Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pseudo-bamboo panel that is mainly used for applications such as a pseudo-bamboo fence for partitioning a Japanese-style garden or site from the outside.
[0002]
[Prior art and its problems]
In general, as this type of pseudo bamboo panel, a panel in which a plurality of split bamboo portions having a shape obtained by splitting a bamboo into two halves are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other is integrally formed with a synthetic resin.
[0003]
In the conventional pseudo bamboo panel, a groove portion is formed between adjacent split bamboo portions in order to give a sense of volume of the entire panel. Such a groove has a concave or U-shaped cross section (see, for example, Patent Document 1), and the groove wall facing the groove is inclined, and a line perpendicular to the surface direction of the pseudo bamboo panel and the groove There is known an apparatus in which an angle formed with a tangent line at an opening is larger than an angle formed between the groove wall and the vertical line (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
[0004]
Although the former can give a sense of volume, when looking at the pseudo bamboo panel from a distance, the shadow line between adjacent split bamboo parts is not so conspicuous, so it is inferior to the actual bamboo fence was there. The latter tries to solve this point.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the bamboo fence is composed of natural bamboo, since there is no single bamboo, for example, the shadow between adjacent split bamboos varies depending on the position. In both cases, the slopes of the groove walls facing each other are the same, so that even if there is some depth or volume, split bamboo continues with the same shade from any position. For this reason, the impression that the whole becomes monotonous cannot be denied, and a natural bamboo fence feeling could not be obtained.
[0007]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and when viewed from the same position, the shadows of adjacent grooves are not the same, and by continuing to change, the impression that the whole becomes monotonous can be prevented. It is an object to provide a pseudo bamboo panel that can obtain a real feeling close to that of a bamboo fence.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problem, a pseudo bamboo panel according to the present invention is an integrated pseudo bamboo panel in which a plurality of split bamboo portions having a shape obtained by breaking bamboo are arranged adjacent to each other, and A groove part is formed between the two parts, and the adjacent split bamboo parts sandwiching the groove part are formed as parts extending from the opening ends of the groove walls facing each other, and the groove parts are opposed to each other. One of them is parallel to the panel front and back direction, and the other is inclined with respect to the panel front and back direction .
[ 0009 ]
Moreover, in the said groove part, it is preferable to arrange | position so that the groove wall with the same angle of the opposite groove wall may not adjoin.
[ 0010 ]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a one-unit pseudo bamboo panel according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of a part thereof. This pseudo bamboo panel A has a shape in which bamboo is broken to a certain length. It is a panel in which a bamboo fence pattern is expressed on the surface by integrally forming a plurality of split bamboo portions 1 with a synthetic resin so as to be connected in the width direction via the groove portion 2. The center is bent so as to swell toward the surface, and knots are formed at intervals in the length direction. In addition, you may make it the width | variety of the adjacent split bamboo part 1 differ.
[ 0011 ]
The relationship between the height of each split bamboo portion 1 and the mold for molding the pseudo bamboo panel A is important. If the split bamboo portion 1 is high and the angle of the arc of the cross section is large, the depth of the split bamboo portion 1 increases and an impression close to natural bamboo can be obtained. However, on the other hand, it is because the mold release from the mold becomes worse at the time of molding, and the yield is lowered.
[ 0012 ]
Next, in the pseudo bamboo panel A, a groove portion 2 is formed between adjacent split bamboo portions 1. The groove portion 2 is composed of opposed groove walls 3 and 4 and a groove bottom wall 5 and has a shape recessed on the back side of the pseudo bamboo panel A.
[ 0013 ]
And the inclination angle with respect to the panel front-back direction P of the groove walls 3 and 4 which oppose is formed so that it may mutually differ. That is, one of the opposed groove walls 3, 4 is formed such that an angle α formed with respect to the panel front / back direction P of the pseudo bamboo panel A forms an acute angle, but the other groove wall 4 Is formed so that the angle with respect to the panel front / back direction P is 0 °, that is, parallel to the panel front / back direction P (perpendicular to the surface direction of the panel).
