Xb=I+jQ
Yb=I′+jQ′
Yb=A(t)+Γ・Xb+n ……(1)
Yb=Γ・Xb+n
となる。
【0038】
<Xb*Yb>=Γ<Xb*Xb>+<Xb*n>
【0039】
よって、
<Xb*Yb>=Γ<Xb*Xb>
Γ=<Xb*Yb>/<Xb*Xb> ……(2)
Yb=A(t)+Γs・Xb+n
Yb−Γs・Xb=A(t)+n
となる。
【0043】
A(t)=Yb−Γs・Xb ……(3)
u=I−<I>
v=Q−<Q>
u=Ir
v=α・Ir+β・Qr
となる。
【0059】
α=R/U
α2 +β2 =V/U
β2 =(V/U)−(R2 /U2 )=(1/U2 )(UV−R2 )
となる。
【0061】
β=(1/U)(UV−R2 )1/2
となる。
【0062】
u′=I′−<I′>
v′=Q′−<Q′>
Xb=Ir+jQr
Yb=Ir′+jQr′
【0084】

[0035]
Next, calculation processing of the coefficient calculation means 51 will be described. The modulation component Xb of the first signal X and the modulation component Yb of the second signal Y are:
Xb = I + jQ
Yb = I ′ + jQ ′
It is expressed.
[0036]
If the modulation component of the response signal from the moving body 1 is A (t), the reflection coefficient of the
Yb = A (t) + Γ · Xb + n (1)
It is expressed.
[0037]
Here, when the modulation component A (t) of the response signal of the moving body 1 is 0, the equation (1) is
Yb = Γ · Xb + n
It becomes.
[0038]
At this time, when the correlation between the measured modulation components Xb and Yb is obtained,
<Xb * Yb> = Γ <Xb * Xb> + <Xb * n>
However, since there is no correlation between the modulation component Xb and the noise component n of the first signal X, <Xb * n> is zero. Here, the symbol <x (t)> represents an average value of x (t).
[0039]
Therefore,
<Xb * Yb> = Γ <Xb * Xb>
The reflection coefficient Γ is
Γ = <Xb * Yb> / <Xb * Xb> (2)
It is expressed.
[0040]
The coefficient calculation means 51 calculates the reflection coefficient Γ by performing the calculation of the above equation (2) based on the modulation components Xb and Yb obtained when there is no modulation by the moving body 1, and sets the calculated reflection coefficient as Γs. Remember.
[0041]
On the other hand, the
[0042]
That is, when the reflection coefficient Γs is substituted into the equation (1),
Yb = A (t) + Γs · Xb + n
So,
Yb−Γs · Xb = A (t) + n
It becomes.
[0043]
If the noise component n is sufficiently smaller than the modulation component A (t), the modulation component A (t) is
A (t) = Yb−Γs · Xb (3)
It can be.

[0049]
In the above description, the
[0050]
The
[0051]
First, the
[0052]
The first correction means 55 first subtracts the DC offset error from the signals I and Q, corrects the error of the error circuit E by the correction circuit H with respect to the subtraction results u and v, and obtains the true orthogonal component. Assume that signals Ir and Qr are output.
[0053]
Here, the first correction means 55 obtains the average values <I> and <Q> of the signals I and Q, and performs the following calculation:
u = I- <I>
v = Q- <Q>
Thus, signals u and v are obtained.
[0054]
Here, the signals u and v and the signals Ir and Qr are expressed by determinants as in the following Expression 1.
[Expression 1]
[0055]
The following relational expression 2 is obtained from the above two determinants.
[Expression 2]
[0056]
Therefore, the error circuit E and the correction circuit H have the following relationship of Equation 3.
[Equation 3]
[0057]
Here, when one of the signals Ir and Qr, for example, Ir is used as a reference, that is, Ir = u and the error coefficients of the error circuit E are α and β, the error circuit E and the correction circuit H It is expressed as Equation 4.
[Expression 4]
[0058]
The signals u and v are
u = Ir
v = α · Ir + β · Qr
It becomes.
[0059]
If the mean square of the signal u is U, the mean square of the signal v is V, and the mean of the signal (u · v) is R,
It is expressed.
[0060]
Therefore,
α = R / U
α 2 + β 2 = V / U
β 2 = (V / U) − (R 2 / U 2 ) = (1 / U 2 ) (UV-R 2 )
It becomes.
[0061]
Β is
β = (1 / U) (UV-R 2 ) 1/2
It becomes.
[0062]
Therefore, when W = (UV−R 2 ) 1/2 , the matrix of the correction circuit H is expressed as the following Expression 5.
