本発明は、棒状の木材製法枠の保持装置、法面安定化構造及び法面安定化工法に関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、法面上に間伐材などの木材を使用して、法面を安定化させたり、緑化させる工法が提案されている。この工法は、法枠が木材で構成されるため、自然環境に適合的であり、また、木材として間伐材などの伐採木材を利用する場合は、資源の有効利用などに資する有用な工法である。

このような工法においては、法枠となる木材(本明細書では、単に木材製法枠ともいう。)を法面に保持する装置が必要となり、この保持装置としては、例えば、図1に示すものがある。
この保持装置100は、各端部101a,101a…が開口する十字状、L字状又はT字状(図1では、十字状。)の筒体101からなっている。法枠の構築にあたっては、かかる保持装置100をアンカーVで法面Gに固定した後、各開口に順次木材製法枠Wを挿入し、もって法枠を構築する(例えば、特許文献1参照。)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、かかる保持装置100には、以下のような問題がある。
すなわち、木材製法枠Wを筒体101の開口に挿入するにあたっては、木材製法枠Wを法面Gと平行な状態で法面G近傍に位置させ、そのまま法面Gと平行にスライドさせなければならない。したがって、かかる木材製法枠Wの開口への挿入作業は、大変な重労働となり、また、作業場所が傾斜面であることから、危険をともなうことにもなる。当然、何人もの作業員によって、かかる作業を行えば、かかる不都合は、減少するが、これでは、作業効率が著しく悪い。また、以上のような木材製法枠Wの挿入作業にあたって、かかる木材製法枠Wの径が大きい場合には、筒体101の開口の大きさに合わせて、削るなどの加工作業をなさなければならず、さらに作業効率が低下する。

そこで、本発明の主たる課題は、木材製法枠を法面に簡易に保持することができる木材製法枠の保持装置、法面安定化構造及び法面安定化工法を提供することにある。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
〔第1の実施の形態〕
図2に第1の実施の形態に係る法面安定化構造10を示した。本法面安定化構造10は、法面Gに棒状の木材製法枠W,W…を格子状に組んだものである。格子状法枠の各格点11,11…においては、法面Gに対して、本実施の形態に係る木材製法枠の保持装置20が固定されており、相互に左右又は上下に隣接する本保持装置20,20によって、木材製法枠Wの両端部Wa,Waが保持された構造になっている。
