【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
More particularly, the present invention relates to a cement kiln fuel manufacturing method for using, as a fuel for a cement kiln, waste plastic that has been compressed and solidified that is generated in a recycling process of waste materials such as home appliances. The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, waste plastic of combustible synthetic resin has a high calorific value, and is expected to be reused as a fuel source. In particular, utilization as an auxiliary fuel for a cement kiln in which high-temperature firing at 1400 ° C. to 1500 ° C. is performed (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei 8-280353, etc.) has been studied. However, when waste plastic is burned in a cement kiln, etc., if the particle size becomes large, the time required to complete the combustion becomes longer, the combustion efficiency is inferior, and landing combustion occurs to adversely affect the quality of the cement clinker. There was a problem of giving.
[0003]
Therefore, it is necessary to pulverize the particle size of the waste plastic as much as possible. However, when trying to pulverize the waste plastic, the pulverized product exhibits an action as a buffer material, so that the pulverization is difficult and the pulverization cost increases. There's a problem. Moreover, since the bulk specific gravity is remarkably small, there also exists a problem that the cost for storage increases. Furthermore, since the fine powder has extremely poor fluidity, there is a problem that it is difficult to stably draw out from the storage tank and to put it into the cement kiln.
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the above problems, the present invention can stably burn combustible synthetic resin waste plastic in a cement kiln, obtain a high-quality cement clinker, and store and grind waste plastic costs. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cement kiln fuel manufacturing method and apparatus capable of reducing the amount of waste and reducing the size of waste plastic storage equipment and grinding equipment.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a method for producing a cement kiln fuel according to the present invention comprises pneumatically transporting waste plastic compressed and solidified to a maximum particle size of 10 to 50 mm and a bulk specific gravity of 0.1 or more to the cement kiln. The waste plastic is crushed to a maximum particle size of 3 mm or less and a bulk specific gravity of 0.09 or less to form a fuel that can be input into a cement kiln.
Thereby, since the bulk specific gravity of the waste plastic compressed and solidified can be maintained high before crushing by pneumatic transportation, the storage cost can be reduced. In addition, since the waste plastic before crushing has good fluidity, it can be stably pulled out from the tank and can be stably fed into the cement kiln. Furthermore, since the waste plastic is pulverized by pneumatic transportation, the pulverization cost can be reduced. And since the cement kiln fuel obtained by this is micronized to such an extent that it can be burned stably in a cement kiln, a high-quality cement clinker can be obtained.
[0005]
As the waste plastic, it is preferable to use a urethane resin.
More preferably , the maximum particle size is about 300 μm to about 3 mm and the bulk specific gravity is about 0.01 to about 0.1 by the above crushing.
More preferably, the compressed and solidified waste plastic has a maximum particle size of about 10 to about 20 mm and a bulk specific gravity of about 0.2 to about 2.0.
The pneumatic transportation is preferably performed at a flow rate of about 20 m / s or more, and more preferably performed at a flow rate of about 30 to about 50 m / s.
[0006]
In another aspect, the present invention provides a cement kiln fuel manufacturing apparatus, a tank for storing waste plastic compressed and solidified to a maximum particle size of 10 to 50 mm and a bulk specific gravity of 0.1 or more, and a cement kiln. A nozzle for introducing the waste plastic, an air transport pipe connecting the tank and the nozzle, and a suction type or pressure feed type air blowing means installed in the pipe, and the air transport pipe and / or Alternatively, the air blowing means generates a shearing force that crushes the waste plastic to a maximum particle size of 3 mm or less and a bulk specific gravity of 0.09 or less . As the suction type air blowing means, it is preferable to use a suction type fan, an ejector or the like, and as the pressure type air blowing means, it is preferable to use a Roots blower or the like.
[0007]
The pneumatic transport pipe can be provided with a bending portion and / or a fine pulverizer that does not depend on power. As a fine pulverizer that does not depend on power, it is preferable to use a pulverizer that has a protrusion inside the pipe and generates a shearing force. Examples of the protrusion into the pipe include a rod-like one that crosses the pipe, a one that protrudes from the inner wall of the pipe and does not cross, a plate-like one, and a lattice-like one.
[0008]
As a result, the compressed plastic-solid waste plastic can be crushed to the extent that it can be combusted in the cement kiln in the pneumatic transportation pipe, so that the pulverization equipment can be made extremely compact. Moreover, since the bulk specific gravity of the waste plastic before crushing can be maintained high, the storage facility can also be made compact.

[Table 1]
[0021]
As shown in Examples 1 to 3 in Table 1, a urethane resin having a maximum particle size of 20 mm and a bulk specific gravity of 0.13 can be quantitatively supplied from a tank, and is crushed by pneumatic transportation. The maximum particle size at the time of charging was 3 mm or less, and the bulk specific gravity was 0.09 or less. And after throwing into a cement kiln, it was burned stably and the obtained cement clinker was also good quality without a color tone change etc.
However, as shown in Example 5, when the flow rate of pneumatic transportation was 15 m / s, the maximum particle size of the urethane resin at the time of charging was 8 mm, and the bulk specific gravity was 0.11. As a result, a part of the cement kiln partially burned and a cement clinker with a partial color change was obtained. In addition, as shown in Examples 4 and 6, urethane resin whose maximum particle size and bulk specific gravity are not in suitable ranges cannot be stably drawn out in a tank, and thus cannot be stably supplied to a cement kiln. It was.
[0022]