[ 0014 ]
The groove bottom wall 5 is formed so as to be parallel to the surface direction. Further, the inclined angles of the groove walls 3 and 4 facing each other of the groove portion 2 may be formed so as to be different from each other. Furthermore, one angle does not necessarily have to be 0 ° with respect to the panel front and back direction.
[ 0015 ]
Moreover, although the groove part 2 is located in a line substantially parallel across the split bamboo part 1, the groove wall where the angle of the opposing groove walls 3 and 4 is the same is arrange | positioned so that it may not adjoin. That is, in FIG. 3, the right and left groove walls 4 and 3 are adjacent to the groove walls 3 and 4, the adjacent is the groove walls 4 and 3, and the adjacent is the groove walls 3 and 4. They are arranged differently alternately. Of course, they may be arranged randomly instead of alternately.
[ 0016 ]
And the said pseudo bamboo panel A can assemble a pseudo bamboo fence easily and easily by making it continue in the up-and-down direction and the width direction with other several pseudo bamboo panels A of the same composition, as shown in FIG. it can. In this case, as shown in FIG. 4, the groove bottom wall 5 of each groove 2 is formed in parallel with the surface direction of the pseudo bamboo panel A, so that it is in surface contact with the base material (such as an aggregate having a square cross section) 6. Since the pseudo bamboo panel A can be fixed to the base material 6 in a stable state, the workability is good and it is firmly fixed.
[ 0017 ]
According to the above-mentioned pseudo bamboo panel configuration, since the groove portion 2 is formed between adjacent split bamboo portions, a depth can be sensed between each split bamboo portion 1. Therefore, a volume feeling increases in the pseudo bamboo panel A.
[ 0018 ]
Further, since the inclined angles with respect to the panel front / back direction P of the groove walls 3, 4 of the groove part 2 formed between the adjacent split bamboo parts 1 are different from each other, they are adjacent when viewed from the same position. Since the shadows of the matching groove portions 2 are not the same and are continuously changed, it is possible to prevent the impression that the whole is monotonous and to obtain a real feeling close to a natural bamboo fence.
[ 0019 ]
In addition, if the groove wall where the angle of the opposing groove walls 3 and 4 is the same, if it arrange | positions so that it may not adjoin, the shadow of the groove part 2 will be further rich in change.
[ 0020 ]
Further, by forming the groove wall 4 of the pseudo bamboo panel A so as to be parallel to the panel front and back direction of the pseudo bamboo panel A (perpendicular to the surface direction of the panel), the groove 2 is the same as the reinforcing rib for the face material. It is possible to reinforce the pseudo bamboo panel A and improve the rigidity. For example, the pseudo bamboo panel A can be satisfactorily prevented from being beaten and deformed by the wind pressure.
[ 0021 ]
Furthermore, since the groove bottom wall 5 is formed parallel to the surface direction, when the pseudo bamboo panel A is formed, it is easy to remove from the mold, and a pointed portion is formed in the mold. Since it is not necessary, there is less wear on the mold and durability is improved.
[ 0022 ]
The groove bottom wall 5 is not limited to being formed in a plane parallel to the surface of the pseudo bamboo panel A. For example, it may be configured to bend in a U shape, or may be formed in a V shape as shown in FIG.
【The invention's effect】
[ 0023 ]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the groove portion is formed between the adjacent split bamboo portions, and the inclination angles with respect to the panel front and back directions of the groove walls facing each other are different from each other. Sometimes the shadows of adjacent grooves are not the same, but change and continue, so the impression that the whole becomes monotonous can be prevented, and a real feeling close to a natural bamboo fence can be obtained. In addition, since the groove portion has one of the opposing groove walls parallel to the panel front and back direction and the other inclined to the panel front and back direction, the groove portion functions in the same way as a reinforcing rib for the face material, Bamboo panels can be reinforced to improve rigidity.
[ 0024 ]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the groove walls having the same angle between the opposing groove walls are arranged so as not to be adjacent to each other, so that the shadow of the groove portion is further varied.
