Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a water stop device having an annular body disposed on the inner surface of a tubular body for the purpose of waterproofing, and a fixing plate for pressurizing the annular body from the inside to the outside and fixing the annular body to the inner surface of the tubular body. In particular, the present invention relates to a water stop device having a performance corresponding to an external water pressure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The pipe line buried in the ground is constructed by connecting pipes, and a connecting member called an annular body is provided at the pipe connecting part in order to prevent water leakage. The annular body is made of an elastic material such as rubber and is sized to match the inner diameter of the tubular body. The inner diameter of the tubular body is increased by increasing the diameter of the fixed plate and pressurizing the annular body from the inside to the outside. It is fixed to. However, when external water pressure acts on the tube connecting portion, the annular body, particularly the central portion thereof, receives the external water pressure and bulges inward, thereby reducing the flow cross-sectional area and obstructing the internal flow. . If measures against external water pressure are not taken, not only the flow cross-sectional area is reduced, but the annular body may be damaged.
[0003]
On the other hand, there is an invention of Japanese Patent No. 2589191 which is a covering used for water stoppage of a pipe, and this invention is a means for maintaining the sleeve applied to the inner wall of the pipe in a correct state and effectively increasing the mechanical strength. As described above, the sleeve is prevented from bulging by making the holder into a cylindrical shape. However, in this invention, if the axis of the joint part of the pipe line is not straight, it is not possible to attach a cylindrical thing in the two cylinders with equal pressure, and the joint will be unevenly subsidized, earthquakes, etc. When displaced, there is a problem that the water stop effect of the sleeve is drastically reduced. Further, no attention is paid to the flow obstruction caused by the deformation caused by the force from the circumference of the sleeve toward the center.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above points, and an object thereof is to prevent the annular body from being deformed inward by an external water pressure in a water stopping device using the annular body. Another object of the present invention is to configure the external water pressure compatible water stop device as a particularly low-loss head type.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is arranged on the inner surface of the tubular body for the purpose of water stoppage, and is fixed to the inner surface of the tubular body by pressurizing the annular body from the inside to the outside. and a fixing plate for the water stop device having, in order to prevent the annular body by the action of external pressure is deformed inwardly, to form a thick portion in a part of the annular body, the thickness part covered by the outer water pressure resistance plate, the pressure applied by the enlarged diameter of the fixed plate, an outer water pressure resistance plate has a structure fixed to the inner surface of the tube with the annular body, annular body, the central portion as thick portion Has inwardly convex portions and concave portions to which fixing plates are attached on both sides of the convex portions, and the convex portions have corner portions that exert deformation resistance against external water pressure on both sides. The outer hydraulic resistance plate has a central corner covering the convex portion of the annular body and a corner fixed by the fixing plate. It has a notch in the axial direction of the tube extending over both sides, thereby improving the adhesion to the annular body. The annular body is fitted with a fixing plate in the recess, and the annular body is attached to the tubular body. When fixing to the inner surface, the fixing plate is fitted in the recess and forms almost the same surface as the external hydraulic resistance plate that covers the central projection, and both ends in the flow direction of the annular body are bells with low resistance to running water. in which it took measures that shall have a low head loss type structure as mouse-like outer contour.
[0006]
The water stop device in the present invention has a basic configuration in which an annular body is pressed and fixed from the inside of the tube body to the outside by expanding the diameter of the fixing plate. The annular body needs to be molded using rubber or a resin material having the same effect as water-stopping means. Further, it is desirable that the fixing plate as a means for fixing the annular body is made of a tough material such as a steel plate. Further, in order to reduce the resistance of water flow, the annular body and the fixed plate are desired to have a small thickness occupying the pipe diameter and to have a low-loss head type configuration, thereby improving the compatibility with the internal flow. It is possible to constitute a water stop device having a tool.
[0007]
In the annular body used in the water stop device of the present invention, a thick portion is formed in a part of the annular body in order to prevent external water pressure from acting and deforming the annular body itself inward. The thick wall portion is covered with an external hydraulic pressure resistance plate to counter the external water pressure to pressurize the annular body inward. The external hydraulic resistance plate is fixed to the inner surface of the tubular body together with the annular body by the fixing plate.
