【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、蓄電池に係り、特に、電池搭載機器及び/又は該電池搭載機器に搭載された蓄電池の盗難防止装置を内蔵した蓄電池に関する。

【従来の技術】
自動車の盗難防止技術は、広く知られているが、これは、自動車自体に、盗難防止装置を装備した、大掛かりなものである。

なお、一般自動車用蓄電池に、蓄電池の寿命を表示する技術は知られているが、車体及び/又は蓄電池の盗難防止機能は付いたものはなかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、自動車の盗難防止技術では、自動車から蓄電池を取り外された場合は、蓄電池の盗難を防止することができないという問題がある。

また、従来の自動車の盗難防止技術は、自動車の盗難を警告するのみであり、盗難自体を防止することができないという問題がある。

本発明は、上記問題に鑑みなされたものであり、電池搭載機器及び/又は該電池搭載機器に搭載された蓄電池の盗難の防止又は盗難の実行を妨げることを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために、本件発明は、以下の特徴を有する課題を解決するための手段を採用している。

請求項1に記載された発明は、電池搭載機器及び/又は該電池搭載機器に搭載された蓄電池の盗難防止装置を内蔵した蓄電池であって、前記盗難防止装置は、盗難を検知する盗難センサと、該盗難センサが盗難を検知したときに、盗難防止のための信号を出力する盗難防止用信号出力部とを有することを特徴とする蓄電池。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の実施の形態について図面と共に説明する。なお、以下の説明において、電池搭載機器を自動車として説明する。

図1に本発明の実施の形態の外観の例を示す。図1の蓄電池10は、プラスターミナル11、マイナスターミナル12、蓄電池の蓋13、蓄電池のケース14及び盗難防止装置15から構成されている。

蓄電池のケース14は、図示していないが、複数のセルを有している。セルは、電解液と極板(正極板と負極板)を収めている容器で、例えば、ポリプロピレン(PP)、合成樹脂で作製され、化学反応がこのセルの中で行われる。複数のセルは直列接続され、一方の端のセル内の正極板にはプラスターミナル11が接続され、また、他方の端のセルの負極板にはマイナスターミナル12が接続されている。

蓄電池の蓋13は、蓄電池のケース14の蓋であり、プラスターミナル11及びマイナスターミナル12が、蓄電池の蓋13を貫通して設けられている。

盗難防止装置15は、蓄電池の蓋13の内部の所定の場所に設けられる。プラスターミナル11及びマイナスターミナル12に接続され、後述するように、盗難センサと盗難防止用信号出力部等とを有し、自動車及び/又はこの自動車に搭載された蓄電池の盗難防止機能を有する。

図2に、盗難防止装置15のブロック構成例を示す。図2の盗難防止装置は、盗難センサ21、盗難防止用信号生成・出力部22、動作開始・停止制御部23、制御信号処理部24、盗難防止用信号出力端子25及び制御信号入力端子26から構成されている。

盗難センサ21は、蓄電池の電圧、加速度、位置を検出して、盗難を検出する。盗難防止用信号生成・出力部22は、盗難センサ21からの盗難信号を受けて、エンジン停止信号、発呼信号、電気ショック信号、ハンドルロック信号、異状車輌状態信号を生成して、盗難防止用信号出力端子25からエンジン制御部、無線送信機、ハンドル/シート、ハンドルロック部、ハザードランプ制御部等へ出力する。動作開始・停止制御部23は、制御信号処理部24からの信号を受けて、盗難防止装置15の動作開始又は動作停止を制御する。制御信号処理部24は、テンキーの入力又は外部からの無線による制御信号を受けて動作開始・停止制御部23を制御する。制御信号入力端子26は、外部からの無線による制御信号の入力端子である。なお、図2に示されているように、動作開始・停止制御部23が、それぞれ、盗難センサ21及び盗難防止用信号生成・出力部22の動作を制御するようにしても良いが、盗難センサ21及び盗難防止用信号生成・出力部22等に供給される電源を制御して、まとめて、盗難防止装置の動作の開始又は動作の停止を行うように制御してもよい。

この構成により、蓄電池に内蔵された盗難防止装置15の盗難センサ21は、盗難を検知して盗難防止用信号生成・出力部22へ盗難信号を出力し、盗難防止用信号生成・出力部22は、盗難信号を受けて、盗難防止用信号出力端子25から盗難防止のための信号を出力する。

図3に、盗難センサ21のブロック構成例を示す。図3の盗難センサは、蓄電池の電圧及び/又は電流を検出する蓄電池電圧・電流検出部31、蓄電池の加速度を検出する加速度検出部32、蓄電池の位置を検出する位置検出部33、検出信号処理部34及び盗難信号出力部35から構成されている。

