Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002]
The present invention relates to a stool collection sheet that can be floated temporarily in a puddle such as a flush toilet and collected a sample (stool) and then flowed with water as it is.
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
[0003]
In many cases, stool collection for medical examinations is performed by floating a stool collection sheet in a puddle of a flush toilet. Water resistance and moderate water dispersibility after sampling are required.
[0004]
In a conventionally known stool collection sheet, a method for applying a water-resistant treatment agent to water-soluble paper (for example, JP-A-10-68726), a water-soluble film, Method of laminating water-dispersible paper (for example, JP-A-10-227787), base paper containing fibrous carboxyalkyl cellulose impregnated with alkalizing agent and sizing agent compatible with alkalizing agent A coating method (for example, JP-A-2001-289746) has been proposed.
[0005]
Each of these methods is considered to have a certain effect, but on the other hand, all of them require various kinds of secondary processing and are considered to be problematic in terms of cost.
[0006]
The invention of the present application is water resistant until the stool is collected in the flush toilet without performing secondary processing such as laminating processing and coating processing, and water that does not cause clogging of pipes even if it is flushed as it is. The object is to propose an inexpensive stool collection sheet having dispersibility.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
[0007]
The present invention has been made in order to achieve the above object. In the production of a stool collection sheet, the paper density is reduced to 0. 0 by incorporating mercerized pulp into natural fibers such as wood pulp. The first characteristic is that the amount is 7 g / cm 3 or less and a sizing agent is internally added.
[0008]
In addition to the first feature, as a second feature, the submerged time (the time during which the stool can be floated) is obtained by adding a sizing agent so that the degree of cobb sizing (JIS P 8140) is 10 to 30 g / 10 seconds. The water resistance is 3 minutes or more, and the water dispersibility is 30 to 200 seconds with ease of unraveling (JIS P 4501 4.5).
[0009]
Here, a method for measuring the submergence time will be described. A towel (about 800 mm × about 300 mm, air-dried weight about 90 g) is folded twice in the longitudinal direction, rounded in the horizontal direction, once immersed in water, and then tightly squeezed to a weight of 200 g ± 5 g. It has a cylindrical shape with a diameter of about 45 mm and a length of about 160 mm. Lay the stool collection sheet (257 mm x 364 mm) in the water, lay down the towel squeezed in the center of the stool collection sheet, place it gently, and put the towel on it until the half of the towel volume sinks below the surface of the water. Was measured as the submergence time.
[0010]
Moreover, in the stool collection sheet having the above first and second characteristics, as a third characteristic, by adding 0.01 to 1% of a sizing agent as an active ingredient per weight of absolutely dry pulp, It is possible to have water resistance such that the submergence time is 3 minutes or more and water dispersibility where the ease of loosening according to JIS P 4501 4.5 is 30 to 200 seconds.
[0011]
Examples of natural fibers include the above wood pulp (conifer bleached kraft pulp, hardwood bleached kraft pulp, etc.) and non-wood pulp (kenaf, hemp, bagasse, cotton linter, etc.).
[0012]
Even if the paper density is 0.7 g / cm 3 or less by adding an appropriate amount of a sizing agent, the stool receiving sheet for stool collection of the present invention has a required buoyancy and a constant water resistance (submergence time of 3 minutes). And the like) and water dispersibility (easy to loosen 30 to 200 seconds) can be achieved.
[0013]
In carrying out the present invention, the freeness adjustment of the natural fiber can be performed as follows.
[0014]
In other words, the papermaking raw material (natural fiber) is stirred and mixed with water using a pulper, and then passed through the blades of a disk rotating in opposite directions (double disc refiner) to make the fibers fluffy (fibrillation) and freeness. Adjust. Moreover, you may adjust freeness not only by this method but by another method. The higher the freeness, the better the water dispersibility, and 500cc or higher is desirable.
[0015]
The mercerized pulp used in the present invention is as follows.
[0016]
That is, the cellulose in the pulp was treated with sodium hydroxide, and the —OH group at the 6-position of glucose in the cellulose was changed to the —ONa group to produce alkali cellulose (mercelization). By blending mercerized pulp, the density can be kept low while ensuring papermaking properties, and paper with appropriate water resistance and water dispersibility can be made.
[0017]
Examples of the sizing agent that can be used in the present invention include alkyl ketene dimers and rosins as active ingredients, but the ingredients are not limited as long as they have a size effect.
【Example】
[0018]
Next, examples of the present invention shown in Table 1 and comparative examples as comparison objects will be described.
[0019]
[Table 1]
Figure 0004092178
[0020]
* 1) Submergence time was evaluated according to the following three levels.
[0021]
○: Over 180 seconds
Δ: More than 120 seconds and less than 180 seconds
X: Less than 120 seconds * 2) The ease of loosening was evaluated according to the following three levels.
[0022]
○: 100 seconds or less
Δ: More than 100 seconds and less than 200 seconds
×: Over 200 seconds * 3) The overall evaluation was evaluated in four stages: ◎, ○, Δ, and ×.
[0023]
Comparative Example 1
Papermaking is performed without using a sizing agent at a weight of 45 ± 2 g / m 2 and a blending ratio of mercerized pulp of 25%. Due to the lack of size, there is a case where water absorption is high, the time during which the stool can be floated is short, and the stool cannot be collected well.
[0024]
Examples 1-3
As in Comparative Example 1, 45 sq. 2 g / m 2 of rice tsubo, 25% by weight of mercerized pulp, and various sizing agent addition amounts were changed. What added 0.1% of the sizing agent of Example 2 (AS-263 active ingredient concentration 20% by Nippon PMC Co., Ltd.) as an active ingredient per weight of dry pulp is suitable for both water resistance and dispersibility. It was a good result. When the amount of the sizing agent is too small, the time during which the stool is allowed to float is shortened. On the other hand, when the amount is too large, it is difficult to disperse and there is a risk of clogging of the pipe during drainage. The amount of the sizing agent added is preferably 0.01 to 1%, more preferably 0.05 to 0.2% as an active ingredient per weight of the dry pulp.
[0025]
Comparative Example 2
Mercerized pulp is more expensive than natural fibers, and in order to reduce costs, the mercerized pulp content was set to 10%, and the sizing agent was added in an amount of 0.02% as an active ingredient per bone dry pulp weight. If the blended ratio of mercerized pulp is reduced too much, dispersibility deteriorates and piping clogging tends to occur.
[0026]
Example 4
The blending ratio of mercerized pulp was set to 50%, and the buoyancy was increased by lowering the density, and an attempt was made to improve dispersibility while maintaining the time during which feces were allowed to float. Both water resistance and dispersibility were suitable. However, the cost increases as the blending ratio of mercerized pulp increases. The blend ratio of mercerized pulp is suitably 5 to 80% by weight, and more preferably 15 to 50% by weight. A density of 0.7 g / cm 2 or less is suitable.
【The invention's effect】
[0027]
The stool receiving sheet for stool collection of the present invention contains a mercerized pulp in natural fibers such as wood pulp, so that the density of the paper is 0.7 g / cm 3 or less and the sizing agent is added by wet papermaking. By attaching, buoyancy and water resistance necessary for sample (stool) collection and water dispersibility after sample collection can be achieved at the same time, manufactured from the same kind of products that have been subjected to various secondary processes. There is an effect that a low-cost and inexpensive product can be provided.
