【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、積載物固定手段付き載架台に関し、詳細には、例えば荷物を搬送する際に使用するパレット、コンテナの床面などのように積載物を乗せる載架台の載架表面に、積載物の脚部を簡単に固定する固定手段を備えた載架台に関する。

【従来の技術】
通常、荷物を搬送する時に使用するパレットにコンピュータなどのOA機器又は旋盤装置などの精密機械装置のような積載物を乗せ、或いはコンテナにこれを収容する時には、パレットの載架表面又はコンテナの床面で当該積載物が移動しないように、安全のために固定している。OA機器等の積載物をこのようなパレットの載架表面やコンテナの床面に固定する従来の手段としては、木製の角材を使用したり、又はワイヤー等で締め付け固定するなどの方法が用いられていた。

例えば、木製の角材を使用して積載物を固定する場合には、積載物の下端周囲を取り囲むように角材を配置し、各角材を釘で打ちつけて固定することにより、積載物の水平方向の動きを防止し、次いで必要に応じて積載物の周囲を板材などで囲い、この囲い板と積載物上部との間の隙間にも角材を詰めるように入れて、積載物の上下方向の動きを防止するようにしていた。

また、ワイヤーなどで固定する場合には、パレットに乗せられた積載物の下端側壁に雌ねじ孔を形成し、この雌ねじ孔にアイボルトを螺合させ、手動式ウィンチのような荷締め機に接続されたワイヤーに設けられた複数のフックをパレットの適所及びアイボルトに係止するとともに、荷締め機の巻取り軸から延びる他のワイヤーに設けた複数のフックを同様にパレットの適所及び前述のアイボルトに引っ掛けて、荷締め機で締め付けることにより固定していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このような従来の積載物固定方法では、パレット又はコンテナの床面に乗せられた積載物を固定するまでに多くの作業を必要とする。特に、前者の角材を用いて積載物を固定する場合には、予め角材の薫蒸処理をしなければならない等、その準備自体に多くの手間を要していた。

また、後者の荷締め機を用いて積載物を固定する場合には、これに使用する荷締め機、ワイヤー、多数のフックなどがパレットやコンテナとはまったく別体であるため、それらを保管場所から出し入れしなくてはならないという不便さがあった。しかも、積載物の下端側壁にアイボルトを螺合するためのねじ孔を設けなければならないという問題があった。

この発明の目的は、上記のような従来の問題点を解決して、パレットやコンテナのような載架台の載架表面に積載物を乗せて固定する際、固定のための道具を保管場所から出し入れする必要がなく、またその固定のための作業が極めて簡単に行える積載物固定手段付き載架台を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明に係る積載物固定手段付き載架台は、脚部を有する積載物が乗る載架表面を備えた載架台本体と、前記載架表面に相互に間隔をあけて形成された複数の溝部と、前記載架表面の上に前記溝部の長手方向にスライド可能に配置され、且つ前記溝部と協働して前記載架表面上の適宜の位置で当該載架表面に固定される複数のスライダーと、を備えており、
前記載架表面に乗せられた前記積載物の脚部を前記複数のスライダーで取り囲んで押さえるとともに、これらスライダーを前記載架表面に固定することで、前記載架表面に乗せられた前記積載物を前記載架台本体に固定する載架台であって、
前記スライダーは、その一側面に凹所を有し、この凹所に前記積載物の脚部を受け入れる凹部が形成された当て金具を嵌入させるとともに、この当て金具の凹部で前記脚部を押さえることを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の積載物固定手段付き載架台の実施の形態を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。

図1及び図2は、この発明の第1の実施形態を示すもので、1は積載物固定手段付き載架台(以下、単に載架台と称する)である。この実施形態では、載架台1はアルミ製のパレットであり、従って以下においては載架台1をパレットと称する。

このパレット1は、内部に井桁状の補強リブ2が配置され、表面に積載物Kを乗せる載架表面4を備えた箱状のパレット本体3と、前記載架表面4に相互に間隔をあけて平行に形成された複数の溝部5と、前記載架表面4に取り付けられる積載物固定装置10とから構成されている。

次に、この第1の実施形態に係る積載物固定手段付きパレット1の使用方法について説明する。

まず、パレット本体3に積載物Kを乗せた時に、当該積載物Kの下部に設けられている複数の脚部Fがパレット本体3の載架表面4の上にくるおおよその位置を予定し、その位置に前述した積載物固定装置10を配置する。従って、積載物Kの脚部Fが全部で四つあれば、図1に示すように四組の積載物固定装置10をパレット本体3の載架表面4の前記した予定位置に配置する。その際、各積載物固定装置10の各スライダー11,12は、その間に脚部Fが入る程度のスペースを作るように相互に離して配置しておく。

積載物Kの脚部Fには、予めゴム製の緩衝用キャップCが装着されている。そして、この積載物Kがパレット本体3の載架表面4の上の所定位置に乗せられると、各脚部Fに向かって各スライダー11,12を動かし、各スライダー11,12の対向面中央の凹所14に嵌入されている当て金具15の凹部16内に脚部Fのほぼ片側半分を入れ、脚部Fを両側から挟み込むようにする。その後、スライダー11,12の前記切欠き部13から突出している締付けボルト6のネジ軸6bにナット17を螺合して締め付け、各スライダー11,12をパレット本体3に固定する。
