【0028】
EM(ニュクレル AN4213C、三井・デュポンポリケミカル株式会社製)に、SBR(NIPOL9529(スチレン量が45重量%)、日本ゼオン株式会社製)を混合した混合物をベース材料とし、このベース材料にDCHBSA(サンセラーDZ、三新化学工業株式会社製)と、マイカ鱗片(クラライトマイカ、株式会社クラレ製)と、難燃剤とを下記表1に示す如く配合し、混練し、厚さ0.8mmのシート状に成形した。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is applied to automobiles, home appliances, precision equipment, construction machines, civil engineering buildings, and other various machines, equipment, building structures, etc., and propagates to the machines, equipment, structures, etc. The present invention relates to a vibration damping material that can effectively absorb and dampen vibration generated from a structure or the like. Specifically, the present invention relates to a vibration damping material that has excellent vibration damping performance and can appropriately adjust the temperature at which the vibration damping performance is exhibited according to the application and use state of the vibration damping material.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, materials with viscoelastic properties such as asphalt and vinyl chloride resin (such as asphalt and vinyl chloride resin) have been used as vibration countermeasures for automobiles, home appliances, precision equipment, construction machinery, civil engineering buildings, and other various machines, equipment, and building structures ( A damping material) is adhered to the application site of the machine, device, structure, etc., and is propagated to the machine, device, structure, etc., or absorbs and attenuates vibration generated from the machine, device, structure, etc. It was.
[0003]
However, this damping material is used at around room temperature (-5 to 30 ° C) in applications such as automobiles, home appliances, precision equipment, construction machinery, civil engineering buildings, and other various machines, equipment, and building structures. On the other hand, since the glass transition points of asphalt and vinyl chloride resin are both lower than that, there is a problem that sufficient performance is not exhibited in the operating temperature range.
[0004]
The present invention relates to an improvement of a conventional vibration damping material, and has an excellent vibration damping performance, and appropriately adjusts the temperature at which the vibration damping performance is exhibited according to the use and use state of the vibration damping material. An object of the present invention is to provide a vibration damping material that can be used.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the vibration damping material of the present invention uses as a base material a mixture obtained by mixing an ethylene methacrylic acid polymer (hereinafter referred to as EM) with styrene-butadiene rubber (hereinafter referred to as SBR), and the base material 100 described above. A compound having a benzothiazyl group, a compound having a benzotriazole group, a compound having a diphenyl acrylate group, and a benzophenone group, which increases the amount of dipole moment in the base material at a ratio of 30 to 80 parts by weight with respect to parts by weight. The active ingredient which consists of 1 type (s) or 2 or more types chosen from the compound was mix | blended.
[0006]
Examples of the EM constituting the base material include ethylene, methacrylic acid, methacrylic acid ester, methyl methacrylate, isobutyl methacrylate, methacrylic acid chloride, diethylaminoethyl methacrylate, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, N-butyl methacrylate, methacrylic acid. Mention may be made of copolymers with lauryl acid, glycidyl methacrylate, and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate.
[0007]
Similarly, the SBR constituting the base material is a copolymer of butadiene and styrene as is well known, and is a component that imparts flexibility to the EM and improves the workability of the vibration damping material. This SBR has many grades with different blending ratios of butadiene and styrene. Among them, those having high flexibility and rubber elasticity, and those having an amount of styrene exceeding 45% are desirable.
[0008]
The mixing ratio of the EM and SBR is not particularly limited, but a range of 1: 1 to 15: 1 is preferable. Among EM and SBR, if the mixing ratio of EM increases, the flexibility and workability of the damping material will decrease. If the SBR ratio increases, the flexibility and workability will increase, but the operating temperature range There is a risk of deteriorating vibration damping performance at the site.
[0009]
Of the above base materials, which base material is used as the damping material depends on the use and usage of automobiles, home appliances, precision equipment, construction machinery, civil engineering buildings, and other various machines, equipment, and structures. It may be determined appropriately in consideration of handling, availability, temperature performance (heat resistance and cold resistance), weather resistance, price, and the like.
[0010]
The vibration damping material of the present invention has an effect (effect 1) of exhibiting excellent vibration damping performance that has never been achieved by including an active component described later. In addition, the damping material can be appropriately adjusted to a temperature at which the damping performance is most exerted by appropriately adjusting the blending amount of the active ingredient in the base material according to the use and use state of the damping material. (Effect 2).
[0011]
First, the effect 1 produced by including an active ingredient is demonstrated.
[0012]
An active component is a component that dramatically increases the amount of dipole moment in the base material. The active component itself has a large dipole moment amount, or the active component itself has a small dipole moment amount. By blending an active ingredient, it refers to a component that can dramatically increase the amount of dipole moment in the base material.
[0013]
Hereinafter, the relationship between the amount of dipole moment in the base material and the damping performance will be described. FIG. 1 shows an arrangement state of the

[0018]
Examples of active ingredients that lead to such action and effects include N, N-dicyclohexylbenzothiazyl-2-sulfenamide (DCHBSA), 2-mercaptobenzothiazole (MBT), dibenzothiazyl sulfide (MBTS), N- Cyclohexylbenzothiazyl-2-sulfenamide (CBS), N-tert-butylbenzothiazyl-2-sulfenamide (BBS), N-oxydiethylenebenzothiazyl-2-sulfenamide (OBS), N , N-diisopropylbenzothiazyl-2-sulfenamide (DPBS) and other compounds having a benzothiazyl group, benzotriazole having an azole group bonded to the benzene ring as a parent nucleus, and 2- {2 having a phenyl group bonded thereto '-Hydroxy-3'-(3 ", 4", 5 ", 6" tetra Idrophthalimidomethyl) -5'-methylphenyl} -benzotriazole (2HPMMB), 2- {2'-hydroxy-5'-methylphenyl} -benzotriazole (2HMPB), 2- {2'-hydroxy-3'- t-butyl-5'-methylphenyl} -5-chlorobenzotriazole (2HBMPCB), 2- {2'-hydroxy-3 ', 5'-di-t-butylphenyl} -5-chlorobenzotriazole (2HDBPCB) Compounds having a benzotriazole group such as, compounds having a diphenyl acrylate group such as ethyl-2-cyano-3,3-diphenyl acrylate, or 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzophenone (HMBP), 2-hydroxy-4 -Methoxybenzophenone-5-sulfonic It can include one or more selected from among compounds having a benzophenone group, such as Sid (HMBPS).
