradient from the upper end portion to the lower end portion. The upper end portion may be formed deeply in a stepped shape that is rounded to such an extent that the inner peripheral portion of the O-ring is slightly fitted to the tapered portion below the upper end portion. In this way, at the time when the O-ring touches the inner peripheral surface of the shielding wall during the fitting operation, the shielding wall can be fitted deeper into the plug body than the one with the same gradient. You can take a long time in the state without any.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The beverage container according to the present invention includes a pipe 1 for storing a liquid, a plug body 2 that is fitted and sealed under the pipe 1, and a base 3 that is fitted under the plug body 2.
[0010]
The pipe 1 has a pipe main body 6 provided with an inner tube 4 and an outer tube 5 spaced apart, and an upper end portion and a lower end portion of the pipe main body 6 in order to maintain a distance between the inner tube 4 and the outer tube 5. It is comprised from the space | interval holding members 7 and 8 to insert, and it is formed transparent so that a heat retention effect can be improved by making the pipe main body 6 into a double wall structure, and also liquid volume can be visually observed.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the lower spacing member 8 also serves as a joint member for attaching the plug 2, and extends along the inner peripheral edge of the annular wall 9 that abuts the lower end of the pipe body 6. The first engagement wall 10 that covers the inner surface of the lower end portion of the inner tube 4 protrudes upward, and is fitted along the intermediate portion of the annular wall 9 between the inner tube 4 and the outer tube 5. A stop wall 11 is projected upward, a third locking wall 12 surrounding the outer periphery of the lower end of the outer tube 5 is projected upward along the outer peripheral edge of the annular wall 9, and A shielding wall 13 surrounding the upper outer surface of the plug body 2 is suspended along the peripheral edge, and the shielding wall 13 is formed in a tapered shape that forms a divergent shape. Further, the upper space holding member 7 is the same as the structure in which the lower space holding member 8 is turned upside down except that the shielding wall 13 is not provided. A lid 14 is detachably fitted to the upper spacing member 7 so that dust or the like is not mixed into the liquid.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 1, the plug 2 prevents liquid leakage from the lower side of the pipe 1 and pours liquid from a cock 15 attached to an intermediate portion. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the cylindrical main wall 16 is formed in a stepped shape that protrudes outwardly around the lower portion with respect to the upper portion, and the upper outer peripheral surface thereof is the inner periphery of the shielding wall 13. It is provided in a tapered shape along the surface, and the lower outer peripheral surface thereof extends below the shielding wall 13 and hangs down. A plurality of annular grooves 18 for accommodating the O-rings 17 are provided along the upper outer peripheral surface of the main wall 16 with a space in the vertical direction. The annular groove 18 is formed in a tapered shape whose depth decreases from the upper end toward the lower end as a whole, the upper end portion is one step deeper than the lower portion, and the inner peripheral portion of the O-ring 17 is slightly fitted. They are the ones with a rounded to the extent that the writing. In addition, the outer peripheral portion of the O-ring 17 that fits in the upper end portion slightly protrudes outward from the upper outer peripheral surface (tapered surface) of the plug body 2, and the protruding portion extends the plug body 2 at the lower interval. When fitted into the holding member 8, it comes into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the interval holding member 8. In addition, a female threaded hole 19 for attaching the cock 15 is provided at one location in the middle of the main wall 16 so as to communicate with the inside, and a guide wall 20 that concentrates the liquid at the center along the upper end of the main wall 16 is provided. The guide wall 20 is continuously provided in the shape of a constriction at the bottom (see FIG. 4), and an introduction wall 21 that guides the liquid to the female screw hole 19 is continuously provided at the lower end of the guide wall 20. The female screw hole 19 is formed thick so as to support the cock 15 in a cantilever manner.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 4, the plug body 2 and the pipe 1 are reliably integrated by a connector 22 to maintain a sealed state. The connecting tool 22 is provided with a protruding piece 23 projecting outward at the opposite position in the lower part of the lower spacing member 8, and the plug 2 has a lower part of the protruding piece 23 at a position directly below the protruding piece 23. A U-shaped engagement member 26 that protrudes from the support portion 24 and rotates about a shaft 25 inserted through the support portion 24 is provided so as to be openable and closable with respect to the protrusion piece 23. The protrusion 23 is integrated so as to be attracted to the lower side (lower part of the plug body 2). Reference numeral 27 denotes a knob for performing an opening / closing operation.
[0014]
The base 3 is for stably standing the pipe 1 to which the plug body 2 is attached, and a convex portion 29 that fits into the lower part of the plug body 2 is formed at the center of the base body 28 having a divergent shape. It protrudes upward. In addition, the height of the base main body 28 is set so that a cup can be disposed directly below the cock 15.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 1, the cock 15 includes a cock main body 31 with an opening / closing lever 30 and a joint 32 that fits into the female screw hole 19 and guides liquid to the cock main body 31, and opens the lever 30. A liquid is poured.
[0016]
In the beverage container described above, a synthetic resin was used for the material of the pipe 1 and the plug 2, and a synthetic rubber was used for the O-ring 17.
[0017]
The above-described beverage container of the present invention has an O-ring 17 positioned at the upper end (uppermost position) of the annular groove 18 of the plug 2 when the upper part of the plug 2 is fitted into the lower part of the pipe 1 as shown in FIG. However, since it descends while rotating along a taper that forms a downwardly diverging shape and gradually collapses, it reaches the lower end of the annular groove 18 as shown in FIG. Compared with the structure of the beverage container, it can be pushed in with a light force, and as a result, the assembling work can be performed easily. On the other hand, when removing the plug 2 from the pipe 1, the O-ring 17 positioned at the lower end of the annular groove 18 moves to the upper end while rotating along the taper as shown in FIG. As a result, it can be easily disassembled.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
When the lower end part of the shielding wall is fitted into the upper part of the plug body, the O-ring located at the upper end part (uppermost position) of the annular groove of the plug body is located above the lower side. Rotating along the taper of the annular groove, which is a deep groove toward the bottom , gradually collapses, so it can be pushed in with a light force compared to the structure of a conventional beverage container, and as a result, assembly work is easy It can be done. Conversely, when removing the plug from the pipe, the O-ring located below the annular groove moves to the upper end while rotating along the taper using its restoring force, so it can be pulled out with a light force. As a result, the disassembly work can be easily performed. In addition, since the assembly and disassembly operations can be easily performed, when the beverage container is cleaned, it can be disassembled and the inside of the lower part of the pipe and the stopper can be washed carefully.
[0019]
Further, since the shielding wall and the upper part of the plug body are formed in corresponding tapered shapes, the O-ring does not touch the inner peripheral surface of the pipe from the lower end of the pipe to the upper position when the shielding wall is fitted into the plug body. Up to this point, the fitting operation can be performed without any frictional force, and as a result, the assembly operation can be performed more easily. Similarly, the disassembling work is further facilitated.
[0020]
In the beverage container according to the second aspect of the present invention, the integration of the stopper and the joint member can be reliably held by the connector.
[0021]
In the beverage container according to the third aspect of the invention, since the upper end of the annular groove is formed one step deeper than the portion below it, the O-ring is connected to the upper position of the annular groove with the same gradient. As a result, the inner peripheral surface is not touched, and as a result, the assembly work can be performed more easily. Similarly, the disassembling work is further facilitated.