[0008]
It is desirable that the thick portion is formed as an inward convex portion at the center of the annular body, and concave portions for mounting the fixing plate are formed on both sides thereof. With this configuration, when the fixing plate is housed in the recess and the annular body is expanded and pressurized from the inside to the outside, the inner surface of the fixing plate and the external hydraulic resistance plate surface covering the central protrusion are almost the same. This makes it possible to prevent the generation of vortices. Furthermore, regarding both ends in the flow direction of the annular body, assuming that it has a bell mouth-like outer surface shape, among the various structures that have the same amount of protrusion toward the inside of the tubular body by the water stop device of the present invention, A low-loss head can be constructed.
[0009]
The outer hydraulic resistance plate has a central portion covering the concave portion and both sides overlapping the concave portion on both sides so that the convex portion as the thick portion is arranged in the center and the concave portion is arranged on both sides so as to conform to the embodiment of the annular body. It can be set as the cross-sectional shape which has a part (refer FIG. 2). In this case, the external hydraulic pressure resistance plate is attached to the annular concave portion that is pressure-fixed by the fixing plate, so that the frictional resistance force between the fixing plate and the rubber annular member that is generated when the diameter of the fixing plate is increased is significantly reduced. Accordingly, it is possible to compress and fix the annular body having elasticity almost even without using a lubricant or the like. Furthermore, it is possible to form notches in the axial direction of the tubular body in the corner portion of the central portion of the external hydraulic resistance plate and on both side portions outside the corner portion (see FIG. 3), and thereby the adhesion to the annular body. Can be improved.
[0010]
Such an external hydraulic resistance plate can be divided into a plurality of members in the circumferential direction, applied to the inner surface of the annular body so that the ends of the divided members are overlapped, and the fixing plate is attached using a jack. The diameter shall be expanded and fixed. The fixing plate using a strip-shaped member whose entire circumference is divided into a plurality of members can be applied with a fixing technique based on diameter expansion that has been adopted by the present applicant. This technique is disclosed, for example, in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 64-6474. In addition, when the water stop device of the present invention is disposed and applied to the connection portion of the pipe body, a water-swellable sealing member is attached between the inner surface of the pipe body, and further measures are taken to shut off the external water pressure. Can do.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments. FIG. 1 is an illustration of an external water pressure responsive water stop device 10 according to the present invention, in which the device 10 is applied to a tube connecting portion, 11 and 11 'are adjacent tubes, and 12 is an elastic material. An annular body made of rubber is shown.
[0012]
The annular body 12 has an annular shape that is in contact with the inner surfaces of the tubular bodies 11 and 11 ′ as a basic shape, and has an inward convex portion 13 as a thick portion at the center. As shown in FIG. 2, the convex portion 13 has a wall thickness determined from the amount of protrusion to the tubular body 11 and 11 ′ and a width in the flow direction, and the rigidity of the annular body 12. It is raised at the center. Concave portions 15 for mounting the fixing plate 14 are provided on both sides of the convex portion 13, and small ribs 16 for stress concentration are provided on the concave portion wall surface.
[0013]
At both ends of the annular body 12 in the flow direction, a bell mouth shape 17 having a low flow resistance is provided for low loss head, and the bell mouth shape 17 has an outward curvature rather than an inward curvature. It has a large, almost crescent-shaped cross-sectional shape. Further, the bell mouth shape 17 can press the tip portion 17a to the inner surface of the tube body with the haunch portion 18 as a power point. On the outer surface of the annular body 12, a pair of water stopping ridges 19 in contact with the inner surface of the tube body is provided at a position corresponding to the recess portion 15 on the inner surface, and further, some unevenness on the inner surface of the tube body is not repaired. A water-expandable seal member 20 is mounted in order to reliably stop the annular body 12 by the diameter expansion pressure of the steel fixing plate 14. Reference numeral 21 denotes a seal member mounting portion. A water-expandable sponge can be used as the seal member 20.