[0019]
The blending amount of the active ingredient for leading the above-described excellent vibration damping performance is desirably 10 to 90 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the base material. When the range of the amount of the active ingredient is, for example, less than 10 parts by weight, a sufficient effect of blending the active ingredient to increase the amount of dipole moment cannot be obtained. The active ingredient may not be sufficiently compatible with the base material.
[0020]
Next, the effect 2 that can be appropriately adjusted to a temperature at which the vibration damping performance is most exerted according to the use and use state of the vibration damping material by appropriately adjusting the blending amount of the active ingredient will be described.
[0021]
Damping materials are applied in a wide range of fields such as automobiles, interior materials, building materials, and home appliances. Therefore, vibration absorption performance (energy) It can be said that one of the important conditions for producing the vibration damping material is to make the damping property of the most effective.
[0022]
In the vibration damping material of the present invention, by appropriately adjusting the blending amount of the active ingredient in the base material, the temperature can be adjusted appropriately to the temperature at which the vibration damping performance is most exerted depending on the application and use state. ing.
[0023]
That is, the temperature at which the damping performance of the damping material is most exhibited (so-called peak temperature) by appropriately adjusting the blending amount of the active ingredient within a range of 30 to 80 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the base material. Can be adjusted to a range of 10 ° C to 30 ° C.
[0024]
For example, when the amount of the active ingredient is out of the range of 30 to 80 parts by weight, if the range is in the range of 10 to 90 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the base material, excellent vibration damping performance can be obtained. However, the function of adjusting the peak temperature due to the incorporation of the active ingredient does not occur. If the range of 10 to 90 parts by weight is also exceeded, it becomes impossible to obtain excellent vibration damping performance and to adjust the peak temperature.
[0025]
In determining the active ingredient to be blended in the base material, it is preferable to select the one having a close value in consideration of the compatibility between the active ingredient and the base material, that is, the SP value.
[0026]
In addition to the active ingredient, the base material is filled with fillers such as mica scale pieces, glass pieces, glass fibers, carbon fibers, calcium carbonate, barite, and precipitated barium sulfate in addition to the active components. be able to. Moreover, a coloring agent and a flame retardant can also be mix | blended as needed.
[0027]
The vibration damping material of the present invention can be obtained by blending the base material, the active ingredient, and the filler. In this case, a conventionally known melting material such as a heat roll, a Banbury mixer, a twin-screw kneader, or an extruder is used. A mixing device can be used.
[0028]
【Example】
The base material is a mixture of EM (Nucrel AN4213C, Mitsui DuPont Polychemical Co., Ltd.) and SBR (NIPOL9529 (styrene content: 45% by weight), Nippon Zeon Co., Ltd.). DZ, manufactured by Sanshin Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.), mica scales (clarite mica, manufactured by Kuraray Co., Ltd.), and a flame retardant are blended as shown in Table 1 below, kneaded, and a sheet having a thickness of 0.8 mm. Molded into.
[Table 1]
The loss factor (η) and the peak temperature of each of the obtained vibration damping sheets were measured, and the results are shown in FIG. In addition, the measurement of the loss factor ((eta)) about each damping sheet was performed using the central excitation method loss factor measuring apparatus (CF5200 type) by Ono Sokki Co., Ltd., respectively.
[0029]
From FIG. 4, the loss factor (η) peak of the damping sheet according to Comparative Example 1 was about 10 ° C., whereas the loss of the damping sheet of Example 1 using EM and SBR as the base materials. The peak of the coefficient (η) was about 13 ° C., and the peak of the loss coefficient (η) of the vibration damping sheet of Example 2 was about 17 ° C.
[0030]
The peak of the loss factor (η) of the vibration damping sheet according to Comparative Example 1 was about 0.17, whereas the vibration damping sheets of Examples 1 and 2 using EM and SBR as base materials The peak of the loss coefficient (η) was about 0.19.
[0031]
Further, when looking at the loss coefficient (η) of the vibration damping sheet of Example 1 and the vibration damping sheet of Example 2, they all had the same level of performance, and the width of the performance was similar.
[0032]
Therefore, in the damping material based on EM and SBR, the peak temperature of the loss factor (η) of the damping material is moved in the minus direction or the plus direction by adjusting the amount of the active ingredient. It was confirmed that it can be made.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
In the vibration damping material of the present invention, a mixture of EM and SBR is used as a base material, and a dipole moment amount in the base material is 30 to 80 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the base material. Formulated with one or more active ingredients selected from a compound having a benzothiazyl group, a compound having a benzotriazole group, a compound having a diphenyl acrylate group, and a compound having a benzophenone group As a result, the temperature at which the damping performance is exhibited can be appropriately adjusted according to the application and use state of the damping material while having excellent damping performance.
