【従来の技術】
培養床と側板の位置関係は、円筒状に構成した側板の側部面に培養床の外周端が摺動するように設けることが多かった。麹の落下防止と調整空気のショートパス防止を目的として、培養床の外周部上面に、円筒状に構成した側板の下端を摺動するように設けることもあった。また、培養床の外周端を立上げ、その内側に円筒状に構成した側板の下端を摺動するように設ける場合もあった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
円筒状に構成した側板と培養床の間に間隙が発生し、麹が円盤下に落下し、調整空気がショートパスする場合があった。そこで、培養床の外周端を立上部材により立上げ、その内周側に円筒状に構成した側板の下端を摺動する場合もあったが、麹を排出した後にも、立上部材と培養床で形成される内角部分に麹が残存することが問題となった。
この発明の課題は、培養床から麹が落下することなく、調整空気のショートパスを起こさない側板周辺構造でありながら、培養床上に麹を残存させることなく、製麹装置のサニタリ性を維持する、円盤外周部残存麹の除去装置を提案することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明の請求項1に係る発明は、保温性を有する壁体(1)で構成した製麹室内に、回転可能な円盤(4)を設け、この円盤(4)の上面に外周部に立上部材(7)を備えた培養床(5)を構成し、円筒上に構成した側板(6)の下端を立上部材(7)の内周側に摺動するように設け、側板(6)に形成した出麹口(10)を備えた製麹装置において、この出麹口(10)から前記円盤(4)を支持する中心円筒(2)までの半径方向に昇降自在に設けた麹搬送装置(8)に、麹の進入方向に関して前記出麹口(10)側でこの麹搬送装置(8)の前方側と後方側に空気ノズル(11a,11b)を取り付け、これら空気ノズル(11a、11b)を以って、立上部材(7)で形成される内角部分に残存する麹を散乱させることなく排出することができるようにしたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面によってこの発明の実施の形態を説明する。
図1はこの発明による回転式製麹装置の側板周辺構造を設けた、回転式自動製麹装置の縦断面図である。図2は、出麹口近傍の拡大側面図であり、図3は、出麹口を含む培養床の平面図である。