[0014]
The convex portion 13 of the annular body 12 is covered with an external hydraulic resistance plate 22. The external hydraulic pressure resistance plate 22 covers not only the convex portion 13 but also the corner portion 13a of the convex portion, and the fixing portion 24 processed so as to be pressed and fixed by the fixing plate 14 on the wall surface of the concave portion 15 is the central convex portion 23. The left and right of
[0015]
The external hydraulic resistance plate 22 has a bent portion 25 that covers the corner portion 13a of the convex portion 13 of the annular body 12 and extends to the fixed portion 24. The bent portion 25 is divided by a cut 26 in the axial direction of the tube body, and is bent. It has the structure which made it easy and improved the adhesiveness to the annular body 12 (refer FIG. 3). The narrower the distance d between the notches 26, the better the deformation followability of the external hydraulic resistance plate 22. Such an external hydraulic resistance plate 22 covers the annular inner surface by joining together a plurality of parts divided in the circumferential direction. FIG. 3 (a) is an example of a half-circular external hydraulic resistance plate 20. When two of these are used, the ends overlap and the entire circumference is connected. The illustrated external hydraulic resistance plate 22 is formed by pressing a stainless steel plate, but as described above, it may be formed by pressing a stainless wire mesh or made of plastic.
[0016]
The fixing plate 14 is a solid band made of stainless steel so as to withstand the fixing of the outer hydraulic resistance plate 22 and the annular body 12 to the inner surface of the tubular body by expanding the diameter using a jack or the like, and is easy to install. Therefore, it consists of several pieces divided into a plurality of members in the circumferential direction. FIG. 4 shows an example of this. One is an example of three divisions and the other is an example of four divisions, but the division members have fixed dimensions s, s ′, t, t ′, one at each end. It has length adjusting parts 31, 32, and has connecting parts 33, 34 at both ends of the divided member.
[0017]
The details of the fixing plate 14 and its connection are as shown in FIG. 5. The split members are connected to each other by abutting the ends, and the connecting portions 33 and 34 are connected by tightening the bolts 35 (FIG. 5 (f)). One adjusting portion 31 having a large number and the other adjusting portion 32 having a long hole are formed into an annular shape, and the fixing plate 14 is sufficiently expanded in diameter by a jack or the like not shown, and the bolts 36 are tightened to join. In joining the overlapping portions of the fixing plate 14 (FIG. 5D), one side of the fixing plate 14 is sloped 40, and the tip portion 42 of the adjustment portion 32 is made thicker than the end portion 43 welded to the fixing plate 14. By reducing the thickness, the adjusting portion 32 is wedge-shaped to improve the frictional joining force, and the arch force against the external force of the fixed plate 14 is increased.
[0018]
By expanding the diameter of the fixing plate 14, the fixing portions 24, 24 of the annular body 12 arranged in advance on the inner surface of the tubular bodies 11, 11 ′ and the external hydraulic resistance plate 22 arranged in the recesses 15, 15 thereof. Can be fixed in pressure contact with the inner surface of the tube body, and at the same time, the seal members 20, 20 are sufficiently pressurized. FIG. 1 illustrates the completed state with no gaps left between the tubular bodies 11 and 11 ′ indicated by phantom lines, the apparatus 10, the recess 15 of the apparatus 10, and the external hydraulic resistance plate 22. However, it is for the sake of convenience, and all are in a pressure contact state. A water-stop ring 29 having a reduced function is inserted between the ends of the tubular bodies 11 and 11 '. The nut 50 is used as a stopper for a diameter-enlarged jack cradle of the fixed plate 14.
[0019]
In the tubular bodies 11 and 11 ′ equipped with the water stop device 10 of the present invention having such a configuration, when the external water pressure is applied to the outside of the annular body 12, the central portion that is most affected is projected as a thick portion. Since the portion 13 is provided, it is possible to counter an external water pressure larger than the conventional one, and since the external hydraulic pressure resistance plate 22 is provided on the inner surface of the annular body 12, even if the annular body 12 receives the external water pressure. It does not bulge inward and does not reduce the flow cross-sectional area or obstruct the internal flow. In addition, the water stop device 10 of the present invention is configured as a low-loss head type by suppressing the protruding amount of the convex portion 13 and providing the bell mouth shape 17 at both ends of the annular body, so that the inside flowing through the pipe body The effect on flow is minimal.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, in a water stop device using an annular body, the annular body is not deformed even when an external water pressure is applied, there is no possibility of inhibiting the internal flow, and low loss. Since it functions as a water head type, it is optimal as a water stop device installed in the pipe.