検出信号処理部34は、蓄電池電圧・電流検出部31、加速度検出部32及び位置検出部33からの検出信号を受けて、信号処理を行い、盗難と判定した場合、盗難信号出力部35から、盗難信号を盗難防止用信号生成・出力部22へ出力する。

図4は、蓄電池電圧・電流検出部31による、盗難検出を説明するための図である。一般的に、自動車に設置された蓄電池は、使用開始前では、12〜13Vの電位を保っているが、使用を開始すると、負荷に電流が流れ、一時的に電位が低下する(例えば、約10V程度に低下する)。その後、エンジンが作動するとダイナモが起動し、蓄電池が充電され、その結果、電池電圧は、14〜14.5V程度に上昇する。このように、エンジンが作動すると電池電圧が変化することから、自動車が本来動かない状態に有るにも拘わらずエンジンが開始した場合は、盗難と判断できる。

具体的に説明すれば、電池電圧が、図4のような特性を有しているので、盗難センサ21の検出信号処理部34は、蓄電池に電圧が、

の一方又は両方の変化を検出した場合は、エンジン開始と判断し、盗難信号出力部35から盗難防止用信号生成・出力部22へ、盗難信号を出力する。

また、盗難防止装置動作時に電流を検出した場合は、ルームランプの点灯等の人による操作が行われたと判断される。そこで、盗難防止装置動作時に電流を検出した場合は、蓄電池電圧・電流検出部31及び検出信号処理部34は、盗難信号出力部35から盗難防止用信号生成・出力部22へ、盗難信号を出力する。

また、盗難防止装置動作時に、加速度を検出した場合は、何らかの理由で、自動車及又は自動車に搭載された蓄電池に力が加わり、動いていると判断される。そこで、盗難防止装置動作時に加速度を検出した場合は、蓄電池電圧・電流検出部31及び検出信号処理部34は、盗難信号出力部35から盗難防止用信号生成・出力部22へ、盗難信号を出力する。

また、盗難防止装置動作時に、GPS(global positioning system)等により位置を検出し、位置の移動を検出した場合は、何らかの理由で、自動車及又は自動車に搭載された蓄電池が、移動していると判断される。そこで、盗難防止装置動作時に加速度を検出した場合は、蓄電池電圧・電流検出部31及び検出信号処理部34は、盗難信号出力部35から盗難防止用信号生成・出力部22へ、盗難信号を出力する。

また、位置情報を、発呼信号生成部54において、発呼信号に付加して、送信することもできる。これにより、自動車の所有者又は自動車の所有者と契約した警備業者は、盗まれた車輌の所在を知ることができる。

盗難信号入力部51は、盗難信号出力部35からの盗難信号を受けて、エンジン停止信号生成部52、発呼信号生成部53、電気ショック信号生成部54、ハンドルロック信号生成部55、異状車輌状態信号生成部56へ、盗難信号を出力する。エンジン停止信号生成部52は、盗難信号入力部51からの盗難信号を受けて、エンジン停止信号を生成する。盗難防止用信号出力部57は、エンジン停止信号をエンジン制御部に出力する前に、警告部58により、音声によって警告するようにする。例えば、「盗難と思われるので、エンジンを、強制的に停止します。」と警告を発する。なお、音声と同時に、又は、音声とは別に、同様の警告を運転席の全面のガラスに表示するようにしてもよい。警告しているにも拘わらず、エンジンが作動している場合は、エンジン停止信号が盗難防止用信号出力部57からエンジン制御部(図示せず)に供給され、徐々に、エンジンを停止させる。

なお、エンジン停止信号は、エンジンが作動中は、エンジン停止信号として機能し、エンジンが作動中でないときは、エンジンがかからないように機能する。また、エンジンの状態を監視し、エンジンが作動中の場合にのみ、エンジン停止信号を生成するようにしてもよい。

盗難防止装置の動作開始に際して、自動車又は蓄電池の所有者は、「動作開始を示すコード」と「暗証番号」とを、テンキー入力部61を用いて入力する。入力信号処理部62は、「動作開始を示すコード」と「暗証番号」とを解析して、暗証番号が適正である場合に、動作開始信号を動作開始・停止制御部23へ出力する。動作開始・停止制御部23は、制御信号処理部24からの、動作開始信号を受けて、盗難防止装置の動作開始するように制御する。同様に、盗難防止装置の動作を停止する場合、自動車又は蓄電池の所有者は、「動作の停止を示すコード」と「暗証番号」とを、テンキー入力部61を用いて入力する。入力信号処理部62は、「動作の停止を示すコード」と「暗証番号」とを解析して、暗証番号が適正である場合に、動作停止信号を動作開始・停止制御部23へ出力する。動作開始信号を動作開始・停止制御部23は、制御信号処理部24からの、動作停止信号を受けて、盗難防止装置の動作を停止するように制御する。なお、テンキーには、数字以外に、文字又は記号が含まれていてもよい。