[Equation 5]
[0063]
Therefore, if the mean square U of the signal u, the mean square V of the signal v, and the mean R of the signal (u · v) are obtained in advance, the true orthogonal component signals Ir and Qr can be obtained by the following calculation of
[Formula 6]
[0064]
This calculation is also performed on the outputs I ′ and Q ′ of the
[0065]
In other words, the
[0066]
And the 2nd correction means 56 is the same as the 1st correction means 55 by the next calculation.
u ′ = I ′ − <I ′>
v ′ = Q ′ − <Q ′>
The DC offset error is subtracted from the outputs I ′ and Q ′ as follows to obtain signals u ′ and v ′.
[0067]
Here, the signals u ′ and v ′ and the signals Ir ′ and Qr ′ are expressed by the following determinant of Equation 7.
[Expression 7]
[0068]
Therefore, the relationship between the error circuit E ′ and the correction circuit H ′ is expressed as the following Expression 8.
[Equation 8]
[0069]
Here, when one of the signals Ir ′ and Qr ′, for example, Ir ′ is used as a reference, that is, Ir ′ = u ′ and the error coefficients of the error circuit E ′ are α ′ and β ′, the error circuit E 'And the correction circuit H' are expressed by the following equation (9).
[Equation 9]
[0070]
The signals u ′ and v ′ are
u ′ = Ir ′
v ′ = α ′ · Ir ′ + β ′ · Qr ′
It becomes.
[0071]
If the square average of the signal u ′ is U ′, the square average of the signal v ′ is V ′, and the average of the signal (u ′ · v ′) is R ′,
It is expressed.
[0072]
Therefore,
It becomes.
[0073]
Β ′ is
β ′ = (1 / U ′) (U′V′−R ′ 2 ) 1/2
It becomes.
[0074]
Therefore, if W ′ = (U′V′−R ′ 2 ) 1/2 , the matrix of the correction circuit H ′ is expressed as the following equation (10).
[Expression 10]
[0075]
Therefore, if the mean square U ′ of the signal u ′, the mean square V ′ of the signal v ′, and the average R ′ of the signal (u ′ · v ′) are obtained in advance, the true orthogonality can be obtained by the calculation of the following equation (11). Component signals Ir ′ and Qr ′ are obtained.
[Expression 11]
[0076]
As described above, the orthogonal component signals (Ir, Qr) and (Ir ′, Qr ′) corrected by the
[0077]
The coefficient calculation means 51 then modulates the modulation component Xb represented by the quadrature component signals (Ir, Qr), (Ir ′, Qr ′) when the modulation component A (t) of the response signal from the moving body 1 is zero. , Yb,
Xb = Ir + jQr
Yb = Ir ′ + jQr ′
Based on this modulation component, the calculation of the equation (2) is performed to calculate the reflection coefficient Γ, and the calculated reflection coefficient is stored as Γs.
[0078]
Further, the response extraction means 52 performs the calculation of the equation (3) by using the modulation components Xb and Yb and the reflection coefficient Γs when the modulation component A (t) of the response signal from the moving body 1 is not 0. The modulation component A (t) is extracted.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the mobile object identification device of the first aspect of the present invention, the coupling circuit is provided between the transmission circuit and the antenna, and a part of the signal heading toward the antenna is defined as the first signal. A signal directed to the transmission circuit is independently extracted as a second signal, and the first detection signal is orthogonally detected by the first detection circuit to detect first orthogonal component signals orthogonal to each other, and the second detection circuit To detect the second orthogonal component signal orthogonal to each other by orthogonal detection of the second signal, and the response from the moving body based on the first orthogonal component signal and the second orthogonal component signal by the signal processing means The modulation component of the signal is extracted.
[0084]
For this reason, the modulation component of the response signal from the moving body can be reliably extracted without being affected by the transmission wave, and the moving body can be reliably identified. In addition, full-duplex communication between the mobile unit and the identification device is also possible.
[0085]
In the mobile object identification device according to claim 2 of the present invention, a part of the signal directed to the first antenna is extracted as the first signal by the coupling circuit inserted between the transmission circuit and the first antenna. Then, the first detection circuit detects the first orthogonal component signal by orthogonal detection of the first signal, and the second detection circuit orthogonally detects the signal received by the second antenna. Second orthogonal component signals orthogonal to each other are detected, and the modulation component of the response signal from the moving body is extracted by the signal processing means based on the first orthogonal component signal and the second orthogonal component signal. .
[0086]
For this reason, even if the shielding between antennas is not made severe, the response of the moving body can be reliably extracted without being affected by the transmission wave, and the moving body can be reliably identified. In addition, full-duplex communication between the mobile unit and the identification device is also possible.
